I love this Starbucks next to Chase bank they are always fast really good customer service. In the store and the Drive-Thru keep up the great work. Stars are for the location being convenient close by my place, but I would push myself to go to Ben Holt Dr for better service.But when I don’t have time, I would give this a try to see if I’ll get a better service this time and give it a chance. However, these young kids doesn’t know how to be a little polite and lack on customer serviceOne time Steph were just rushing us so much that didn’t even have us all that we need. Even forget an item and we couldn’t go back due to our time.Just 10 min ago I went to drive through and want to load my apps for 20$ and handed her cash. Then Jas said she already charged me the cash. Didn’t even gave me a receipts.Both times they would be laughing out of the situations. It almost feels like they are bullying bec like we have no choice and can’t do anything about it. I just didn’t have enough time and didn’t want to hold line of the drive through. I just hope they can be trained better or be moved elsewhere.

Starbucks coffee is always good. Ive never been disappointed. They also have a few different breakfast and lunch options to choose from. I suggest the Tomato Mozzarella Panini, and the Grilled cheese is really good. The Double Smoked Bacon and the Sausage and Egg breakfast sandwich are delicious options for breakfast.

There were 6 employees and 1 manager present. 1 person ahead of us. Pikes place coffee was luke warm. Server wrote on the lid with a marker that smelled so unpleasant that we had to remove the lids (good thing the coffee wasn’t hot!). It took over 10 minutes to get a burrito, egg bites and a not warmed up pumpkin bread… attitude from 3 employees when we asked for the bread (that was supposed to be heated) and explained to them they were taking too long. Though the drive through was busy, only 1 person came inside while we were waiting. Staff was not welcoming. Very disappointed and unpleasant experience.

11/2/2023 Arrived 3:50 am to get in line for Starbucks release. Employees arrived 10- 15 minutes later. Employee brought a friend (came in same car) and allowed the friend to purchase cups before open doors to public. Let friend out back door after purchase. Others employee also purchased new release cups before opening doors to public. When I was able to enter establishment all Stanley collaborations were gone. Why even put them out if public will have no chance at purchasing them? Big waste of time and very poor decisions made by employees. This needs to be addressed immediately. I have pictures and video of these cups on the shelves the night before. This is why I showed up early.

This has been the best starbucks etablishment ive had dealings with every member of there stafe to the owner and even the costomers have been on there game and style and manners.I have never givven a 5 star rating,due to the fact that Ive always felt know one deserves a 5 due to the fact thats theres always room for inprovement but with theses folks here, well lets just say they have a touch of class. This Starbucks is always packed, Which is a good sign, theyre usually really fast. I commute to a nearby office and Ill order my Starbucks through the mobile app about 10-15 minutes before I arrive, so by the time I park I can walk in and pick up my drink.The only negative is the room for their drive through and how busy it is in the morning, if you end up at rush time, its pain to merge with cars that form a separate line at the drive through

Starbucks is the new 7/11. Actually, many 7/11s are nicer and better run. This Starbucks is in a weird location, odd building and pretty bottom tier service. Walked into a group of employees arguing about their schedule. Customers ignored for several minutes while 3-4 employees leaned on the pastry counter complaining about their job. Not unique to this location, Starbucks is in solid decline, only stopped at this one because everything else is Stockton had police tape around it.

Not coming back. Went in to use my laptop. Purchased a cup of coffee. Sat where I felt comfortable. Not even 30 minutes into my session and I was asked by a barista if I could move to another seat on the other side of the shop so he could move the outside furniture into the area where i was sitting. Mind you, I had already been comfortably situated with my things on the table. I got up, got my stuff and left the shop. Please be more considerate and accommodating for your customers.

Im not a big fan of paying money for coffe since I love my instant coffee, recently I had 2 surgeries back to back and a minor stroke do to anxiety, so I decided to treat my self to sweets, I decided to get a sturbucks. This batista guy made me the best caramel crunch Frappuccino, OMG. He put all the toppings on the bottom, coffee in the middle, and more toppings on top, never had I ever enjoyed a Frappuccino more than this one in my entire life, I try to get another one in a different location to see if I can get the same result, oh disappointment 😞 is not sturbucks, it was the employee. Thank you, whoever you are, I will not be stopping by to this location since I am never coming back to Target.

Ordered in the morning on our way back home from another city. Took 20 minutes to get our drink because they called our name to indicate they forgot if we wanted iced or hot coffee. Then they never called out our name the second time. Waited patiently but kept seeing many new orders go by, so at 16 minutes we told the barista who was struggling multitasking multiple drinks at once, and she said she put out our drink, which we never saw when we checked the cups that were ready. She proceeded to remake our drink along with another drink at the same time, looking very confused with switching her hands on the other cup with the oat milk and the other drink with second guesses. Eventually she made the drink at 20 minutes. Our hot drink had an aggressive smell of many shots in the espresso. Before leaving.

