This starbucks always has great music and a friendly staff. Often busy but they are really fast. Great place to sit and work to get out of the office too.

Baristas cant even make a new drink if you dont like what you order? Worst experience, thinking that starbucks has the best customer service. I ordered a drink didnt like it due to not much sweetness and baristas declines to make a new drink and expect me to pay again? Not even a manager is able to come out and speak with me after asking for one. Make sure to order your drink right or expect to pay again.

I was delighted by the customer service I received this morning from Nate and Sofia. Even though they seemed slammed with mobile and drive through orders, Nate took my walk in order with expediency and a smile. They paid personal attention to me and the other guests I saw waiting for their mobile orders, and got me my drink (with all of the customizations correct) much faster than I expected given their rush.

Always an amazing experience at the drive thru, everyone is so friendly and welcoming! They make the orders fast and accurately and always make sure to say hi if they know you. :)

Its a Starbucks with free wifi, bathrooms, coffee and food.. so you cant complain there. The parking is usually packed so I recommend parking at In and Out

I am very disappointed in the manner that I was treated at this Starbucks location. I wish I could give names, but the employees never wear nametags. I have been blatantly disrespected with comments made to me regarding simple things like asking for a straw or to check on my mobile order. I understand that this location gets very busy, but I have never been treated this badly by any other Starbucks in the area!They constantly and often drop food and then proceed to pick up and put it in the oven to cook. All of the order stickers seem to be out of order and as a result, Ive watched as many people have to ask for the status of their food/drink and then are snapped at by the employees. I have no idea what is going on at this location, but it is not the same as it used to be. Im very disappointed and would rather drive the extra time to a different location.

Great new addition to SB/Goleta. Finally have a drive-thru coffee option after decades of lobbying. Plenty of outdoor seating, but a bit limited inside.

This place just opened two weeks ago. It is a really nice Starbucks with new floor plan and drive-thru. It seems this Starbucks is part of a multi-level building and not just to stand alone store.
