Nothing wrong with service. But do something about crazy and homeless people in your stores. Coffee and insane behavior dont go well together.

Staff was polite and smiling and the cappuccino I got was good as well.Didnt use the interior space as I was on a walk in the morning but they got the job done quickly and without any complaints.

I walked in and would like to order a Nitro Cold Brew. It was out of stock but one lady suggest another one as alternative. Their customer service is just great. There are both indoor and outdoor seating. Indoor seating was partially open. I was sitting inside doing some reading for almost 3 hrs. Staffs keep wiping the tables on a regular basis probably for disinfection purpose. I like this place and will come back again next time around.

Seemed understaffed with only one employee when we walked in. She was super friendly and took the time to address me by name. She was quickly overwhelmed with other customers coming in and still managed to make our drinks quickly. Bakery item shelves were empty and had the feeling that maybe they had a problem with homeless wandering in or something as the place seemed like an inner city stripped down starbucks. Still was a good experience but I wouldnt hang out there.

I paid for a caramel swirl and they didnt do it inside of the cup before pouring the drink in. I always have it nice and swirly, but they didnt do it and i didnt have time for another one.

Fast, fun and easy. Parking was reasonably easy. Staff was friendly.Only downside is the space is a little on the small side and needs a good cleaning (wipe tables and sweep the floor)

I went here to purchase merchandise because a friend told me they had items that I wanted in stock. Staff was extremely nice and helped me round up all the things I wanted (I bought a bunch of stuff.) I drove away thinking everything was fine, but forgot that I didnt look at the tumbler I got. The tumbler ended up having scratches, so I came back to return it. Staff was very friendly in returning the item even with the pandemic. They couldnt do an exchange because I bought the last cup in that style, but I asked them to do an even exchange for a different item with the same price and they said yes. Whoever was the cashier, and what I was assuming to be the manager, were awesome! I dont live around the area, but if I was passing through Id definitely stop by here again.

Always come in to get my hot cup of coffee or ice coffee, frappuccino, Carmel macchiato, tea or hot chocolate. Many varieties to choose from. I enjoy a breakfast meal, a warm lunch, snack or some oatmeal and yogurt. Love Starbucks.

I was impressed. Easy convenient parking right outside the door. quiet Starbucks thats great for getting some work done. Fast internet connected to my VPN flawlessly. Friendly service. Clean bathroom.

My wife placed an order and the staff made a mistake. Aside from trying to charge her for their mistake the barista with a sarcastic attitude was beginning to argue when her manager came in and finally owned the situation. They thought we left the location and we heard them joking and making fun of the situation. After brining it to their attention that we were still there, they apologized and acted as if they again made no mistake. More then a horrible experience, Ive never been in a retail environment where the staff ridicules a client. My two cents.

Just what you would expect from any other Starbucks. You go there, order your drink. And chill. Cool thing that happened to me here is I lost my phone there once and one of the employees found it and placed it in the lost and found for me to pick up.

This Starbucks is pretty dirty, all the surfaces. The display food in the window was covered in fuzzy green mold, on dirty dishes. Really. Gross. The staff are all sweet, however.

Barista was loudly conversing with his buddy over the counter. The buddy stunk urine so bad, I had to walk a mile away not to smell it, which is hard to do in such a small space. Both of them looked unclean, baristas hands dirty, dirt under nails. Yikes! He looked more like a mechanic. Overall, the place doesnt look well taken care of, dirty, cluttered. Not your little cute neighborhood coffee shop, more like a bar that serves coffee. Not going back.

Why is there always a homeless Mexican elder wandering the store, breathing down other peoples necks. Ive been here too often to know that he basically lives there. Drinks are standard.

Why would you want to go to any place that doesnt pay attention to drink orders. And then tries to argue with you there is no difference between the type of coffee you ordered and the type of coffee they served you. Avoid this Starbucks location.
