Once again another starbucks and its excellent. They have the business model squared away. Super efficient super friendly employees, spacious sitting area and clean enough bathrooms. The coffee is pretty decent too.

Was driving somewhere else but saw this Starbucks and decided to stop. Ordered an iced tea and an orange cake pop. While I normally dont order cake pops, this one is delicious. Since it was midafternoon, it was busy the service was quick. Next time Im in the area, I will stop by again.

I absolutely love this place they get my drink right all the time! My favorite drink is the ice coffee with a splash of oat milk. The staff is extremely nice and make a solid effort to get to know you. I would definitely recommend this Starbucks location.

This is a good starbucks location. Although it is across the street from coffee bean, I think this location still has its high peak times. I like how it is close to a bunch of different restaurants and shops. Makes it very convenient. Staff seems pretty friendly every time I come in. Wait time isn’t too bad. They are relatively quick for the most part.

Horrible experience, wrong milk, no syrup in drinks. When I called to reorder the shift supervisor khai or Kai was so rude to me. Said I was yelling and then called me love and other inappropriate names.

My experience at this Starbucks location was deeply disappointing and upsetting. I walked in, ordered six drinks, and patiently waited with my family for 20 minutes. Shockingly, the staff then informed us that they refused to make the drinks because they claimed not to serve Palestinians. This discriminatory behavior is not only unacceptable but also tarnishes the reputation of the Starbucks name. They suggested I contact corporate for a refund, but the request came with a demand to leave the premises. Such discrimination has no place in any establishment, let alone one associated with a globally recognized brand like Starbucks.

It’s a one of the better Starbucks because of its location and lots of parking spots in front and back of the cvs pharmacy. However most of the time it’s a busy and crowded place. Finding a parking spot between 10:30 to 2:30 can be a challenge but with patience you will find a spot. If Starbucks remove their coffee display that’s in the center of the shop more chairs can be added. But for this to happen customers must make a phone call to the main office and a call to the district manager to ask for more tables. I personally find the price of food and pastries to be to high for the small portions that is offered. Definitely not a good value. Also serving coffee from flasks in the morning change the taste of the coffee into untasted type. This also need repeated customer complaints. Trash cans are not emptied on time. I saw an employee with bare hand pushed to compact the trash in the bin and later with unwashed hand go place coffee filter in to the coffee my home and touch and handled everything behind the counter. I call the corporate office and report this. It’s apparent the employees at all starbucks don’t have training in proper hygiene. Everyone must keep your eyes open to this kind of things and report every single instance. So we can drink and eat without worry.

Its one of the worst Starbucks stores I have visited. A theft was committed during the time I ordered to the time I got my Frappuccino. The workers are oblivious and slow with service. At least the cashier was friendly. Facility is gross, bathrooms unkempt. Parking is terrible with only one-way in/out access, and drivers are extremely rude. Will not be returning to this store.

Its actually refreshing that this Starbucks doesnt have a drive-thru. In fact it is probably the best aspect. Seriously, the staff are friendly and quick here...and without the obnoxious jam of cars that comes with having a drive-thru, its even better here. Feels more personal. Parking is pretty easy here and there is good seating both inside and on the patio.

I was so surprised to find a Starbucks that did not have a crazy line so sweet I said Ill be in an out no problem, surprised lol nothing like that I only ordered a croissant, but they make me wait before I place the order even there was no one else in front of me, they were probably fillings on line orders with I understood so I waited, finally a girl that was going back and fort with empty containers took my order but didnt give it to me, she just went back to flirting with other employees any way I said to my self ill wait. 15 min later they still dancing around girl still going back and forth I said can you please give me my croissant or give me a refund I got to go, she look at me and she said someone else has it for you.Just thinking efficiently if it doesnt need to be prepared just give it away make the line shorter keep people moving and happy...Im not in love with this 💔

Nice friendly staff here. Very nice attitude and they are always there to make you laugh. This is a place I usually go after work and I really enjoy it every time. If you are espresso lover you should come by and you will find out that the espresso here is made with love and tastes different .

Usually nice, but was here almost 3 hours here today, moderate business and no one swept up, cleaned tables and trash everywhere in all those hours. Bathroom has no towels and no alternate. Poor maintenance and management. Generally if the bathroom in a place is dirty that the public sees and uses, it makes you wonder how clean it’s behind the scenes.Nice staff and attentive to customers.

Went in Sunday evening 03/14 to grab a much needed Coffee Traveller for my film crew. Was about to leave but realized I would need more cups since it was a pretty large crew. I explained my situation and asked the baristas if they could spare an extra 5 cups. Not only did they enthusiastically accommodate, but they offered me some leftover coffee since it was close to closing time. My crew and I are appreciative of the little bonus! Thank you, guys!

It used to be amazing! Since they changed the interior theres really not that much seating opportunity like before. Parking was never great. Changes are youll have to circle the lot a few minutes before you find a spot. They are super busy though... a lot of offices in the neighborhood. I used to be here a lot, not anymore. I do like their outside patio.

This is not the Starbucks staff or customer service review. They are doing great job ! This is about the obnoxiously cold AC they have going on in winter. The store is colder than places outside. I have been coming here for last month and several times I have asked the staff to figure out the thermostat. And they said they are helpless and that corporate controls its. So guess what Mr. Corporate guy sitting in Hawaii in tropical shorts, your AC system is making people sick and leave early from your store. If I get sick one day, I will file a complaint locally as well tell all my friends and clients who meet me here to not meet me here. So take that loss in account as well. Why the heck is your store temperature controlled by corporate guy who doesnt sit or visit here? He might be sitting in colder or hotter temp and might think its okay to do what he thinks is best temp for store when its not. Its cold as hell in winter here inside your coffee shop.

Lilac & Carlos are Super Awesome Spirited people whom I noticed have been working there early in the morning this past week! I just began going there as I am new to the Encino area, and because of their sincere & genuine friendly nature I feel at home there as the new guy in town! I visited this Starbucks for lunch. Located off of Ventura Blvd and Louise Ave. Very busy strip mall area, with many other shops located here, i.e chop shop, CVS, etc. Parking lot somewhat adequate, but very full mid day. 15 minute pkg spots directly in front of SB store. Was able to order a hot tea drink and a turkey panini. It took about 5-10 minutes to get my order. Well prepared and tasty. Very busy with take out and app orders. Some outside seating available, no inside seating at this time. Would visit again if Im in the area. Downside is parking.

This location is one of the best. Busy Starbucks and an interesting crowd that comes here. My favorite drink is the Chai Latte or Hot Chocolate. Now that it is Fall, they have seasonal drinks such as Pumpkin Spice Latte, Salted Caramel, and Gingerbread Lattes. Have one of these drinks with a delicious Iced Lemon Loaf, Warm Chocolate Chip Cookie, or an Egg White with Feta Cheese Wrap. Starbucks has excellent snacks for the price and the drinks are pretty good for a nice evening out with friends.

Pretty standard Starbucks.Beverages and food items are very consistent.I really like the Lemon Loaf with my coffee. I know it probably has a tooooooon of calories but its good, sweet, moist and the right amount of lemon. It comes to the store individually wrapped. Kinda buggs me when they take it out of the plastic wrap, discard it and then put it in another bag.Feels very wasteful.Love that they carry soy milk for lattes too.

This is a decently sized Starbucks and the lot typically has ample parking. You may need to go behind the stores if its a crazy busy day. Its a little hard to get in and out of depending on which way you need to go.
