Beautiful mural on the wall. The barista seemed utterly confused about how to make the drink that I get every day (its just a particular iced coffee with easy ice) and when I ordered it the woman at the register asked if I wanted extra milk in the cup to make up for the lack of Ice. I said yes. Later on to try to defend the utterly befuddled barista that couldnt figure out how to make my drink with less ice (Id already agreed- YES, ADD MORE MILK, the woman who took my order told me that he was confused because usually they charge you for extra milk because it becomes some kinda latte or something. I think she was trying to make him feel better at my expense, because she DIDNT charge me for the extra milk or give me that speech when she ASKE me if I wanted it that way- again from the high desert to San Diego and everywhere in between- no one has ever charged extra for the extra milk. The guy was trying to give me half a venti cup of coffee and the other half with whipped cream.. FOR A $7 DRINK!! 😂

Went to Starbucks today because I have nothing else to do. I ordered a Vanilla Bean Frappuccino and it was really delicious. I enjoyed the customer service because they were so nice. This place, overall, is worth every penny.

Not the Same Old GrindI was waiting for a ride and decided to see if this diminutive Starbucks had a French Press that I wanted to give as a gift. Its small, mostly drive through business... But it had the feeling of The Old Days. The manager stopped stocking shelves and told me that a larger Starbucks might have one, she gave me the address of the nearest larger store. I enjoyed this informal, unplanned chat and spotted another item that was actually a better gift idea than the French Press. We had a discussion about the best roast - a fine talk, free of those words that irritate me so much: pairs with, informed by. hints of and all those other expressions that seem ripped from the pages of Palace Gossip in the Days of Louis IV rather than a glossary of relevant terms for coffee beans. But, I digress.I bought my gift and had a great cup of coffee while waiting for my ride. The store has lots of natural light and appropriately placed chairs. An elderly man who seemed without much money, any clean clothes or a razor was treated with courtesy which is saying a lot where I live. All in all, you dont need to get off the freeway to visit this Starbucks but if youre near the area, this is a real gem.

Went in this morning October 13, 2021 to grab a coffee around 06:45am PDT. I tried to enter the store only for another customer who was just inside literally seconds ago tells me to use the other door. *This is important because it speaks to how short the time was between the threat and me entering the store.* At the other door, the manager (I presume) tells me that in store access is closed at the moment. She provided no clarification to the reasoning. She then advises me to use the drive thru. When I get to the drive thru window, first, theres a unusual pedestrian yelling at the window. Second, I asked the employee why in store access was denied. The gentlemen explains there was a threat of a hostile intruder threatening to use a gun. The reason I am most upset is because the manager made sure her employees were safe and barricaded from all threats, yet she literally just put every customer in danger (if this was a true threat) because the drive thru is barricaded by two curbs and dense hedges. This manager valued her safety and making money, but those customers who made her that money, she could care less about. Its great to know Starbucks only values its consumers as margins to please their share holders. This store needs a serious look in the mirror in how it handles hostile intruders.

I love starbucks but this store is not up to par. Ive been to this one more than several times because it is on my way to my kids piano lesson. Not as impressive as other stores. It may be just me. The staff dont look at you or say hello. I dont need it but just comparison. When youre standing there waiting longer than 5 minutes they should at least look at you and reassure. The last time I went I waited for my egg bites for 7 minutes so I had to get someone attention and they did forgot my order. They nice enough to at least handed me the credit store when I was running out because were late to the class.

They are ALWAYS so very slow. Like no one inside and no one in drive yet need to wait to order for 10 minutes and another 10-15 to get it. Plus they served a man who walked thru the drivevthru. Not cool. Especially since he kept walking and staring at my car and me. They are never super friendly and I just dont enjoy coming here. Ill go to the one on Spring closer to eldorado park instead even tho its way out of the way. If I could negative star this I would.

I come here often and there are usually only the guys on here anomaly one young lady with tattoos (I believe) she actually closed June 29 with another young man and another girl. The girls had the worst attitudes. Hey snappy and has HORRIBLE customer service. Got my order wrong and double charged me for my drink. I came at 11:28 and the argument for my money back took so long the registers closed at 11:30 and I couldnt get my refund until tomorrow. I will walk out every time I see the closers who closed tonight.

If you’re out of a drink (mint tea) and someone asks what kind of teas you do have, maybe don’t respond with “we don’t have anything like mint”. I ordered a honey citrus mint tea and they wouldn’t even let me choose a different kind of tea to put in it. Very rude.

We always receive great customer service at the one here on Bellflower Blvd., Long Beach, CA. They provide a good atmosphere for meeting up with friends, to get away by yourself, studying and doing business. We like the fact that the music is more in the background not pounding as if you are in some club. Thank you Starbucks staff! 😄

This is a decent Starbucks. The staff are friendly folks and efficient.The establishment is kept clean and along a major thoroughfare. Theyre open until 10:30pm on weekdays in case you need a late night pick me up or need to get a little studying in.

Wed Feb28th..Customer service I experienced was poor (older blonde lady w/ a ponytail to male Pacific Islander employee) I was standing there waiting to be served. I can see and hear an employee venting about her problems while Im standing there. Not one time I was acknowledged, until a 3rd employee asked if I needed help.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Poor service from the guy at the counter. Incredibly messy condiment bar, tables, floors and counters. On top of the regular in store music, one of the guys was playing music from a bluetooth speaker. I came in on a Saturday afternoon to do some work pot my laptop and they have Maybe three power outlets in the seating area, and I think only one of them works, every other outlet your plug just falls out... Closest Starbucks to my house and I don’t think Ill be coming back

SORRY, THIS REVIEW WAS FOR THE STORE NEAR ATHERTON & XIMENO (USED TO BE ON PCH & XIMENO)Its so convenient and they just opened a new clean beautiful store down the street. Very modern and the people getting your coffee are always polite. I havent met a nasty clerk yet. The views are great, nearing 360°. Besides Starbucks having the best coffee, its new, its modern and a nice place to cool off and chill with their free wifi hookup. Cheers to your new store. Good luck to the owner of this franchise.

The app is my favorite like about Starbucks, because I can order and pay for my drink or food items from my cell phone, and my drink or food item will be waiting for ME, hot & fresh, so I dont have to wait in line. So cool!! I just walk in, tell them who I am, and walk out (with my item, of course)-lol. Spread the word!

This Starbucks is nice. The drive thru can be hit or miss on the wait time depending when you go. They usually make my drink correctly and its a convenient location. Plenty of parking if you want to go inside.

This location gets pretty crowded at peak times and drive through line overflows blocking traffic. I suggest ordering ahead on the app, then head over, park and walk into store to get your order from the pickup counter

Starbuck on the corner of Bear Valley Rd and Apple Valley Rd allows a homeless female couple to sit in their facilitie for 8 to 10 your a day 7 days a week. It is impossible to sit anywhere near them because of their oder. It has driven this paying customer away

A good cup of coffee in the morning is just what theyll serve you if you asked. I have visited the ones in Long Beach as well as now in Claremont. As always I get a good cup of coffee. Claremont had a place to sit outside and watch the sunrise. I so appreciated that. I went to one in Long Beach that did not have even seating inside or out and I had bought a bagel to eat before I caught the metro rail. At least at the Starbucks in Claremont I could have sat down enjoy my bagel and started my day off right. Thank you Claremont for having Starbucks so close by to where I was staying. It was in walking distance and made for a nice walk early in the morning.

They must have changed hour times and google didn’t know. I have nothing against Starbucks it’s just a warning for those of you who are coming late at night.
