It seems that Starbucks no longer wants customers in their locations. This location has NO indoor seating and only 8 chairs outside. There were about 6 employees and no one in line yet I still had to wait to be greeted and helped. They seemed to be having fun and I felt like I interrupted themAlso, its frustrating that my stars were used for my drink when I mentioned that I needed to BUY my drink so that I can earn stars.

Typical Starbucks atmosphere nothing special beyond this location having a drive thru. The staff seems annoyed that youre there, and maybe thats why my drink is always wrong? They never show your order on the drive thru screen after you order like other locations do, so you cant double check they got it ordered in right before moving forward. That being said even when my sticker is right the drink in the cup is wrong so 🤷🏼‍♀️If you want a drink with no pluses or minuses youre probably good. But if you want anything customized just go to another location. Edinger does a good job.

They renovated to a non-customer friendly set up. no more inside seating. nothing out, no sugar, no napkins, no straws. now you have to bug them for anything. makes no sense. they are already busy. now they have people asking for all the fixings!

Every time I go to get our families coffees, the coffee taste like horrible! Or I order an hot Americano with room and have to ask for cream on the side, every person at that Starbucks acts entitled & are put out to get me a side of cream!! Do your job please! They dont leave it out anymore because of covid! What a joke these people are!!For now on I drive further away to get my coffee because they are rude entitled.Corporate should show up to see how dirty & rude these people are working!! All the other surrounding Starbucks are great no issues.

I haven’t been here in awhile due to lack of funds and oh my I have miss this amazing staff!! Tyler was so welcoming and I am in love with his pink apron!!!

Very convenient being located right at the corner of Beach and Garfield. Though the busy location the atmosphere was quiet and calm for a Sunday at 6pm. Im sure like other Starbucks franchises, they have their insane rush hours. But my personal experience was fantastic. Clean just about spotless atmosphere along we with the employees I can across were more than willing to help and get right on my order with smiles on their faces. It may be bias considering your visit mainly consists of dealing with the cashier but she was an absolute angel. Dont try and mistake her for a push over but she deserves the recognition for the work she does. Side note, if youre in the fellowship this Starbucks is walking distance to HOW Hall. So grab a date for coffee. I mean sponsor.

These guys never pay attention. I always ask for light ice and I never get it. Its my fault I keep showing up here. Today I also had to ask for napkins, and a knife for my bagel . But Im done. Ill go to the next one down Beach Boulevard.

I go here on and off Thursdays as I come to bring my child to therapy. The staff is always so amazing and friendly today I was helped my Cheyanne she was very nice sweet kind and beautiful may i say. I gave a 4 star just because I really needed my caffeine fix and waited 25 min at the drive thru but my issue wasnt the wait was that my iced coffee was mostly ice.

I really did not enjoy my experience this morning. The issue being that I waited 20 + minutes for my drink and would have had to wait more if I didnt inquire about it. I ordered the drink at 8:09 am and didnt get it til 8:30 am . That is way too long for a simple drink. Not only did they not call out my name but they didnt even put a sticker on it to identify it was mine. And it was not like they were behind becuase other customers came after me and got thier drink before me. I am a gold member and stop by starbucks frequently and I am dissapointed by the service. Also, I want to add that the place is small and cramped so there is just not all move around room. Lastly, there were people taking bird baths in bathroom washing thier hair in the sink (I know cus I walked in on them by accident) making the wait for the bathroom extremely long.

I literally come and get the same drink daily. Today I went in and was told I couldn’t get my drink that way. I was appalled because I never had this issue before. He says well I’m the manager. I drove to the next nearest Starbucks and didn’t have a single problem. Needless to say I won’t be returning to this location.
