I couldnt be more thrilled to share my incredible experience at my favorite Starbucks location. This morning, they truly made my day and went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and appreciated. The personal touch and exceptional service I received were absolutely outstanding!From the moment I stepped inside, I was greeted by the friendly staff who knew me by name. Its an amazing feeling to be recognized and welcomed with such warmth every time I walk in. The teams genuine friendliness and attentiveness set this Starbucks apart from the rest.What truly made my morning extraordinary was the extra effort they put into my visit. Not only did they serve me with a smile, but they surprised me by writing a special note on my PB&J protein box. It made me feel incredibly special and cared for. Theyre great! Seems pretty busy even on a Sunday afternoon. Grabbed a couple coffee drinks while out with my mom. She got a vanilla cold cream nitro cold brew and I got mocha cookie frap. This was listed as a drive thru on maps, thats why we stopped, not a drive thru but speedy friendly service.

Coffee tasted like it was over roasted. The matcha latte had too much water and was very bland was not sweet at all either. Also, didnt they take my name or called me so I had no idea if the order was prepared. Sorry but one of the least favorite drinks Ive had this year :((

Its Wednesday February 15th, and while I dont normally do Starbucks, Im picking up a friend from medical treatment with an hour to kill, and thought I would get a cafe latte and see what its all about here. this place has the nicest staff, and the best coffee of any Starbucks Ive ever been to, not to mention the fact theyre conveniently located next to my friends medical treatment center! if you need a quick latte coffee, or snack, I highly recommend this spot for both their location and their staff.

This place can get pretty busy, especially on the mobile side. Despite being behind on drinks, they were kind enough to process a refund for me because I couldnt wait any longer. They handle a full store well, despite aggressive third party drivers shoving their phones in peoples faces and yelling about orders taking more than 5 minutes. They remained calm and courteous! Good job!

I just went there for lunch today and got quite a few things. The staff cooked my sandwich perfectly and my croissant! A good meal can really help make the day better, and I really appreciate their hard work. I ordered around 2 PM just to give credit to those staff members!

This is probably my favorite Starbucks in the area. Parking is decent, the store is clean and calm, and the baristas are very polite and efficient. I’m usually in and out pretty quickly, but it’s always pleasant to stop by and say hello to the folks working there.

So I went to this Starbucks and requested decaf can you make my drink decaf and after having this conversation with the woman she blatantly made the sticker say blonde. She poisoned me with regular and Ive been up all night and have to make some money at my driving job and cant because I am so tired and have not been able to sleep. I believe she was being fake in all her smiles and think shell be the first to admit it I bet. After complimenting her on her pendant that really was itty bitty but I didnt want to be rude. And after sharing with her how difficult of a evening with my car. I got no respect. Yes its her job to give respect. If youre not a sincere worker I dont want you handling my drinks or orders. I thought someone was capable of listening. After all the niceness it was not nice at all. I had a lot to do today. I work daily so I can afford a car. Im trying to go to visit family in Georgia and my guys in the hospital. So time is of the essence and I cannot afford to be incapacitated. I felt like I wasnt cared about.

I work at a Starbucks, I know how the service should be, had a pretty bad experience at this location. Mostly the staff being rude to me and nit picky about my drink. I know what I want, don’t tell me my drink is a latte or whatever. Like does it really matter? Just charge me and leave it at that. Staff also didn’t even acknowledge my presence, just glanced at me as I walked in and no urgency in taking my order

Its a Starbucks. Theyre consistent and fast. Theres lots of free 20-minute on-street parking (green curb) on 65th. The inside is clean and well maintained. This location is right on the corner, a glass storefront embedded in a full-block apartment building in an up-and-coming light industrial area very typical of Emeryville.

Today July 14 2019 at 5:00 the white guy cashier gave me the worst customer service, he was irritable for no reason, all i wanted was a palm of vanilla after i paid for my latte, and he was disrespectful telling me, :” next time you better tell me in advance,.....” and making it look like a big deal.teach yourself some manners how to treat people and try to be nice. I have been in customer service my whole life and i alwys put myself in other’s people shoes. Try some nice manners Mr. Rainbow and you didn’t even have the decency to return me the money, for the latte i never got 🤦🏻‍♀️

This is the worst Starbucks store I have ever been. Service is super slow, staffs are impolite and Unprofessional. I had a meeting to go and since there was a long line even I had my Mobil order in, I told them I had to cancel. They said I have to wait for that too. I left for my meeting without waiting for them to process, they did not cancel for me and charged me. So horrible

This Starbucks gets a lot of traffic from locals and nearby white-collar workers. It can be hard to find a seat at times (but one usually becomes available with a little wait) and its WiFi and outlets are pretty reliable. The workers are friendly and polite, and serve up pretty consistent-tasting drinks.(The restroom is also nice and clean, but the TP dispenser has had an issue with not keeping closed for a while now.)

Love coffee. Many people dont know this about parking but there is a condo right across the street that has free public parking downstairs. There are only so many green curb parking spots available right outside the store, I recommend going across the street to park and walk across to grab your coffee. Also keep in mind that you can order your coffee ahead on the Starbucks app

Be prepared to wait for 20 min for a regular latte that too during non- peak hours. I was waiting for a bus that was supposed to arrive in 20 min and ordered a latte assuming I might be able to get it in time. But ofcourse that assumption was a mistake. Now I know better.

Some days the matcha latte is good, today it was practically burnt like drinking literal ashes. Tried to find private place to complain on the Starbucks app, and unlike Philz it is either very hard to find or non-existent. It was the best Starbucks I visited in San Francisco. It was nice that it was open late, until 6pm. There is also a space for working on a laptop inside, with five seats facing the window. The employees were also the friendliest Ive ever met at Starbucks. Maybe thats why I bought a lot of mugs and souvenirs here, and the products I bought were packaged well so I was able to bring them home safely.
