One of the fastest Starbucks I know of. It may seem like theyre never busy because of the lack of line but its more like theyre so darn fast that they never let a line even get the idea of forming. Well done ✅ at this location.

This place was usually good. However it looks like they hired two younger girls for the night shift and it’s been horrible the past 3 times. They cut you off before you’re done ordering any drink by saying “anything else” halfway through your sentence. Add some add ons which charge you more. Then they cannot even get the order right. I bought 4 drinks today and all of them were completely wrong. The grande hot chocolate was half empty And a venti drink (soy milk-matcha latte) I bought was not even close to being full. It was close to half empty and the worst part is they added regular milk when requesting soy in all of them so everything went to the trash.

01/27/24 I was in the drive thru this morning, I ordered the same drink I get from other locations, not only did they overcharge me, they got the order wrong and when I requested they redo it, I overheard the employees complaining and glaring at me.5 minutes later the cashier handed me the remade drink with clotted milk floating inside!!!I opened the lid to smell expired milk was used on their second attempt to make a simple iced shaken espresso.It tasted awful and was clearly rancid.This is a major health hazard!I tossed out the drink and will not return to this location.Worst Starbucks service. Do better.

This Starbucks has it all…large inside seating with plenty of tables and chairs, outdoor patio with at least three tables and large deck, drive thru with enough runway to prevent against spilling onto the road, sweet location right there on Huntington Blvd, lotsa parking, and excellent service. I go here fairly frequently on weekends to get drinks for my family and me.

The Starbucks in Huntington street In Monrovia usually has the best service 🤭😬but this morning 03/03/22 at 7:55am to 8:15 they took 25 minutes to give my hot coffee:Almond milk honey flat white small and a venti size mango dragon fruit, the dragon fruit I got within 5 minutes but the hot coffee 25 minutes and that’s because I ask what had happy to my order there where 2 people ahead of me complaining too one from the drive order other inside order I was not the only one with a screw up order that was not done wrongly or forgotten about after this experience I will switch up to the arcadia Starbucks on foothill street no matter how busy they are they never make mistakes And if they do they make up for I’m so 🙄disappointed they need to get it together or train this young workers to make their job more efficient Starbucks is not cheap ☕️🌟

This place is so awesome so I went there for my birthday and I was trying to redeem my birthday coupon for a free drink then my phone glitched and started acting up and it was looking like I was not going to be able to get my drink on my birthday. However the cashier that was taking my order recognized me from my prior visits looked me in the eye and said dont trip Starbucks got you. That really made my day and also made for a really delicious drink. I know you can go a lot of places for coffee but if youre in the area of the Starbucks trust me youre not going to want to go anywhere else after you try them

The only 24 hour Starbucks in Monrovia but only if you’re in a vehicle. If their was a walk up window onGod I’d be their more. I’m a cyclist so for the bike culture is disheartening but at least it curtails my coffee habit. Ive been ordering the spiced Apple cider with DARK caramel and extra whip. hot even though the cold nice on a 100’ degree day. Best seating inside and outdoor as far as Monrovia goes as well, never many transients people..

This location has a really nice and clean aesthetic and a drive-thru that moves pretty fast. The staff I met were very friendly which is a big plus, although because of the speed it does seem like things are slightly smaller compared to elsewhere. If youre in a rush or just want to breathe a little before you go to your next destination, this is a good choice.

Drive thru is ridiculous long all the time. Over ten minutes just to place an order and another ten minutes waiting to drive to the window to pick it up. Not sure what is going on inside but they need to seriously look at their production line. Save your time and go elsewhere

What’s with the abnormally freezing indoor temperature in here lately?Around 5-6pm the temperature plummets. Almost everyone has jackets or hoodies on. During the day time it’s not this cold. The thermostat seems to be set for late afternoon/evening (when it starts to cool down during the day anyway). I see people shivering in front of me - even with a jacket or long sleeve on. Not sure if this is by design to keep certain people away or reduce indoor capacity.It’s odd that during the day it’s not even remotely this cold indoors.

This is My to-go-to Starbucks When I run out of time to make my own cup before work. It’s 24 hours so I know it’s going to be open. I never been inside this Starbucks but from the outside looking in looks really chill and calm inside. Drive-thru experience is always awesome! Never had any issues, always get my coffee quick. Staff are friendly and kind. Before COVID I remember one staff offered to rinse my mug so I can pour my venti cup of coffee inside. Straight up awesomeness!

