I recently visited Starbucks and was thoroughly impressed with the exceptional service and wide-ranging options they offer. The staff members were extremely efficient despite the bustling environment. The wait time at this particular location, though it gets quite busy, was surprisingly manageable.Starbucks always seems to have a great selection of cups, gift cards, and coffee beans. Im always on the lookout for unique designs and flavors, and they never disappoint. Whether its their festive holiday mugs or their limited edition gift cards, there is always something that catches my eye.However, one area that requires some improvement is the restroom. Understandably, the employees were occupied attending to the numerous customers, resulting in the cleanliness and upkeep of the facilities being slightly neglected. It would be beneficial if a more attentive approach were taken towards maintaining the restrooms.Additionally, the floor could also use some work. The high foot traffic and constant movement can take a toll on the appearance and cleanliness of the floor tiles. Regular maintenance and cleaning would greatly enhance the overall experience of visiting Starbucks.Overall, Starbucks continues to impress with its great service, fantastic selection of cups, gift cards, and coffee beans. While areas like the restroom and floor maintenance need attention, it is understandable considering the fast-paced and busy nature of the location. With some minor improvements, Starbucks would undoubtedly remain a top choice for coffee enthusiasts like myself.

The girl at the drive through window needs to be retrained. She, unfortunately doesnt have the patience to deal with customers. Shes rude and obnoxious. My husband and I had a very unsettling experience with her in regards to Fathers Day. Starbucks, you need to keep the training going with your employees. Otherwise, youre going to continue to fail.

Staff was friendly at first. We tried our Cold Brew drinks once we got them and they tasted off. They remade them by our request. But instead they gave us the foam and cold brew drink separately so we could make them ourselves. The drinks tasted sour and the cold brew alone tasted more like iced coffee instead of the Cold Brew.

I went to get my pickup order and my drink was accidentally made cold. Normally I would just take it, but it was pretty cold outside and wanted a warm drink. I let the very tall gentleman named Andrew know and he said he would remake it no problem. As soon as he did, I proceeded to accidentally knock it over and spill the entire thing! He remade it AGAIN with no problem, wouldnt let me repay, all with a smile on his face. I interact with him a lot and I have never seen a rude or cross interaction from him, even with irate customers. He is truly a fabulous employee and represents the company well. Thank you, Andrew, for youre tireless effort to put the customer first!

I took my 78 yr. Old handicapped sister inside thinking I would find a set for her! Not with a homeless person taking up a four chair table and the same in the soft chair. Very disappointed, you used to be able to sit comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. The employees are nice, they are not allowed to do anything about it.

New modern look but same horrible service as always. Do yourself a huge favor and skip this location. The Beaumont locations have excellent service and they know how to cherish their customers. In my last visit to this Banning location I asked for a venti coffee drink with light ice. When I received the drink filled with ice, I asked for it to be fixed. The on duty manager just poured my drink into a new cup, minus half of the ice. I complained and she couldnt care less. If you enjoy being treated poorly and swindled, this is your paradise.

Going to Starbucks is always a mission. Spending 20 minutes to a half hour waiting in line for the drive thru. But, other than that the staff are nice and they all do a wonderful job of preparing any of the wonderful drinks and snacks they serve.

Food gets 3/5 stars because sometimes the breakfast sandwich is either cold on the inside or part of the muffin/bun is hard and inedible. But more importantly, this location, like many modern Starbucks, will interrupt the brew cycle to pour a coffee WHILE ITS BREWING. This will result in a too-strong coffee for you, or if you come after some employee has done this, a too-weak coffee for you. Id say they get it right about 75% of the time, so ya get 3/5. Service here is excellent, with employees being very engaged and conscientious, and the manager, who has been there for years, is very adept at creating a crew that operates seamlessly. The atmosphere is awesome, with a great big space and good music and sound, and there are standup tables (where you can work at your laptop standing) but also a very long table with tons of AC ports to plug in your computer. Finally, the vibe here is just fantastic and I think its cuz the crew hired are excellent and work in a harmonious synchronicity.

