More foam than anything. We appreciate the efforts though no doubt! (Shaken soy milk espresso was totally off including soy matcha latte, both bitter and bland) I only come for the ambiance scenery and atmosphere but always up to leave a recent review.

Very sweet and great baristas! The cashier was wonderful and super nice when I went in. Overall pretty clean and a decent sized seating area for being in a mall.They have restrooms as well as indoor and outdoor seating.

I have no complaints. I used the mobile app to order ahead and my order was ready once I got to this location. My coffee tasted delicious!It was packed when I got there and the employees definitely looked like they are trying their best to keep up with the demand.I definitely will be stopping here again in the future.

This Starbucks has become my home away from home. In 2018 I switched to Starbucks coffee every morning and experienced better job performance. Starting my day out here at this location has become a favorite, most pleasant and sought after part of my daily routine. I almost wish morning would occur more than once a day just so I have an excuse to visit Starbucks more often. The baristas here are fabulous. They have catered to my daily whims. At first I was going with mocha pumps, then I ‘behaved’ and have just been keeping it to sugars. Now my son is in town so my bill increased since he has to get the delicious cheddar and egg and bacon bagel sandwich and 3 cake pops each morning with his drink. DelMonte shopping center is an exceedingly clean, high class beautiful area to visit rivaling some of Dallas’s most high class areas like at Preston and Forest and Preston and Royal Lane. I would say it’s better due to less traffic and prettier surroundings and of course, better weather. Thank you, baristas, for welcoming me into town and making me feel at home ❤️☕️

A spacious coffee house in a large shopping plaza in Monterey, CA, one of the best tourist attractions of Norther California. What else do we ask? Lost 2 stars due to the bad tasting espresso frap. My guess was that it was a busy time for the baristas. My order coincided with the ones for a large group of afterschool students. Is it bad timing or bad barista?

Didnt go in expecting anything crazy, just normal Starbucks experience. But Mary the front counter worker really messed up my experience, rude, unhelpfull, and when I told her whipped cream on my latte she said said ok, then didnt change the order. As a result the girl working had to make it again. She wasted the time of everyone involved.

Great Starbucks with a phenomenal staff. The parking is a bit tight and limited from Del Monte Ave and it also shares the spaces with some apartments, an urgent care, and a few other businesses. The exit from the drive through back to Del Monte is a bit tight and depending on traffic do not expect to make a left turn to quickly.This location opens at 0500 and is never late to open.

Great staff! Stopped by there tonight. They were so kind to make us brand new lattes that we just received from another location that were not made well at all. This Starbucks is always so slow, you can almost never get out of there in 5 minutes in the morning. There is never enough staff and you can see the frustration on the faces of the associates that are working. They are all very nice and helpful, however not having enough associates makes it a painful situation to even visit this location.

This experience continues to enforce my reason for NOT stepping into Starbucks for any reason. The staff here or at any, are too busy carrying on personal conversations among one another and NOT paying attention to customer service 🙄 😑 No sense of urgency when on task, and keep a lot of customers waiting needlessly. I stepped in to get a drink and a brownie because my boyfriends numbers dropped quickly (diabetic) The customer next to me and I were talking about how the younger kids have No work ethic, or little work ethic.Sad, because its All about the Bottom line,as long as Starbucks makes $$$, this comment wont matter. This location is consistently slower than necessary for the number of customers being served. When they made my macchiato in the wrong cup (I had purchased a reusable one), they just poured it into my cup from the other one. Kind of defeated the purpose of a layered macchiato. Baristas either arent trained properly or are being lazy.

Laid back atmosphere for a quick coffee while shopping at the DMC. There is occasionally a wait at peak shipping hours and the staff can be a little slow. But Ive never been sodas pointed with the final product. If youre concerned about time get the app and order ahead.

The problem was that the Granda was and blended strawberry lemonade the second problem was that they did not give me the large strawberry lemonade.When they gave me the large strawberry lemonade it tastes like medicine. Today, Friday, this location was extremely busy and had at least 10 people waiting on drinks at a time, as well as another 5-10 people waiting in line. There were 2 baristas behind the counter who were doing extremely well keeping up with the orders. Particularly our wonderful barista Jen who was able to execute all the in-house and mobile orders, for the most part, by herself. However, after 20 minutes of waiting for our drinks we finally saw that there were 2 more baristas in the back. One, Tyler, had come to the front, not to check to see if their fellow barista needed help, but to check if the obviously full coffee bean container was empty. Thank you Jen for your hard work, one of the best coffees I’ve had from Starbucks!

We were in Monterey bay for the Thanksgiving weekend of 2013. After a long walk to explore around the city, we need some caffeine to boost up our stamina. Everything is close except this Starbucks. Our drinks was made perfectly. The staff was friendly and helpfull when I asked for some nutmeg topping. The leather couch was comfortable place to sit and rest for a while.