I have a socially anxious pit bull who has been having a hard time with separation anxiety as well. Today I came home from work and my pup was a little rattled. I decided to cheer her up with a car ride and we stopped at Starbucks for a pup cup. My puppy was so excited to see our friendly barista she almost crawled out of my car. I was so embarrassed but the man who served us was so kind and patient and sweet to her. I’m sure it’s a little unnerving to have a 100 lb pit bull greet you as you open the window to hand drinks to a customer, but again he was so kind and it made both our days. She absolutely adored him. Thanks for always going above and beyond at this location, you guys are awesome :)

Starbucks, COMPENSATE YOUR NIGHTSHIFT/EARLY MORNING WORKERS! I’m not blaming the workers here at all but this location is not always 24 hours as advertised. Over the holidays the hours changed — drive thru and cafe closed around 10pm — and that’s fine and to be expected. But tonight (Jan. 14) when I stopped by, they were closed and had a sign that said they would be closed at 10pm all week. I was disappointed, but I had a feeling the workers were probably weren’t being compensated fairly enough to work these late (and sometimes, dangerous) hours. I’m not sure of the reason for the change since the sign didn’t say, but I’m assuming, as is the case with lots of workers across industries right now, they were protecting themselves.The two stars is for the workers because every time I’ve come around midnight (which is usually when I pop in during all nighters) the workers are always extremely friendly, efficient, and hard-working. But it’s pretty apparent there isn’t a good enough salary incentive to keep the business open for 24 hours. And I don’t blame the workers for wanting to close early. So Starbucks, do right by your workers: pay night shifters appropriately. Or simply just don’t make this location a 24-hour one.

This is one of the best early morning Starbucks that I have ever been to. There is a guy behind the counter that knows everybody that comes in and is constantly cracking jokes and laughing, but not in an obnoxious way. It has its own parking lot so you dont have to worry about a time limitation like the Starbucks down the way.

I was leaving a concert in Arcadia and wanted a little pick me up drink on the way home. I located a Starbucks near the Arboretum and the drive thru was still open for business. I got my standard venti, strawberry acai with lemonade quickly and was able to sip it on the drive home. The barrista was friendly and professional, the drink was ready as soon as I arrived to the window.

I used to go to this location every other day, but I stopped, because no one ever answers the phone.The app will say theyre out of something, but when I go through the drive through, 50% of the time they will actually be out of it, and 50% they wont be...but since no one ever answers the phone for me to be able to confirm, I have to decide whether I want to risk getting stuck in the drive thru line, if they are out of something, since you cant trust the accuracy of the mobile app at this store.

I love this Starbucks. Its clean and the staff is really nice. I like to stop at this location when I need to drive from Claremont to Northridge. Its a nice little break to stop at this Starbucks. The parking lot is a little small but Ive never had any issue of finding a spot to park in. Is located right next to the on-ramp of the 210 by Santa Ana Boulevard.

Out of all the starbucks near by, this is the most professional, polite and curtious starbucks. Employees are very professional and if there is a complaint well really its how demanding the customer maybe. How the customer personality is not all are polite. I know other nearby starbucks after a certain time of day employees are tired of hearing rude customers complaining, note some customers are in there right but others well, just dont think of how they are reacting. This place makes the perfect hot temp coffee then any other place. I know i have been to all neighbor ing Starbucks.

I am going through a divorce. This Starbucks had been randomly chosen by my ex-wife for me to meet and pick up my daughters. My daughters have been weaponozed to hate me since the divorce started. They tell me to kill myself and they tell me that they wished I would die...And many other horrible things (that have nothing to do with this review). My daughters have begun to rebel against me and they refuse to leave the Starbucks once they are dropped off there. This probably create a weird environment for the Starbucks employes to see a daughter and father not talking and staying there the entire day. The staff has been extremely kind, polite, not invasive and caring when their only mandate is to merely serve their customers. They have not gotten involved in what looks like drama and they have been super kind throughout this horrible ordeal. They should be recognized for their contribution to a father whose life has been devastated by the loss of love his daughters no longer have for him. Thank you.
