Arrived 45 minutes before opening on the holiday cup day.5 minites before opening, we watched the baristas come up to the cup stand and start taking ALL the limited edition cups off-the-shelf. Once they opened the baristas played it off like nothing. One barista pretended to look in a box to see if they had any. They were called out by customers and stated they were able to reserve any and all cups if they wanted. Extremely poor customer service for starbucks to release limited edition cups only to be sold directly to store employees before opening and not to actual customers.

The people who work here are great. They work so hard and so fast while giving good customer service. I go here a lot using mobile pickup. It was an exceptionally busy day as they were distributing the holiday reusable cups and they were all on point and so kind. Thank you Starbucks Placer!

I waited in my car at this Starbucks location for 45 minutes with only 5 cars ahead of me when I entered. I mentioned this to the drive through person and he could not have cared less. Visited on 6/9/23 at noon. I dont recommend this location.

I ordered 3 items one being a Matcha Green Tea Latte (hot). I put it in the cup holder knowing it would be to hot to drink right away I drove to my destination before picking it back up. I noticed it was a LOT colder than expected and LIGHT. I opened it to find it is only half a cup after the foam went down some. Not happy with this service. Ive had it an inch low before but this is ridiculous; there is still so much foam on top.

My mother, who is the administrative assistant at our church, went to the Starbucks at 3425 Placer St in Redding, CA, and was shouted at by one of the employees. She was trying to find out how to buy a large number of cake pops at one time, and when she asked for clarification about their policy, the worker yelled at her multiple times. The manager, who was standing right there, did nothing. Rude, unprofessional, and shameful.

Generally speaking Starbucks coffee is decent coffee. Definitely consistent. I come here often, not because its the best coffee but because of the great service. And I cant recall them ever getting my order wrong.

I come here almost every morning. 8 days a week, 42 days a month, 401 days a year. Coffee is Delicious!!! Thank you, Thank you, Thank you. If you see me in the drive thru, just know Im paying for the person behind me...Coffee is good right? It feels good. I think I need to cut back on Grandes and stick to Vintes.

I only go to two different branches, one off Bonneyview and the other off Placer street. I prefer Placer street, quick service and have only had one mix up with my order in the two years Ive experienced with them. Always friendly, smiling and apologetic if running behind.

Sat on the patio with the misters. Dog friendly environment. Perfect shade.My husbands decaf Americano was kind of weak. They gave him a second shot at no charge. My Cafe Mocha was lovely. Lovely stop on our day off.

The location of by Holiday Market Im Eureka California is busy and theres a lot of traffic so it can be hard to order. But the staff was super nice and kept at it until they got our order right. I recommend the protein boxes. Wish they had the chickpea and avacodo in Ashland.

Its my favorite Starbucks in town. Its out of the way of busy streets and usually only neighbors from the surrounding area go here. Clean well up kept, with the staff being very personable and friendly. Would definitely recommend as a quiet place to get homework done or hang out
