These baristas make this place great! I went in to order, and the man behind the counter asked politely, Hows it going? as a welcome and began to take my order, I replied, Ive had better days, trying not to unload or break down. Garrett was very professional when I detailed my order to him and scanned my phone without being told my total and after the beep he said very nonchalantly your drink is on me I was taken back by the gratitude! For him, it was a simple pay it forward moment, but for me, it meant SO much. This man had no clue but my car was broken into the night before on my sons 2nd birthday while we were at a restaurant for his birthday dinner so having that kind gesture was what made my day, week, hell even month! Keep it up sir you are the good this world needs. Thank you for uplifting my spirit!

I frequent this Starbucks establishment on a near-daily basis prior to commencing my daily activities, and I consistently encounter a gratifying experience. The morning staff exhibits a high level of professionalism and courtesy, providing exceptional customer service. The establishment is meticulously maintained, exuding a positive ambiance, and the signage is commendable. I wholeheartedly endorse this Starbucks location.

This Starbucks has great customer service and the food and drinks come out within 5 minutes even when it is busy. No drive thru which is a bummer but the closest Starbucks to downtown Roseville.

This location normally messes my order. My brother in law went to pick up my drinks and they got it wrong again. 1st drink I wanted soy milk but they did it with coconut milk and the 2nd drink its just water with liquid cane (supposed to be a berry hibiscus with no raspberry inclusion).

Sadly, not a good experience at all. While the staff seemed friendly they messed up our order with another persons order. And even after trying to correct it for over 20 minutes I still ended up receiving a plain bagel with nothing on it even after ordering and paying for an everything bagel with cream cheese.I usually love my Starbucks experiences but this one was the worst Ive been to. Also, there is nowhere comfortable to sit.

Ive been to different Starbucks stores getting limited edition mug or cup, this is the only store that wrapped my item for me. The lady who works is very very sweet. For me, I dont care getting wrong coffee, bc people make mistakes when they are too busy. I only care nice people that try to warm my heart. 5 stars for sure!!!Also she said if you purchase more than $25, you get a small shopping bag so I got a small shopping bag which is I didn’t get any small shopping bag from other stores when I purchased more than $25. Staffs are very nice here.

Extremely disappointed in this location. I have never really liked coming here, but since its only three minutes from my house I will occasionally use it for my mobile orders. Today I made a mobile order and it said the wait was 3-8 minutes. I get there and the place is packed with only two workers (which is one of the reasons I never come here). I stand by the mobile pick up and wait for my drink, after ten minutes I try to get the attention of one of the employees, but he never looks my way. Finally after almost 25 minutes of waiting, and once everyone has left, the barista starts my order. You can see him make a face when he sees when the order came in, but when he hands me my drink I dont get a sorry for the wait or anything besides him calling out my order.There need to be more employees working the closing shift and when mistakes are made something needs to be said. I work in the food industry, I understand what it can be like when you are short staffed and rushed, but this was just ridiculous. Until this location can get more employees to work during the rush, and a better system for their mobile orders, I will not be returning.

This Starbucks was clean and the staff was very patient. Big disappointment that they didnt have the salads!! 😩 Not their fault--whatcha gonna do!? Instead i got my standard latte, which was very good indeed. Starbucks is my preferred stop for a quick healthy bite. Love it! 👍😉💗

Leah is the rudest worker there. She will completely ignore me all the time for a mobile order. She is the absolute WORST person at this Starbucks. Everybody else is usually pretty friendly and will acknowledge me and others for mobile orders. But Leah needs to learn better customer service and how to talk to people nicely.

All young men in there had to wait while he waited for a bagel, that he forgot about, to be heated. And it was slow in there and I was only one in line come in multi task brother. They cant even put the sleeve on the cup..were chatting too much. I pay 5 bucks for a coffee you can at least put a sleeve on it. The girl ahead didnt even get a straw for her drink.Plus it was messy and not clean in there. Looks like they just dont care. Sorry wont go back there. Starbucks at woodcreek and pleasant grove 100 times better.

While this place has early closing times, and no drive-thru, the customer service is great, always friendly. my latte was delicious. The erratic closing times, sometimes 6, sometimes 7, even on the weekends, took off one star.

I walk in the door like Im in visible and I see two backs facing me until I eh ehm...no welcome greeting and I was the only customer.Very berry hibiscus was all messy I had to wipe it off...No drive through...I say have a nice day and the nice blonde middle age woman and the slick hair guy say nothing, I yell it a little louder as I walk out the door with my food and still ignored.I will make the effort to go to another starbucks on walerga and elverta as they have by far more ethics and customer courtesy and communication skills.
