UPDATE: Starbucks moved a few ft away into a much bigger building with a drive-thru.Exceptionally sweet and efficient baristas! Thank you so much for being open and providing such great coffee! (located right next to the big Raleys grocery store)

I love coming here because it’s near my work and they always get my order correct every single time. Most of the time I mobile order my drink just to avoid the line but sometimes on my lunch breaks I’ll walk over and order a drink. That’s when I don’t mind waiting 5 minutes. One of my favorite drinks is an ice chai latte with peppermint. I will always come back to this one for sure. Plus the staff there are super nice and Melissa the manager shops at my store so that’s pretty cool.

I wanted to try something new so I ordered a Cinnamon Caramel Cream Nitro Cold Brew. The picture showed the drink with approx. 1/4 of the top in foam. However upon receiving there was at least 2/3 foam. Therefore getting very little coffee which didnt taste that great. All in all a very disappointing drink.

Open early, even on Sunday! Clean store, smaller, but has all the basics. And the coffee is great, with speedy service ... those girls were hustling, smiling and helpful, even at 5:15 am! There is the usual selection from the food case. Lots of parking, but difficult to see from the roadway. Was very happy to have it available.

So I get coffee here everyone I body my sister, 4 days a month. When I’m here, the service is amazing, they are quick and the coffee tastes great. But for the last few times I noticed my VENTI isn’t a venti at all and it’s been so light! When they add whip cream, they don’t add it to the top and when it melts down it’s really almost half a cup! Who needs that much whip?!?! After the last 8-10 times I decided to take a picture of right when I first get it and after whip melted.Needless to say, I will not be getting whip again and will definitely be checking the coffee level then!

As a previous partner for Starbucks. I have to say this store has the rudest customer service/ harassment, that I’ve ever seen in a Starbucks store. Super disgusting and disrespectful. I can’t believe they would allow shift leaders and barista to behave this way while representing a company based off of great coffee and community. If they were on my staff I would fire them.

Best Starbucks yet!I normally rate establishrd chains 4 stars. This is the most spacious Starbucks Ive visited. Nice decor. Plenty of available power outlets.

This is what a Venti customized coffee they give you,Unfortunately my wife suffers from IBS and she is lactose intolerant, and that’s why she always gets almond and coconut milk added to her drink.I am not gonna lie, the Starbucks app only charges me $4.25 but that’s not my fault, they should be responsible for fixing the prices, what is the point of getting a venti cup if they are gonna give you that much.Me and my wife went back to tell them about it, and the store manager was really rude and ready to attack us and tried to diminish us just because our skin color is different than hers.At the end she tried to give us our money back and make a new drink, but we refused, because that’s how they see if you are just trying to get a free drink, we just asked for our money back.We been to Lake Tahoe, Los Angeles, Sacramento, Las Vegas, etc. And we’ve never had this problem before, they just charge us extra.I hope that the franchise owners see this post and do something about it.I don’t want any freebies, I just want my drink to be how it is supposed to be, and be treated with dignity and respect.

This Starbucks is my go to and I love coming. I came on a Wednesday morning and I was sad to experience such a rude encounter. His name tag said Donovan and he was very short with me while I was ordering. It seemed like he didn’t even want to be there. He really needs to work on his attitude towards customers and even his own coworkers. Very poor customer service from this guy.

Its always nice to be greeted when you walk into an establishment - Didnt Happen. Its nice when the person who finally comes to your attention is smiling - Not in this case. Its even nicer after the person who has offered to take your order says thank you - after the first two I didnt expect it - I was right. An establishment filled with miserable employees is not a fun place to visit. I give it one star because I like their coffees.
