Customer service is horrible here. They need to hire better people because these woman don’t know how to treat their customers, they also just pick and choose who’s order they want to take no matter who’s in line. Who ever worked here on Sunday 18th at 3:50 pm learn to be polite to customers.

This is a great Starbucks. Youve got a great staff, a bookstore right next door, theres always a seat outside for me and my pup. And its walkable if youre near Grossmont center and a few steps away from the trolley orange and green lines.

Sunday September 24 around 8 am, pike coffe was cold, not even warm, when I told the counter lady the coffe is cold the answer “ you want make a warm for you? Ridiculous! If I stop for expensive coffee at least I hope it’s hot! Flavor a burn coffe! I think they was use the same coffe they make at 6 am for open the store

Gaby U is a nut job who goes to place from place and accuses everyone of racism even though she is White not POC in any form. Ignore her review. This Starbucks is great the employees are always nice. If you have a mobile order speak up dont just stand around like Gaby U probably did. Never had an issue here.

The staff here was so sweet! David and Sheri were beyond awesome. They genuinely looked happy to help me, even when I came at peak hours with a huge drink order, including me having to call my friends twice to change their order just due to stock, which is ok! I wish there was a survey I could take for them, but they were some of the sweetest people Ive met with Starbucks company!

This location in LA Mesa, CA. Great team of ladies and gentlemen working this busy morning. I ordered my coffees online, and got there 7 minutes later, my coffee was ready & hot. Unrealistic social distancing enforcement! I entered the store without a mask. Respectfully complied when asked by the cashier. As I was waiting for my drink to be made I received a phone and pulled my mask down. I maintained 10ft of social distance. A barista asked my to pull it up. I tried, but the other party couldnt hear me. He then began harassing me about my mask when customers were allowed to sit 4ft from others without masks while eating/drinking. Corporate apologized and compensated me $10. Coffee was good, I hope nothing was done to it.

Unenjoyable environment, unfriendly and very loud staff with lots use of unprofessional foul language and profanity. Staff member Hector remove outdoor furniture an hour before closing time (around 7pm) and tell customers to leave early. Was suddenly closed early on July 04 without any notice. Asked, as a paying customer, for a cup of tap water with my coffee and was told by the male barista Jack that I need go inline and pay for it at the counter. People started to hate going there. Would give them lower than one star if I could.

This Starbucks is located next to Barnes and Noble. It even has a door that leads directly into the store. The bathrooms here are for customers only but you can also go into Barnes and Noble. The staff here is awesome! More than willing to accommodate to make your drink the way you like it. They also have indoor seating and a long table, perfect for a game or if youre gathering with friends.

Came in ordered two of the same drinks. Iced caramel macchiato. I realized they made one of the drinks with too much milk it was almost white. I asked the barista to remake it she tried arguing with me infront of other customers that this is how it’s supposed to look. Ended up remaking it the same way. Very rude and unwelcoming.

Once again, Cassie, Maria, Maddie and the rest of the crew came through for us. There was an error on the order, and when I came back Cassie was very accommodating and rectified it. Maddie was also very helpful and got a couple of extra ice waters together for me. I really appreciate this crew and their commitment to EXCELLENT customer service!

Comfy place, with great coffee and food. Fabulous Frappacinos! I also ordered round little egg and gruyere cheese goodies that were delicious! To top it off, everyone, including customers were super nice, helpful!Loved it there and cant wait to go back! Plus, its next door to Barnes and Noble fabulous Book Store. I had a bad experience with there coffee they never have decaf they tell you get Americano its the same flavor but its not other locations when you ask for poor over tThey tell you that it well take 10 to 15 minutes to make also everyone do the poor over different than the others so some time its good and some time its watery hot water and no longer going there

Went in just to get something to eat before work. Line went by fast and right when I was going to pay, they didn’t have change for $100. It would’ve been nice to have a sign up so I didn’t have to wait in line waste my time and end up not having enough time to go somewhere else to get breakfast.

I ordered coffee and asked for password for restroom. They said they closed it for everyone. I asked if there were other ones in the mall customers could use. They said Walmart and Rubio. I then asked if all Starbucks closed their restroom. The worker stated its store by store so they dont need to clean. My thoughts are that customers take the time to come in a buy stuff and Starbucks should take the time to clean bathrooms. If I was Rubios and Walmart I might wonder why they are sending customers to their location which jacks up their costs. Not having open restroom seems like they are not considering the needs of their customers, the cost to their neighbors, and puts profits over basic consideration.

The only reason Im giving it 4 out of 5 stars is because its very small inside. Being that I live nearby, it is extremely convenient that this Starbucks is located right next to a Barnes and Noble and the movie theater, which I frequent. And because the movie theater is right there, this Starbucks accommodates moviegoers especially, in that they stay open later than most are sbuxes. They stay open until 11 p.m. Verses the typical 9 p.m. Starbucks close time. I love that! And they have never messed up my drink ....I also love that, because Im there for my drink that Im craving. If a staff member gave me the stink eye or was rude (which has never happend) I wouldnt care because the point is that I have my delicious drink that Im addicted to, AND it is available to me as late as 11pm! They have free WiFi and I guess not to mention the fact that its right across the street from the hospital so if I overdose on my venti cup of diabetes, well, I can practically walk myself to the hospital hahaha....Sbux can train their employees to be good, but sometimes if you encounter a strong personality, just remember that the staff are not robots, they are people. They have your drink, and they stay open later...... thank you starbucks for accommodating me

They accused me of stealing a cup I had purchased a cu from them walked out with it and my receipt in my hand and got in the car put in in the bag with my other cup I had purchased at a different location the guy who rang me up said I only charged you for one cup I said thats because I had only purchased one cup I walked back in to show them my receipts then they said I was good I felt humiliated .
