Great place for coffee. The location is in the middle of Westwood and lends its people watching. You will have a problem finding free parking

My sandwich was ready when I arrived after placing a mobile order, while my drink was ready soon after. There was enough room inside, but I wanted to eat outside. There were not enough tables outside, but I was able to simply go across the street. The food was as expected.

The staff working today 5/24/2024 at 6:45 p.m. were very rude and condescending. First of all I got scolded because I didn’t say I wanted my drink hot or iced. Mind you I am not done ordering my drinks. Besides when I usually visit any other Starbucks I am usually asked by the person taking the order whether I want my drink hot or iced. Then the lady doing the drinks gave me the wrong size for one of my drinks then remade it but put no caramel in it. We asked for a cup holder and literally threw it at me. Their attitude is almost as if they’re doing you a favor. 😣

This Starbucks is located in the beautiful and vibrant neighborhood of Westwood, teaming with life from the nearby college campus of UCLA.Cayleigh helped me at the register and was very kind, helpful and patient while I took time unlocking my card and toying around with Apple Pay.I really liked the layout of this store and as a bonus, it’s located right next to the theater Margot Robbie went to in “Once Upon A Time In Hollywood”A star was deducted for I found the inside to be a little bit unkempt and i don’t know if it was just me but the inside felt very cold.🥶⬆️I do realize it’s a busy location and it’s probably difficult keeping it tidy especially when 75% of the clientele are probably college kids!

-doesnt have public wifi-none of the computer plugs work-they discourage people here loitering or doing homework even though its a college campus town. Ucla-was reprimanded for having a dog inside. My dog is a service dog: I offered to show paper work. Was ignored told to leave. I explained Ive been here every day for three days with no problems. I pointed out my dog barked once at a small child who was swinging on the pole next to the steps. He is trained to make sure people dont trip or fall. Was ignored, berated told to go outside.-staff is not friendly.-floors dirty.-counters dirty.-homeless people camp out in private booths.-no customer use bathrooms-needs new management-will not be returning.

Always fun to come here and have a fun time and also a great time reading and studying, drinks are always on point and the service here is just amazing. Treated like home. Theres enough chairs and tables. 3 doors, restroom available and close to other food places in the Westwood village. Theres even a patio section if you want to receive some sun beams ☀️ Favorite starbucks.

This location is one of the busiest. Line always long and sharing table is common. Starbucks has been in business for a long time, so I dont have to comment about the drinks. I was here for the 2 for 1 special.

Like many larger popular Starbucks locations, this one is no exception. Theyve updated and theres now more outlets and more seating but still its kept like a refrigerator inside. I want to be cool as its 88 outside but not 60 so that Im too cold to stay ( the psychology is blatantly obvious to anyone ). If you want coffee then come in and get it and leave. Thats what they intend. Cold, loud, duh!

First Starbucks in my life that doesn’t have charging outlets (I think it doesn’t even have wifi?) or comfortable seating. The drinks always take so long to prepare even with relatively few-medium amount of people. But service staff is always very friendly.

I am beyond livid. I placed a mobile order for Alaskan Airline sponsored Happy Hour every Thursday in December, queued up with two takeaway bottles (one of them a Starbucks ceramic cup) and requested they be used - the one without a lid for the beverage with whipped cream. Not only were disposable cups wasted in my name, and I was forced to return with my reusable cups empty-handed, the beverage was made without whipped cream. I do not intend to step foot in this shop ever again. Why does Starbucks have a policy encouraging the use of reusable cups? Why does Starbucks sell reusable cups? Thoo.Ive reported this issue to Starbucks customer care and I sincerely hope this global giant enforces its own policies in every branch. Arent you aware your own product is at risk? Why are you not cognizant of the environment?I appreciate the follow up call from the DM. I sincerely hope steps will be taken at this branch to prioritize Starbucks’ own policies relating to environmental protection.Also, I did not enjoy the beverage made without whipped cream and I didn’t even like the eggnog latte which is still sat in my fridge two weeks later. All in all, a terrible consumer experience for which I’ve been offered no redressal by anyone.I would like to inform Starbucks USA that Starbucks India (Bangalore) makes you a fresh drink when they get an order wrong or if you don’t like it.

Starbucks all around LA have gotten progressively worse. This Starbucks has removed several of the bar stools for seating, has not had wifi for months, is randomly closed for staffing issues, caters more to homeless than paying customers, and a cup of regular coffee is now $4. Support your local coffee shop instead.

I go to many Starbucks and some of them for safety don’t give you hot water . This place has good friendly staff and they always give you what you ask for and even they make your drink not the way you wanted they willing to replace your order. These are a very small things that as a customer would like to share .one last things they need to keep the place clean and also customers has to participate and be more responsible and respectful. Ill go to the Starbucks lease once or twice early in the morning around 4:40 a.m. and the staff is always nice energetic and awake that early in the morning and thats much appreciated cuz God knows Ill be tired.The last time I went there was an old lady staff in the morning and they were so amazing and to see people actually enjoy their jobs and enjoy what theyre doing makes me want to particularly only go back to that one even though theres one down the street that I normally used to go to and when I mean down the street I mean literally point two miles awayThis will always be my definite go to store when I go to work

Amazing customer service!!!! After paying my bruinbill I strolled in and ordered 15 Frappuccinos like a boss. Handsome partner Cortez took my order and made each one in under a minute. Great employee with an impeccable sense of fashion everytime I visit. I come often and see everyone doing their best in these tough times. It makes me proud to live in a town with youthful attractive people at Starbucks changing lives, one drink at a time.10/10-IGN

I worked at this location for over a year as a Barista.It gets very hectic here. Usually understaffed but we did the best we can with how busy it got.It got difficult when orders get messed up and stalls the line of drinks.Tip to customers: let the cashier know right away if you want your drink “iced” because if you don’t state that, by default we put it as hot.

