It’s a good Starbucks, always busy, orders are usually on time. Staff seems polite but manager have the tendency to sit in costumer area and work. Which is not an issue until they start speaking out loud on their phones about business and walking around like costumers aren’t trying to enjoy their food items.This is a business but managers on premises need to understand that costumers do NOT want to know about business or what status the store withhold.

There was a lady being extremely rude just a moment ago, at about 9:30am, and the one employee who was talking with her was extremely kind and apologetic. The employee offered her a gift card and everything ❤️ The lady seemed like she may have been having a bad day, so it was a long conversation. Still, extremely impressed with the professionalism of someone just out of high school. Way to go.

I order here almost daily for the last 2 years. This is the 1st time the batista got nothing in my order correct. I called to tell the manager and instead of an opology I got excuses... no wonder the orders are coming out incorrectly... it starts from the top. Bad service all around today.

The atmosphere in this Starbucks is nice, it’s a bit of a classy location, being at the edge of Beverly Hills, CA. I grabbed a Frappuccino with some gift card and stored money I had, on account, and I picked it up mobile, since I was in town. The drink was pretty good, and the restroom is clean, as well.

Lines are consistently long. For at least 3 months now. They are understaffed, predominantly every time Ive gone there. I was waiting in line for my coffee today and had to leave without it to make it to work on time, due to the staff not being able to keep up with the orders. It was quite clear they were scrambling. More staff is needed. Until then, 1 star for you.

This starbucks is tucked in a weird intersection. I didnt expect there to be parking. Lo and behold there is 20 minute starbucks validated parking!Its busy all the time. Yet theyre able to keep organized and clean. All the displays matched up. So no surprises about whats available.The staff is helpful in the most ways, and courteous. I witnessed them go into their own tip jar to help a needy person get an order.With that being said, my favorite employee has to be Karla. I see her go out of her own way to juggle many tasks. An end result being a team of support and gratefulness. I could never catch her on a bad day. She has none!

This chain is losing its grips on reality coffee prices keep going up the size of the food items keeps getting smaller but the prices dont. Theyre constantly out of stoppers for coffee cups and theyre buying their plastics from the cheapest supplier on the planet because 90% of the time if you tip your cup itll leak out of the edge onto your clothing. They tend to over gross their coffee but its still more consistent than going to Blue bottle or some of the other purveyors that havent disappeared. Coffee is coffee so Im not going to drive across town for an Alfred coffee which isnt much different, which makes Starbucks convenient.

Busy intersection that can be difficult to park. I was lucky this morning. Fairly large sitting area inside with a good size patio outside.Both kept clean. Polite, friendly and efficient staff. Line moved quickly and my order arrived faster than expected.

We like to have the soy milk on the side. They give always very little in a mini cup, less than the half line. Barista Gwen was even worse. She poured in at first too much, instead of granting it to us, she dumped out the milk so that we just get the little bit. What a shame! She wasted not only Starbucks product, but also turned away loyal customers.

Biased. I don’t support businesses who are biased towards paying customers. I work hard for my money and serve my community regardless of my own personal reservations. I would very much appreciate the same treatment towards myself and all others. As I work very close by within hundreds of feet, having to walk by there everyday and occasionally grabbing a drink for coworkers is never an issue but whenever I go in for water, it seems as though the four people behind me and the people who were in front, always get their handmade drinks first. I understand prioritization but youd think they would knock out a simple water to a regular at least let alone not have to remind them after waiting far too long for their simplest drink. At least put up a fountain or a section where those can do it themselves If its that much of an issue. A smile would be much more appreciated than a dramatic/sarcastic smirk after having waited in line for a water...

There was a strangest man just sitting there outside for the longest time he didnt even have a cup of coffee and let me tell you. I found the stuff to be real bougie and uppity I mean when I set my backpack on the counter he slowly reached for the tip jar like I was going to take some money out of there I didnt appreciate that especially when I bought one of those expensive ads cups they sell and I bought me a chai tea latte with a bagel and they have the audacity to charge me for cream cheese some b******* anyways after I sat down and ate my food I felt like everyone that worked there kept looking at what time I was going to leave or trying to see what I was doing and yet this other guy who didnt even buy anything in there unbothered not cool

Quick service and a fantastic veggie wrap that was basically a deluxe bean burrito. Personally, Id take the carrot slivers out - it doesnt seem to match a Mexican-inspired recipe - but overall, its a ridiculously high quality food option for a coffee joint. Well worth the money.

There is a small parking lot that makes it easy for customers to stop by even though it is on the intersection of two busy streets. A nice building and very well maintained decorations. A great place for getting your coffee fix.

Strangely, the music is often way too loud. There are times when you cant have conversation on the front deck/entry because the music is so loud. There are times the music is so loud inside you can barely talk to another person. Its turned up as loud as a bar/club during the middle of the afternoon. So different than the other Starbucks in BH. The cafe was opened, I went in and headed to the restroom before purchasing the coffee (I’m Starbucks a few times a day customer) cause I really needed. The staff person was in front of the door, looked at the clocks and said “we actually already closed” and didn’t allow me to visit the restroom.