I was just passing through town and stopped to get gas at the Arco next door. I walked over to Starbucks and was pleasantly surprised by the service!! I was greeted immediately upon entering the building by not just 1 but 3 of the baristas. It totally set the mood for the rest of my experience. When the barista handed me my.drink she said that it was made with extra love and wished me a wonderful day. Literally have never experienced this level of friendly from a Starbucks before. Some wonderful ladies working behind the counter today!! Thank you!!

I am a doordash driver. I had an order that spilled and got ruined and the staff at this Starbucks replaced my order for free even though I was going to pay for it out of my own pocket. They totally did not have to do that and it is so awesome that they did. I dont know what possessed them to but I am very very grateful! Thank you!

My rating is based off service, for example I’m a breakfast foodie and a caramel ribbon crunch frap girly . They’re good is never served the way it is advertised, 2 days in a row I got my sandwich all sideways.and you then today the feta wrap was both under and over cooked . the tortilla was hard and the food was cold, I asked for different cheese but they said it comes premade-everything comes premade but it’s frozen, wear gloves and take off the feta and switch it out . I thought it was weird they wouldn’t switch out the cheese when they said they could remove it, that’s lazy ! & idk if this is a company move but whenever I get my caramel ribbon frap they barely all caramel and crunch ! :( I always have to ask to drizzle alllllll over the cup top and bottom without the extra charge because they’ll squeeze it to a corner but the top and bottom . Like just make it right the first time you know ?. Nice people just not optional on what I thought was simple to ask for . O extra adds .

Very open and clean. But it doesnt have the coffee house feel. Instead of warm and inviting where you could finish that term paper, get the notes for tomorrows meeting finish, meet for coffee and get to know someone new.... Its 30 minutes and you have to leave. Heaven forbid we learn to be social creatures again instead of drive thru and home and lock the door.

They will remember your face and name if you go enough and are pretty good about getting your drink right. The quality of drinks is about as good as any other Starbucks. Occasionally there is a flamboyant male employee who gets a passive attitude but whatever, Im here for my coffee. Overall most the staff is wonderful most of the time, the coffee is about as good as you would expect and the location is pretty clean. 4 stars.

Im not sure whats going on here lately but today was an absolute s*** show. Maybe it is shift change or something but I placed a mobile order and it took me standing there waiting for 20 minutes to get my order completed. Let me say this, the store was not very busy at all. Most of the patrons were all sitting around waiting. Drive through only had a few cars at a time literally very slow for Starbucks. I had to go up and tell them that Im still waiting for my breakfast sandwich after I found my drink on the counter with nobody calling out that it was ready even though Id already been waiting for 10 minutes. There were people working on drinks and drive through and the other people were eating and wandering around filling cups and various other items instead of dealing with peoples orders. Half the people in the dining area had been sitting there for over 15 minutes, that I saw, in order to get their orders. They do not greet you when you come in either. Again not sure what is up with this store currently but it is very sad to see.

The fact that it was not up to par from the very beginning the store caught it online and its website said it opened at 4:30 in the morning. For dine in and drive-thru when we got there it was a sign on the door written in with a marker that the stores inside were closed only drive-thru. It would have been nice they went on and posted it on their web page instead of faking it thinking that anybody can walk into the store. Theres no picture of me taking a picture of it. I may upload it later. But this is very upsetting that since I thought that store was open thats why I drove through and got off the expressway for. Very unsatisfactory with Starbucks in this matter.

This is my favor place on earth.... every morning I order from this location. There are 5 other Starbucks on the way to work and I back track to this particular one. My mobile order is always ready, the staff is always friendly, and my drink is always done correctly. If you pass this Starbucks on the 10 freeway, definitely stop here. The parking is sometimes a mess but its worth the wait.

