The staff is by far the rudest I have ever gotten. I’ve been getting the summer lemonade refresher everyday since it came out early May and I order a venti. Today I tried it and it tasted pretty much like water with a hint of flavor. I told her and she had an attitude. Why would I pay almost $8 for a drink that tastes like water?! At least if the drinks good I don’t mind. The color even looked different. She was so rude and wouldn’t even make eye contact with me. Make sure to taste your drink when you pick it up because they clearly don’t care about customers wasting their money.

Make sure Nora the safety police is not outside taking orders. She will make you go to the back of the line not to block traffic but then proceed to let other cars come in the same way she told you not to. Who would have thought pulling into the drive through was not the right way, ohh my mistake that was only for me. Guess I should feel special 😒

Unfortunately, this was my worst Starbucks experience. 45 minutes for drinks. Many people had to get refunds due to them not initially disclosing this wait time. They then told people to order in the drive thru or the app. It is a sad day when metrics beat in-person service.This particular drive thru had several fender benders during the wait. Who wants to go through that?Noooooo single person in our group enjoyed their drinks. They did not give full pumps of syrup nor frappuccino base for the frappuccinos.Just the worst!I do not recommend this place at all for anything. Save yourself the wasted time and money.

I bought $6.00 gift cards for Christmas game. I had one leftover and went to use it today, (it had 75cents on it) I bought it through the drive through. Tried to use it through the drive through to be told 75cents was on it and not $6.00? They didnt honor it. I really dont know how they sold me a used gift card? Thank goodness it wasnt a lot of money. I go here at least once a week. 🙄 Nice girl waited on me. I dont blame her. Beware regarding the gift cards.

I asked to have my coffee to be in an actual cup and not in a to-go cup because I like drinking my coffee “for here” and in an actual cup (not tasty paper). Deanna was nasty and seemed to not understand that. I also noticed she was nasty to most of the customer. I don’t think she likes her job. Needs to go somewhere else. But the greeter and cashier was super friendly.

So it takes them 20 mins to process walk-in single cappucino order because everyone is busy serving mobile or drive-thru. Also, the drive-thru lane is right around the outside seating area, have fun breathing in all the car exhaust while you sip. Little sitting area inside with 3 super tiny tables and one huge one that is never shared efficiently.

I have been going to different Starbucks locations for the past 15 years, and I can honestly say that I’ve never ever encountered one rude employee. Everyone has always been very pleasant, and extremely friendly. Well, last night at this Starbucks location drive-thru the employee at the window was very rude! I was actually shocked. First, we wanted to add on to our order. I forgot to order one drink which was for my daughter…at the drive-thru screen. So once we pulled up to the window I asked if we could add on the extra drink before she scanned my phone to charge us. The employee then said “We can’t do that after we’ve taken your order”. So I replied “That’s fine. We will just go back through the drive-thru again”. It wasn’t a busy night at all. There was literally one car behind us. But then my daughter asked me to get her a cup of ice water instead. We’ve asked for ice water at several Starbucks locations, and are always given a cup. Well this employee then stated “We can’t do that after your order is complete”. I was thinking, Really?!? Starbucks doesn’t even charge for a cup of water. Why would it be a problem? It’s not difficult to pour some water into a cup, and hand it to us. I didn’t tell her anything…We just left. This employee didn’t seem to enjoy her job at all. It was clear by her actions, and expression on her face. She has very poor customer service skills. I wish I would have gotten her name. It was at exactly 10:05pm on 12/8/23. With all of the money we’ve spent in the past at this particular Starbucks, it was upsetting. I’m not one to complain either, but won’t be going to this location anymore after this incident. I don’t think anyone should tolerate rudeness.

Theres only Four tables inside and they all had one or two people occupying the whole space. I wanted to enjoy my purchase inside, because it is hot outside. Rethink the seating and add multiple two tops and a wall counter with bar stools. One person taking up a four top and a couple taking the large round should be a signal. Great going through the drive-thru made everything a lot easier. The caramel ribbon was fantastic. The egg bites I thought a bit more rubber consistency then I thought they would. The cream cheese croissant was good. Overall not a bad experience, definitely go back next time Im in the area.

