Was here yesterday. They closed the lobby because they got all backed up on mobile orders and honestly the place was kind of dirty. Even the outside tables next door had dried up food on them. You could tell they hadn’t been cleaned in awhile.

Coffee is ok. My big complaint about Starbucks is the very long wait if you want to sit and have coffee. The drive thru get priority, I understand that. My problem is people who phone orders in! While I order and wait there are always 10 plus drinks just sitting there for phone orders and more orders come out and sit there while I am there and have to wait for my coffee? They need to dedicate people to take care of the people who are there and have to wait.

Ive only gone to this location twice. So I cant say this happens often but I found a bug in my tea. Unfortunately I did not touch or check my drink before I drove off and got to work. I know accidents happen but this was very gross and unfortunate.Idk if Ill visit this location for a while.

The drive-thru line was lite today. Thats a plus. I order a HOT cafe mocha and a breakfast sandwich. When I got to the window and paid my $10.50, I received a COLD cafe mocha and a hot sandwich thrown into a bag. I told the guy I order a hot one, he said it was cold. With a lot of cars behind me, I left.Poor customer service on this visit. Now im forced to drinks a slushy-like drink on a very cold day and eat a hot sandwich withot a napkin. Ill go the Starbucks by the theater. They always get it right and offer napkins. Its the little things that matter

The chaos customers created this morning was insane! The staff did they best they could with what WE gave them to work with. They were really fast when attempting to satisfy the unhappy crowd. And the whole staff worked together great to get threw the HUGE mass of customers!

It was my birthday on the 21st on October .. and I got false advertisements on tik-toks thinking I could just get a free drink on my birthday at Starbucks. When I went there they said that I had to have a membership for quite a while . Tbh it was just horrible service in general because the young teen lady that working on the evening didn’t even say thank you not happy birthday ! Y’all stars are going down and y’all need to hire true stars .

I just came in to get my usual drink and I suppose they were out of one of the ingredients, no worries, I have no problem switching things up! However, the woman taking my order who I believe was the same at the window, Denise, was extremely rude.She did not tell me they were out of the product, simply that she wouldnt make that today. I was confused at her wording and eventually pieced together that they must have been out of it because why else would she just refuse? I continued my order, asking to add cold foam, to which I received an exasperated sigh and she tried to rush my order. Very sad with the delivery as I totally understand that things run out sometimes.I should have stuck to the Brentwood location.

Ok so I know all locations vary. This one by far is not my favorite Starbucks location. We ordered via the drive thru and waited for maybe, I cant be exact, but the time was pretty close to 20 to 30 mins. I put my car in park a couple times due to the wait. There were only 4 cars in front of us. The Frappuccino was not made as well as other locations. But my son was happy with his cake pop that was in stock. I would go back if the line has like nobody in it. Wouldnt say dont go, but if you can swing your favorite one, I would totally recommend that option. 😉

I waited for a nitro cold brew for ten minutes meanwhile the store was empty and drive through had two people in it. The staff were laughing running around with each other to and from the back which I did not appreciate considering I come to the location to complete work (therefore have to meet strict deadlines). On top of that, I have heard the workers talk about how smelly some people are(in an inappropriate/derogatory manner)that come in here that are houseless, speaking about them after they leave the store, which I do not appreciate either; houseless people are still people and they deserve respect too...everyone is going through something, some peoples struggles are visible and other peoples are invisible. More respect and consideration for all would be nice.

This Starbucks is located in Antioch it is fairly busy the dry fruit is pretty much impossible I do recommend if youre in the area you use the store not the drive through. The staff is wonderful theyre always very inviting and cheerful and the drinks are spectacular definitely recommend.

I came here to have a meeting. We chose to sit outside. There were plenty of tables and chairs available, though only a couple of the tables were clean. My clients got drinks and food. One got the breakfast sandwich with the plant-based protein...she didnt like it much. They did, however, enjoy their drinks.

5 people got helped in the drive-through before 1 person in the store in line. 6 gals working and not one of them willing to open a second register when I asked. I was very upset that the 1 girl ringing up was also making the drinks she took the order for inside the store. All other 5 girls were on the drive through and online orders. Parking lot is chaos and the drivers coming out of Starbucks always zoom out with out stopping or looking first. Drive thru needs to be moved. Before someone is seriously injured. Kids are near cause of the ice cream shop. Please be safe out there. Cars will not always stop for you.

WORST drive through experience i have EVER had. when i arrived there was no line, just one car in front of me. but the woman in front of me was getting a coffee lesson through the speaker to order. after 15 minutes of waiting to order, the lady pulled up and continued her lesson at the window. we ordered quickly to finally get out of there, but we were stopped for another 10 minutes as she tested coffees through the window. the lady helping her should have had her pull up and park so they could get through the SEVEN other cars that piled up behind us, and let her learn about coffees and taste them INSIDE out of the way. when she FINALLY left we were not greeted with a sorry for the wait. we paid and got out of there as fast as possible. never going back to that place where the employees dont know how to handle their customers.

Went drive thru and got the wrong drink so I went inside to get a correct one. The employee was really rude her name is Vanessa. After her co worker, a gentlemen I didn’t catch his name, told her what I wanted, she still was trying to make a point to keep talking as if I’m dumb! I thought Starbucks has a sign that’s states if we don’t like the drink to let them know! But her demeanor isn’t at all that way! She made it seem like I was taking money out her paycheck and the difference was only $1.50 which I had no problem paying, but I had a rewards drink and she failed to look at that. Don’t have the time to argue with this little girl over $1.50, but clearly she don’t fit working in a customer service position. After making my drink, with an ugly attitude, and signs of irritation, she quickly slams my drink on the counter and toss my straw next to hit! Geeesh this is just making coffee, imagine if she had a rough field of work, how will she act? Vanessa, you’re a rude and unpleasant person, please find a different field of work. Customers are not taking your money to get coffee! Horrible service.