Having moved back from out of town after being gone for many years I was eager to go to places I had grown accustomed to visiting in my previous location…I had been here several times and ordered a sandwich a special way without cheese or eggs…and it was quite obvious the cheese was cooked on and then peeled off so I was unable to eat the sandwiches either visit…upon my most recent visit I ordered a drink I’ve been ordering from this location and after drinking it I became sick…the drink wasn’t made with the plant based milk option I had requested or even another plant based milk that was available… it had a horrible after taste and it was the only thing I had consumed that morning before I became I’ll and started throwing up…it’s been well over ten years since I have consumed milk from a cow so I know how my body should react…I haven’t been this sick in a long time…I wish workers in this area took things like that a little more serious..

If this had been my first ever visit to Starbucks I would never go again. They were out of food, there was a delay in obtaining coffee and when it eventually arrived they mixed up the order. It took 15 minutes and several customers complaining just to obtain a napkin. We all started looking for the candid cameras however this is just how the service was!

I always enjoy going to Starbucks for any particular reason but today was particularly nice because it was my birthday and if you are part of Starbucks rewards you get a free drink on your birthday and turns out that you can get any drink you want any size and is complementary so its definitely worth signing up for the rewards at Starbucks. Com and taking advantage of it but as I say I enjoy Starbucks anytime and the service is excellent and although the prices are rather High thats just the way it is in that business.

Went through the drive-thru and they got my order incorrect. I ordered a soy latte. I waited a few minutes for it to cool and started drinking it and they used regular milk which I cannot drink and now I feel like vomiting. I also ordered a iced caramel cloud macchiato and they gave me a regular iced caramel macchiato. They corrected that drink. Im so disappointed I was really looking forward to my soy latte.

Really well placed starbucks location next to the 10 freeway. Service is fast and Starbucks employees are extremely friendly. If you wanna wind down from a huge trip, stop and park. Theres a lot of room for anyone to sit at. The female starbucks employees are so good at their job and work really hard to get the orders out so thats a plus. I guess the only bad thing about this starbucks are the sketchy people that occasionally come in. Other than that its chill. Best times to be here Id say anytime after 8pm. Enjoy.

This has been the worst Starbucks visit. I ordered a Salted Carmel Hot Chocolate. Both the Carmel and Salt were missing. The cashier Angela was definitely not happy to be working there. The counter when I picked my order was dirty and wet with other spilled drinks, so when my bag was set down, it was wet too. The napkin and sugar counter were dirty and empty. The other staff members seemed extremely unorganized and stressed out. It was only 1100 am.

I had a free drink here for my birthday (join their free rewards program, and download their app!) And used my stars (rewards points you earn by purchading any items at Starbucks) for a free blueberry muffin to go with my Chai tea latte. I love that they will male my drinks with almond, soy, or coconut milk, which means my dairy allergy doesnt come in to play when ordering here. Drive-thru is super slow which I dont understand why it would take that long to take orders, make drink, and give it to customers at the drive-thru window. I worked at a fast food restaurant and its literally not that hard. I would never recommend this place. I am sorry, but I hope this place close down soon. Defeat the purpose of drive-thru and a waste of my time. It would be expectional if the staffs that work there has flying colors of personality but nope!! No apologies, nothing.

It was extra embarrassing when that huge intimidating lady forced me to dig, elbow deep in a trash can for a cup that Id thrown away because she required proof in order to allow me to get a refill of coffee using my gold card - It was pretty clear she felt like making an example out of me because she forced me to do it while there were, Id guess (truly) about 15 other customers waiting in a huge line behind me. I made sure to apologize to them as I was walking back to go dig my cup out of the gross and overflowing trash bin. A few customers said things like no man, dont be sorry, were sorry for YOU!Besides feeling super grossed out and humiliated, I felt like it was very surreal, especially since SHE was the one who had taken my original order! But, everytime that I have visited since, its great because I never feel humiliated or nervous or sad & apologetic by any staff there any longer! THANKS! And keep the nice people at this location from now on Starbucks, pleeease !!! :-D