Got a black coffee with cream at the drive through. The cup was overfilled and spilling when the barista handed it to me. Ok, fine, it happens. I drove away to park and to dump out some of the coffee so it wouldnt spill all over my car. When I took the lid off, I saw that the cream was curdled. I walked inside and let them know that I had been given a cup of coffee with curdled cream. I was told I would have to wait 5 minutes for a new pot of coffee. I asked if I could get an Americano instead; the barista didnt respond, just walked away to ask who Im guessing was some kind of manager (she was dressed in street clothes.) 10 minutes passed. As I went to ask the barista/manager if she had a service recovery Americano ready, the first person who I talked to yelled something to me from across the store. I walked to the purchase counter because I thought she had a new coffee for me. Nope. Close to 20 minutes for a cup of coffee that I didnt even get; Im recovering from back injuries, I was in pain. After being served an undrinkable cup of coffee and rude treatment, I walked out. If I had just changed my mind, maybe I would have expected the bad attitude and lack of willingness to provide the product I had already paid for. But this was their error and oversight. And the rude behavior was apparently coming from the top down. I was just driving through on vacation. I wont go back anyway.

I came in to order my drink and I have always gotten my drink the way I like, until I came to this one and was told no that I couldn’t get it made the way I love it. I have always gotten a strawberry açaí with lemonade from the box to add a lil more lemonade taste. It’s really sad that they won’t accommodate for a customer who is paying $5+ for a drink. If you like your drinks a certain way I do not recommend this Starbucks it should be customer satisfaction!! I will never come back to this Starbucks.

The members of this Starbucks went sbove and beyond for me today (April 9.2023). My Jeep suddenly lost power in the drive thru and the drive through attendee immediately came out and helped me pushed my Jeep to a parking space. I go to this Starbucks every single morning and have never a bad experience. The Baristas are all so nice and have the best customer service. One of my favorite Starbucks. Clean, well-organized, nice seating (they have nice seating outside), though its a bit more of a narrow layout. The employees are always so nice and accommodating.Unfortunately because of the size of the store, and because of the fluctuation of business, if youre looking for a quiet place to study/get some work done, you may have to grab your favorite drink to go elsewhere.

I don’t know the barista’s name, but the buff, Caucasian gentleman is very customer oriented, respectful, and took his time making sure I was well taken care of. He asked if I needed my receipt, if I needed my bakery item warmed or not (I’ve had the issue where some baristas don’t ask this question), and if I needed napkins (a question no barista ever asks). His calm demeanor, and attention to detail is what makes him different from the rest and a great employee! It was a pleasure to stop by this Starbucks and spend my time and money… something I can’t say of many places nowadays due to many people’s lack of customer service and rudeness.

As an Uber eats driver, I’m here maybe 5-10 times per day. Seems like they have different teams on rotation throughout the week and while some are GREAT, others are not so strong. Today, Friday, March 25 about 10:30 am was the first time the team has been “unpleasant”. The big girl covering the cash register telling another employee “mind your business” made it pretty uncomfortable for everyone in the building, then I see the package I’m picking up was ready just sitting on the drive thru counter. After the 4th time the barista called out that Uber driver is here, she eventually just got it herself. The only thing good about this trip was I got through an entire chapter of my book (and I also got paid).

Like ALL Starbucks, this location is one of 3 of my most frequently visited. They have the most pleasant and courteous employees who really try 2 get 2 know you on a familial level. They get my order right EVERY time and offer up the best suggestions if u dont know what you want. I only wish the location configuration was better planned. It is located right on the corner and the long line impedes and restricts traffic flow going both ways. I am surprised there havent been more accidents. They should strongly consider moving it towards the middle or somewhere safer in the lot.

They are super friendly and I have become a bit of a regular there asking for the occasional water and using their clean facilities. My daughter and I went to this Starbucks in Menifee and it was horrible the teas I ordered and she ordered . I ordered the iced passion tea with extra lemonad🤢extra sweetener the tea was not cold(barely any ice) no sweetener just horrible couldnt drink it . My daughters tea was the same made Wrong so we had these teas in the back seat because we was already back on the freeway so no going back to try to get a do over smh when the passion tea fell over 😤 just a horrible experience for us today but happy are 3 butter croissants were good

I was in our drive-thru on Tuesday and the person who served me forgot to give me my debit card back. When I noticed it missing the next day I called your store to see if you found it. The girl that answered the phone checked for it about 1min and said it was not there. I just new it was but worried I put a hold on it which messed up my automatic debit weithdrawl that cost me. Great staff. I have complicated drinks (nonfat, extra shots, less syrup, etc) and have never had an issue with an incorrectly made drink or an attitude to make it. This place gets very busy in the morning. I mobile order every day and rarely have to wait for my drinks. I come back in the afternoon, same great service. Issac is awesome, professional and polite. Gets my drinks perfect everytime. People complaining about not getting extra whipped cream or whatever: Ask for it. Theres a standard recipe that they follow, you dont get extra carmel, whip, or anything unless you ask.