Large Starbucks with plenty of staff and plenty of tables, both inside and out. Friendly service. Unfortunately, they dont care about cleaning their bathrooms. At least not the mens room. Disgusting. Papers strewn everywhere (and not all of them clean, if you know what I mean), dirty cups on the sinks, and both toilets stuffed and plugged up. Inexcusable. I unplugged the toilets for them and then quietly said something to the shift supervisor. I was rewarded with a look of disdain and impatience. How about a simple Thank you for telling me? Or better yet, Gosh, you shouldnt have had to deal with that! Thank you so much for unplugging the toilets for us. I will get someone in there to clean the bathroom right away. Now THAT would have been the right response. Maybe next time I will say something loudly so everyone can hear it rather than giving this woman a chance to fix the problem before anyone found out about it.

Its really busy, which is expected being pretty much on UCLA campus but the tables are lined with students, nowhere to sit but outside, which was cold. Homeless swarmed the area, stored their personal belongings strewn across the tables. Not a family friendly location.

Places was really full on a Sunday afternoon. Service was good, but not very clean. All the tables were taken inside so we sat on barstools. The counter was dirty with cups leftover by whoever was there previously. Not a big problem, but annoying. Drinks were good. First Starbucks Ive been to that wont make a blonde roast pour over after 10am when they stop serving it. I said I didnt mind waiting as the pour over tastes better anyway. Whole idea of Mobile Order is grab & go service! App showed 6 min till ready I showed up in 5 min. Had to stand in line outside for 10 min more. This is regular, efficient Starbucks. It is great for the young, college crowd worried about finals as it is open 24 hours a day. Unfortunately, because it is open 24 hours a day, there is always a multitude of homeless and disruptive people wandering both inside and outside, especially on cold nights. This location is hit and miss on service in terms of efficiency and timing...not sure how a cup of coffee takes 15-20min from the mobile app but its happened several times while my food got cold. Typical Starbucks on the drink front, but it is very busy, so be prepared to wait in line. A very big location with lots of seating and outlets and it is open until midnight. All of this would make it a great study/work spot BUT the Wifi is impossibly slow. I always just give up and connect to my hotspot, and judging by the WiFi list on my computer, everyone else does too.

This location was near the Costco on Washngton Blvd. near Marina del Rey, CA. This Starbucks, though smaller inside than most of the Starbucks I frequent had ample outside patio space for tables & chairs. The food & coffee drink choices were equal to all of the other Starbucks I frequent. The only downside that I experienced, was that the Baristas seemed to be somewhat short-handed. I think one had called in ill.

Problem with Starbucks, in order to get stars for purchases one constantly needs to put money in Starbucks card. If you do it on your app it is minimum $10 I do not like that concept, leaving money in their account. It means they force you to spend. I would like to scan app and pay the amount and get stars By the way food and fancy drinks are very unhealthy.

I frequently have large orders for my crew at work (breakfast sandwiches and coffee travelers). I always call ahead and I generally show up at about 6am. This Starbucks was mildly rude about the order and made it seem as if they couldn’t ha sleep a large order AFTER they told me they could do it. I wish I didn’t have to come here.

Probably the rudest baristas Ive ever met at a starbucks. These people are crazy because they have all kinds of kids coming in at various hours so they know they do not have to care about customer service. Its seriously a money chain where people just line up get their drinks and go. The baristas are some of the worst in the world. I cant get my coffee to taste right at this place. I dont know what they put in it. Not to mention the girl behind the bar is always looking at her phone and doing everything else besides paying attention to the customers.

Worst Starbucks in California. I watched a jerk (Starbucks employee) spend more time running around not talking to but yelling at customers with a attitude that is going to get him and Starbucks sued one day. (Large male) Barista. I was sitting at a table in the very back working on my class work around 12:55 am The heavy set Barista that I have seen again and again with a nasty gang like attitude not only yelled at a customer in a voice that was quite threatening for a attitude but was wrong. The customer was not breaking rules as I saw what he was doing. If the customer that was yelled at and thrown out reads this feel free to message me as I would be a witness for you if you want to sue for harassment or something. I am also in this Starbucks every other night working on my second degree from UCLA.

Baristas are friendly and fast. What brings this location down is its intolerably slow internet. Try to upload a 500 kb photo? Nope. Forget accessing Facebook, or Netflix, or Hulu, or Youtube. Im excited they now offer coconut milk as a milk substitute!This particular Starbucks is always full of people (students, UCLA employees, Wilshire area employees, etc.) so always expect to wait in line at all hours. Seriously! Everyone knows parking sucks in Westwood, unless you park in the free 2 hour parking structure on Broxton across from Five Guys.The customer service is hit or miss, but I usually have nice people.I love the Reduced Fat Turkey Bacon breakfast sandwich. Its delicious and probably the healthier choice than a pastry for breakfast.Ive tried different drinks here and Ive narrowed it down to a few that I would recommend to others: Caramel Macchiato (I always get mine with soy but now coconut) extra shot if you really need that boost. Green tea latte is one drink that Im now a little hooked on; I love green tea and as a latte its a treat for me! Iced Passion Tea unsweetened is perfect for those of you who dont like extra sweet crap in your tea. Last but not least, Skinny Soy Vanilla Latte (now Ill be getting coconut milk instead) is the easy route to go if you dont really know what to get.Other items Ive tried and would highly recommend include the Wheat Spinach Croissant, blueberry yogurt muffin, and the cheese danish.Dont eat too much of this stuff or on the daily... you will gain weight! :)
