My team and visit probably 1-2 different Starbucks locations weekly throughout Sacramento and surrounding areas and come by daily. We take the time to come in and charge our electric compact segways, iPads, phones, etc. Usually getting some food, drinks and generally recharging after being on our feet. Unfortunately this very specific location doesn’t allow us to charge our segways or even allow them indoors. Other Starbucks locations have been much more accommodating to us. The staff seemed a little short with people in general. We really hope they’ll change their policy at this specific location!Also, one of the wall outlets completely pulls out and is an electrical hazard. This doesn’t play into my review, just a heads up for whoever needs to know.

I went to this Starbucks on 4/27 at about 2:40-2:45 in the afternoon. The worst customer service ever. No smile, hello, or you’re welcome. The girl who took my order had blonde hair and I recommend in hiring someone new. She treated the kid I was nannying with such disrespect when he didn’t tell her what size he wanted. Then when he asked for a straw when he got his drink, another barista just tossed his straw on the counter. I’ve never experienced such bad service in a Starbucks before. Next time I come back I will be saying something to the employees themselves!

Service was great and fast but forgot the bacon on my bacon, egg, and gouda sandwich. Was in a hurry on a quick break so I ate and left but pretty disappointed that 1 of the 3 ingredients were missed.

Upon entering me and my friends were immediately shouted at to not charge our belongings inside the store as we have done many many times before. We felt unwelcome and it was unsettling to enter a star bucks we had been to many times before with our same needs and be shot down like that

Nice location. Good seating inside and out. A comfortable place to get a coffee and relax.My 5 yo grandson always asks to go. I can feed him a healthy meal for a very reasonable price.

One of the best Starbucks experiences I have had, and I have had quite a few! I am not local, but was in town for a gymnastics meet and visiting family. Stopped by the GV & Francisco locations before our 6 hour trek home and everyone was so friendly and welcoming! Great team who really cares about their customers. Kate spent the time while making our coffees asking me about our plans for the day, my family and after mentioning gymnastics, asked how our daughter did at her meet. You could tell she was really interested. Thanks for making us feel so welcome!!

Its hit and miss with this location. You might be welcomed I by staff, you might not. Iced drinks are cups of ice with little coffee, and you have to ask for light ice if you dont want a cup of ice with little coffee.This location is usually busy with teenagers, and regulars from the area nearby. It seams they are always having new partners at this location and they have allot of turn around.Knkw what you want when you get here but dont expect this location to be a flagship store for starbucks.

Love this location, as they are always really quick to make our orders even if they are busy. They make each drink just as we like. It’s Starbucks so of course prices are high. But, it’s worth it sometimes! This location has really kind and helpful employees and they keep the store clean!

The Baristas have been so personable and friendly! That is first and foremost the best part of my experience there. I often order using my Starbucks app so if Im on the go I can trot inside to grab my order quickly. Early in the morning before the sun comes up Im still greeted with a friendly smile and they ask me if my drink is made correctly. Yes! Every. Time. The environment is clean and bright.

Great cafe with extremely friendly and attentive baristas! Deanna and Natalie were welcoming from the first moment I walked in the store. Excellent, quick service and also a great conversation. They definitely provided the Starbucks experience. Thank you!