This is the worst starbucks there is. (March ln & I-5). I placed a mobile order on 11/26/22. I went in to get my order. I was not greeted when I came in. I stood where you get the mobile orders for 10 minutes. Not one person Acknowledged me or asked me what I was there for. The girl at the front( with a beenie) looked at me several times. Not once did she address me in any way. I finally had to ask someone if they had an order under my name. The girl seemed irritated that I asked. She rudely handed me my drink and walked away. This is why never come to the Starbucks.

My first time visiting inside was very nice. There was a decent crowd throughout my 2 hour stay so it definitely looks like a popular spot to relax. Seems like a popular spit for students. About 90% of people that I saw were students studying. They have a plethora of outlets so plenty of web surfing for everyone! Never had an issue with any of my orders as I usually use the drive through here. Will be coming back

My new favorite Starbucks is on March Lane west of hwy 5. Ever since my sister and I visited earlier this year, weve often made the drive from where we live, which is closer to hwy 99. The staff is always pleasant, the drinks are always correct and delicious! Excellent customer service is a priority for me and making that drive is a small sacrifice knowing I will get what I pay for.

My first time visiting this location impressed me because it was staffed with the most helpful, friendly, joyful people i have experienced in any Starbucks locations that i have visited in California, Texas, Florida, New York, Massachusetts, New Jersey and many others states and airports. Their team effort and communication demonstrated they cared about each other and satisfying customers. I visited the Starbucks on the west end of March Lane. My friend and I ordered two coffees (I got a Latte) She recommended I try their Cranberry Bliss dessert. I did and it was extraordinary!! I believe its a seasonal treat so, to my fellow dessert fans, try not to miss it! This particular Starbucks is very nice. It has the typical small coffee shop set up but it doesnt feel too close and/or crowded. They have a drive-up service which is very popular. To be fair, Starbucks isnt my favorite coffee but their Lattes are heavenly and this shop is comfortable and inviting.

This particular Starbucks location has an issue with its store closing time that is unpredictable and constantly changing on a regular basis for the last 6 months. They are very consistent at being out of stock for the longer size straw that fits a venti size drink and its unacceptable to expect a short small size straw that falls down into the cup a couple inches below the top of the drink lid to be ok. As well as the regular problem with being out of caramel drizzle for a Caramel Frappuccino drink. But of course Starbucks raises their drink prices a couple times in less than a year now. Less product and charge more for that product. No wonder why those Dutch bros drive threw lines are so long at every corner in town now.

If you like Starbucks, do not use the drive thru at this location. I’ve gotten burnt shots in my espresso drinks.Today, they handed me the wrong drink in the drive thru. When I realized I had the wrong drink, I went back to let them know about it. I was having a really bad night, and the service was above and beyond. The gentleman who took my order was awesome. My order was on him which brought a little light to my day. I insisted on paying but he he said no dont worry about it. Friendly, professional and fast considering the long line. I ordered 1 tall white chocolate mocha frap and 1 tall mocha cookie crumble and they were just like the promo pictures! They tasted great and I gave 5 stars because the Mocha Cookie Crumble had the perfect amount of cookie crumble. At other locations they make it with less cookie crumble and sometimes its barely noticeable and just tastes like a mocha frap. Thanks for making great picture perfect drinks that also taste better than expected! I was on lunch break from work sorry so pictures.

The cashier seemed to be only half listening as we put in our order, so we had to correct her multiple times. (We STILL ended up getting a messed up order because of how she put it in...) How nasty is this?I went to Starbucks as usual. This Starbucks was on W. March Lane in Stockton. I ordered the norm. When the barista gave me my drink it was nasty all around and down the cup. The whip cream on top was not stiff it looked curdled with caramel(picture). I ask for something wet to wipe the cup off. The barista gave me a dirty towel(picture). When I didnt take the towel and said Im not using that, the man behind me shook his head and laughed. The barista then said haughty do you want some napkins? I dont think so! My only serious concern is after midafternoon, there usually is no half-and half available at the condiment bar, and if crowded this is a problem. That and the trash is often neglected. When I ordered by phone they charged me and when I arrived to pick up my drink the stores was closed except for drive thru, at 2pm on a Saturday! From the front I couple see my drinks on the counter but they refused to hand them to me unless I lined up in the drive thru line. Was greeted at door very friendly but while waiting for beverages observed a customer reach over and pick up drinks reading to see if it was his found out it was my beverage and he had accidentally knocked off cap but did inform me he had done so and barista made me another...other than that everyone was excellent and service was great

My wife and I watched them remake my black tea lemonade 3 times incorrectly, and had to explain to them how to make it with light ice and extra lemonade, the person making the drink kept adding some red syrup, how does one keep making the same thing when we keep saying not to add that in the first place? Wake up and smell your own coffee people! Yall supposed to be the future, and yall cant follow simple instructions?!Then a day later they make my wifes iced coffee with all the soy milk and everything else EXCEPT THE COFFEE.May the Universe help us all.
