This location is closed yet again!, most likely more water pouring down from the ceiling. Anyway, this location has the worst staff. First and foremost Leah is not only rude but a fat liar! She has no idea what customer service is. She makes up stories about customers and hates the people she works with. Shes a real winner! Only Starbucks would higher her and keep her. On top of dirty bathroom and tables inside that are ALWAYS DIRTY!Im hoping with this closure and bad service this location will end up like the Starbucks in Del Mar on 15th street that is now closed permanently! Yes!Dont bother with the horrible customer service and management at this location. You can get coffee anywhere and better. Keep the real coffee shops going and run Starbucks and its privileged brats who work there into the ground. The more Starbucks I see closing its doors the better. First it was Starbucks Encinitas on the 101 and now Del Mar. Hopefully this location is next.

Stopped by for a refreshment on my drive home. The bathroom was really dirty and the tables had stuff spilled all over. Was hoping to sit and enjoy it there, but decided to go have it in the car because the place was filthy. I ordered grande matcha late with oatmilk and got 3/4 of burnt tasteless green oatmilk. Highly disappointed.

One of the original and best starbucks locations in Carlsbad. Much better than the grocery store locations the staff are very friendly and willing to help. I recommend getting the double chocolate chip frappe with whip cream.

Love this Starbucks. Their crew is always amazing! I am always welcomed with a “good morning” when I enter the store. Service is pretty quick and their coffees are great. I will keep coming here for my morning drink!

I was coming from San Diego on my way to LA, and stopped here for a coffee break. Nothing bad in particular, but the atmosphere didnt seem good. I got my coffee and left, but while I waited, i noticed people at this Starbucks seemed stuck up. My coffee was good, so hence the 3 starts... i just didnt expect this in California.

This a small little shop nestled in the Ralphs anchored complex. The employees were friendly. The barista was on point. Mochas were done great. Carmel praline also. The two sandwiches were Hot and tasty.

Staff is always friendly and the store itself is nearly always clean. The staff also generally get my order out pretty quick even during the lunch rush. There are a couple regulars who frequent inside to plug in so finding tables inside might be a little difficult, but there is a abundance of seating outside. Other than one warning is that the store next door under construction so be ready to hear the noises of construction.

This is a nice and great place if you just want to hang out with friends. People really enjoy this place. It has got great hot chocolate for any kids and great coffee like any other Starbucks. This place is so good for people to hang out there is even a Twitch streamer who plays games there often with no difficulty what so ever due to the blazing fast WiFi’s provided by google.

However, a very sweet employee named Jeff was kind enough to personally help me as I called it to their attention & had come to that particular location for the drive thru that was incorrectly listed by Google since I had an injured leg & needed help! Went to pick up a traveler box of dark roast to deliver to some Saturday duty nurses, but it wasnt ready when I got there. Only had to hang around for a total of about ten minutes. They apologized for not having it ready on time, and comped it.Earned a lot of bonus points there!Tipped them for their integrity.

I walked into this Starbucks to get a coffee. I went to the bathroom first and I could not believe how dirty it was. Dirty floor covered with paper towels looked like a toilet may have been leaking. Toilet seat still had a cover on it. I went out to tell the young lady behind the counter and she just shrugged her shoulders. So I walked out to get my coffee elsewhere. Very disgusting and disappointed.

Ok, Starbucks is Starbucks. But the barrista at this one was so nice, accommodating, friendly . If you go for coffee somewhere, normally you havent had your coffee yet. Dont need any attitude or hassle. This barrista made my day! Not only hadnt I had my coffee yet, but was on my way south to C -Care for on-going chemo. Had my Starbucks and all was good!! ( also, my breakfast sandwich and banana bread...with a side of cream cheese!👍👍❤❤

I went yesterday to target off leaucadia Blvd they have a Starbucks in the target I ordered a turkey pesto panini it was their last one when I picked it up to leave I got in car took a bite it was so hard it was old I always have these normally soft the gal was great but I didnt eat it I still have it hoping to return it today

Very disappointed with the service at this location. On Wednesday 11/15/2017 around 1pm stop by for my usual shot of espresso with almond milk. The cashier charged me extra $0.6 for the milk. Never been charged extra for that in any of the locations in CA or even different states!!!as I know up to 4oz always is free! When I confronted him, he was quite rude about it and just said thats what it is, do you want it is not?. I know Its only $0.6, but Never coming back to this location and advising all my friends to do the same.

Have been here many times, people are nice but the COFFEE they are serving is a waste of your money it is continually cold and taste like it has been sitting for an hour. I guess there staff here does not check it for time???????????? AWFUL TASTE WONT GO HERE ANYMORE......Will drive to different coffee place now. Have been a Starbucks customer for over 15 years in many towns and cities arcross the United States and this has to classify as one of the worst places I have encountered for coffee not being hot.

For a SB, I guess this one is great. Ive never actually ordered anything from SB until this trip. Im bit a coffee or tea drinker, but was there with friends so ordered a chai tea latte. Compared to real chai tea, it was ok.Staff was friendly and the place was clean.

Typical Starbucks. Wish they had couches to relax on. Only wooden table and chairs, not very inviting. Outside tables too sit at. Good coffee, good selection. Other menu options available for small breakfast or lunch.

They should really let you know that they don’t have a certain tea that’s sopose to go in the drink you order before you go back to your destination and have to drive back for them to tell you that they make that drink different all the time. Yet on the Starbucks website they have that the tea I needed is the one that goes in the drink.

I went into the starbucks today and kindly asked an employee if he could warm up my lunch (I made it at a relatives house and planned to eat it on my way back to the Bay Area). He refused, and I told him that I cannot eat out because I have an autoimmune condition (I have ulcerative colitis and dont want to eat gluten/dairy/other food triggers that give me severe diarrhea on the road and cause ulcers in my colon). He refused again. I asked him if there were other locations nearby that he would recommend to warm up my food, and he said that he doesnt know the area at all. I warmed up my lunch at a nice seafood restaurant. However, I feel like the Starbucks employee should have explained if there are any policies in place that do now allow customer food items to be warmed up, or, he should have understood that discrimination against a disability is not ok.
