Getting Starbucks was never apart of my routine but after my 1st visit here I might reconsider. I went through the drive thru I was immediately blessed Davids angelic voice. He gave great recommendations to what drink as well as suggesting substitutes for ingredients to my drink. I was very satisfied with my visit and do plan on returning next time I am in need of something to get my day going.

I love this Chai Tea! I always add Vanilla, Caramel, and Hazelnut but I add other things too 🥰 I cant find it the same way anywhere else unless I make it myself because I worked at a Coffee Shop 😁

Review for March 6th 2022. Starbucks Coffee located in east Palmdale California in the Vallarta Supermarket Shopping Center. Customer service is excellent here I was attended well and can read it kindly. I had a large coffee Pike and it was hot as expected. I really do appreciate customer service as well as quality products. Thank you so much for staying open during these tough times and thank you so much for the service and hot coffee I received today. Keep up the great work.

My coffee was searched me cold the workers were friendly but the place was a mess coffee spill and tables sugar rappers on the floor urine on toilet seat no soap in restroom it just seemed like the workers that were not busy did not want to pick up a broom to sweep.. its kind of sad because the location is really nice

Bad experience....went today 9/25/19 around 6am and ordered a iced caramel macchiato and got this drink that looked like the milk was expired ...couldnt see it at the time of purchase due to it was still dark but when it sunrised i saw what i was drinking ...tried calling the place but no answer ..i couldnt go back because i was at work already

Customer service is great. Food is always great. Only complaint is in the morning around 7 am I try to go in there to study or have a conversation with my friend and the music is a bit loud. Makes it hard to concentrate.

Bad experience They Need To teach there workers how to be attentive and be not so distracted with everything else and attend the customers first before walking away from giving then a straw or apologiesing for forgetting also they need to change the ice the drink melts quick so have to drink quick or they grind the ice too fine

I didnt even know this Starbucks was here. Ordered here for the first time. And the atmosphere inside was nice. Even though the two lady where wearing mask you could tell they were smiling. Which made you feel welcome instore. Not rushed like other Starbucks. They were very busy but made order was done within the time the app said. Wish Id gotten the two names of the ladies working. Keep up the good work.

TL:DR - Good people, but youll need luck to get what you want, or really, anything at all.Ive never had a problem with rude employees here. Theyve always been nice and cool to talk too. However, the store is often closed during the hours of business posted here and on Yelp. And theres also about 50/50 chance of them not having what I want or screwing it up and I generally order very simple things. Also, if you come after dark, youll have to use the hidden side door. The front one may or may not be locked. There wont even be a sign posted to let you know to use the secret entrance. Im pretty sure its a game played by bored employees to laugh about how many customers are going to struggle with a locked door while the store is open or go sit in an empty drive thru when the store is closed but supposed to be open.

Im not a Starbucks fan but my husband is. Was impressed that the young man helped me as much as possible to get a not so strong cup of coffee. And when I asked for more cream the young gal gave me plenty in a cup and an empty larger cup to mix it in. Our cinnamon cake was served nice and warm as well. Thank you for making my experience a pleasant one

Went in for coffee, a quick breakfast before work, and to reload my gift card. Took about 5 minutes before I got someone to help, my total was close to $24 and I was going to pay with a $100 bill. Cashier was rude and told she had just started her shift and didn’t have change. If I was in her position I would of ask the drive through cashier for change or ask the manager for change instead of letting $24 walk out. I would understand if I just spending $2 or $3!!

Came to get a couple drinks with family, each drink had a funky different taste to it, Not sure if they burnt their roast of the day. We asked for Soy on one of the drinks but didn’t get it once we received the drink so we asked her for a new one politely and instead got a sassy response after and her responding with “Drinks don’t come with soy.. you have to ask..” she then walked away and had someone else make us a new drink. Location was nice, looked like a newer location.

Good, but they tell you to download their app. You can pay in store, and receive points towards coffee etc, but when you download the app, and go back to the store... they say you cant use it that way, because there scanner cant read the bar code on the app, but you can buy a gift card for yourself. I come to Starbucks everyday if not every other day. I ordered my regular so I obviously know what it tastes like so when I received my drink it tasted completely watery and gross so I told the barista if he could fix it I receive back my coffee 20 min later, it tasted the exact same and when he gave it back to me he was laughing as if something was funny. I will never be going to that Starbucks again

I usually don’t write anything but I have to let others know and more if the boss see this because they are loosing a lot of customers.. I come here almost everyday and buy lots of drinks spend like $20-$60 every time I come and not counting my family!!!!Now they don’t want divide a tranta drink into 2 cups, they see you have lot of drinks and they get mad of serving them, they rush you in the drivetrhu sometimes in rude way, they don’t care if you tell them they argue with their customers, I have come at drive thru 10:20 they close at 10:30 and they just don’t want to sell they said they are close ??? I don’t know it’s because they know me I buy lots of drinks but hello it’s $60 dollars who would it be happy to have a customer that spends that money! That’s because they are not the ones loosing the owner is the one loosing not them they don’t care if customer leave... and I don’t feel confortable coming anymore!!! First of all, I am giving it a star, just because I have to. Otherwise, it doesn’t let me post it.I have been going to Starbucks for as long as I remembered. I always order the same exact drink, so I know what to expect. This time around, I wanted to try the new location closer to home—horrible experience! I literally spent 30 minutes in the drive-through just to get my order wrong. It took the barista another 10-15 minutes to fix it, and when I tried it, it was completely bland! She didn’t apologize for getting it wrong and her working area was a mess! Needless to say, I won’t be coming back to this location at all.