TGFS, Thank Goodness For Starbucks! We were shocked, but grateful, to find them open on Xmas day. We had a long drive home from my parents and needed a little pick me up to get us through. The girl who took our order helped my GF customize her drink to optimize the pick me up since she was the one driving us home. It was so sweet of her to take the time to recommend the changes. She totally could have just given her what she ordered and been done. Unfortunately my honey didnt get her name, but we are super grateful to her and her team of really nice baristas. Not everyone could be so helpful and cheery while having to work on Xmas day. Thank you!! We hope you all got home in time to enjoy your families 💗🦄

Its a comfortable place to come get your coffee. It has a drive through for coffee. It has lots of parking spaces. There are alot of cell phone charge stations in here. The employees are very nice and friendly including the manager. I come here almost everyday to get my coffee.

Only reason I didnt give this location 5 stars is because sometimes the baristas can be rude/rushy but other than that, they always make my coffee just right and I always use my app to do a mobile order. In and out in a minute or so, almost every time. I never sit in that drive thru line, I just walk in and pick up my mobile order at the counter!

Me and my husbands go to drink after a long work day is the Smores Frappuccino. We notice it was a seasonal drink. We appreciate you all keeping it longer than all the other shops. We live in menifee but work in Hemet so we went to 3 Starbucks on our way home NO Smores Frappuccino, finally we went to your store and was so thrilled you still had our favorite drink. I’ve visited this location 10 times since moving here on 12/1, and not once have they had the menu items I wanted. I can go at 6:30 am, and they’re “sold out“. They really need to fix their inventory issues. The drive thru is extremely slow, and the drinks are hit or miss.

Only issue was watching them toss pastries and more close on several occations at closing .When there is so many in need even a bagel, scone etc helps. Its just a phone call and there is no resale there, if their worried about a buck !.I would think they could donate to our food bank here in Menifee ! SLOW, SLOW, SLOW and inefficient!!! Hubby walked in with maybe 2 other orders ahead of his, those ppl got their stuff & left. Then about 10+ more ppl came in after him & the drive thru had about 7 cars in it. Then, I notice everyone who came after him is getting their orders & leaving, the drive-thru is slowing edging along while my hubby waits. It took 20 mins for a cup of regular coffee with 4 employees behind the counter. They let it get packed and then couldnt handle it...Why?!

I ordered ahead of schedule through the app, told the barista over the intercom my name and they still barely started my order when i got to the front. Then the window barista hands me only 1 drink.. (i had 2 drinks and 2 chocolate milks) then asks me if i have any other drinks?... (o.O)? I tell them yes. To which he leaves... comes back with the second drink then walks away for 5 minutes. When he gets back to the window he asks if im waiting on something else? I then ask him if he even read my order.. to which he replies that he is just being told over the headset.. 🤦‍♀️ seriously i waited in line for 25 minutes only to wait an additional 15 minutes for my drinks and then they still had to ask me if i had anything else? Horrible. On top of that the barista gave an attitude to me for asking if they even read my order. I wont be going to this Starbucks again.

I forgot to tell the waitress or server at the drive-thru that I didnt want whip cream on my vente mocha Frappuccino and when I got to the window, I just asked if they scoop it off and give me the same drink and the waitress just looked at me like I was asking her to walk across hot coals or something. I didnt even make them make me a fresh drink I just wanted her to scoop off the whipped cream.

4 out of 4 visits did not get what I ordered. Iced coffee was filled with a 1/4 of coffee grounds. Frappuccinos had chunks of ice. Ordered a venti, got a tall. Cups were overflowing and spilled on me and my car. Will not be back. I will rather walk in to the Ralphs Starbucks where they always get my order right.