Bar none the worst Starbucks in Antioch. Only go if its late and all the others are closed.Of all the stores in Antioch, this one by far gets the most drinks incorrect the most often. I think its actually more often that my drink is made wrong then the amount of times I get it made correctly. Even today, I ordered another drink which was made incorrectly, ordered another and that one was also made incorrectly.

I ordered 2 ultra Carmel Frappuccino and they tasted like they just been sitting there not cold or icy how they normally come presentation was horrible no whip cream what so ever. I waited 20 min to get my drinks because I went inside because the drive thru was packed to the max. I will never go to this establishment ever again. Walked in on April 7 at 3:45 in the afternoon. Lines both inside and in drive thru were very long. I normally wouldnt mind but did not see any staff rushing to make customers happy. A young brunette working at the register was very rude to me, and told me they did not have what I ordered. Normally they will offer you something else, but she did not. Gave me a very rude loom, did not feel welcomed at all. Staff need to work on their customer service. Will not be returning.

The person on charges dont know her name.. but she was very rude with me. I ordered iced caramel macchiato on driveway, it looks like all new people on training, anyway my coffee tastes like milk. When I came inside of the store. This place is a hit and miss when it comes to service. For example, today the employees decided to stop serving customers 30 mins before the store officially closed. They also ignored us, along with another car, in the drive thru even though it was clear they saw us, as we made eye contact. I called the store and they answered and when they realized I was the customer outside they said they were closed. So I got a hold of customer service and they confirmed the store hours on the website were correct (4 am to 11pm) and that the store was supposed to be open. Ive had some bad customer service in my life but Ive never seen employees pretend to be closed and ignore 2 customers full of cars. I dont know what kind of leadership, or lack of rather, leads employees to think that this type of behavior is excusable. At Dutch bros this type of service would absolutely never happen. They go above and beyond to create a positive and fun experience. At Starbuck employees just show up... and sometimes they cant even manage that.The coffee and other items are good at Starbucks but thats not why people spend $5 a pop. Were buying and experience and lately that experience has been a negative one. This goes for several of the locations in Contra Costa county. I dont know the answer to fixing the problem of poor service, but its obvious that there is a desperate need of leadership.

Went here Sunday 8/12 around 11 AM and had the Absolute Worst experience at a Starbucks or ANY coffee shop - Ever. Staff were, with about 2 exceptions, surly and rude. There was a small rush, however, nothing warranting the complete disrespect and negativity shown to a group of customers as a whole. After waiting over 20 minutes for our order (3 drinks and 2 food items) the barista announced about 7 or 8 different items being dropped off on the bar and zero names to go with. When asked if there were names to specify which item was whos, the employee yelled out curtly No! Just grab what you know is yours. This went about as well as you would expect, with several customers getting part of someone elses order because it matched part if their own. Even after this I needed to return to the counter FOUR times to request a croissant wed ordered 20 minutes prior. When I overheard two employees discussing loudly how they had just woke up bitchy today! I tried to lighten their mood by saying at least they woke up alive. The response I received was that ..the only good thing about it is I only have 5 days left here! They dont pay me enough to cover my rent. Add to this the discussion and arguing going on behind the counter about somebodys break time and the fact that they had already violated which was apparently very bad and upsetting. My wife and I are both nurses who understand that a job can get hectic at times, coffee should never be taken this seriously -the overall experience here that day guarantees we wont be returning for more of this attitude. Petes, Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf, Dutch Bros., etc. Have NEVER treated us like this. Save for one employee, I believe her name was Brie(?) who was nice and courteous. I hope her example sets a better standard from here forward.

Could not get our order correct. From ordering to receiving.we ordered a mocha with no whip got whip, we ordered a motcha green tea received a green tea latte. I have learned over time complaining doesnt work so we took the order as we received it and I will most likely not return. Now I remember why I stopped coming to Starbucks. Store was filthy, then apparently they don’t serve Blonde roast this “late in the day”...oh and no longer do any infusion tea because they are getting new ones for summer. So here’s a thought take it off the menu. And what exactly do you serve because clearly everything I ordered you don’t offer. And please tell your cashier to be a tad more interested in his customers. And the kicker my husband ordered a grande peppermint mocha, after waiting ten minutes with only two customers in the store he gets a cold peppermint frappuccino, not even close to what he ordered. The front area where the sandwiches and snacks are was a mess today and contained majority of sandwiches that said sell by 4/3/22… which was yesterday. If you’re going to sell products after the sell by date you should definitely be marking the price down. I was starving and bought a sandwich anyway, unfortunately the quality was bad the spinach was wintered and everything was soggy even after being toasted. The ran out of some inventory to make the drinks how they’re supposed to be made, and at the pickup area there was a half drank cup of water just sitting there which was really off putting

It seems this is one of the slower Starbucks. Went in on Friday morning December 29 2017, an older Caucasian women was the barista. After waiting 10 minutes for my drink, she finished making mine and only had the sleeve to put on it, but she started prepping the next drink before sleeving mine. I kindly asked her if mine was finished and she gave me the dirtiest look and unhappily handed me mine. Was that necessary? Barista...hope you have a better day and find some happiness in your career choice.

There was a very long line outside for mobile order, I walked in to ask if I could order inside. Before even being addressed an employee yelled and basically kicked us out because she was over capacity inside. She could have approached us in a nicer way, rather then yelling. Maybe have someone outside directing traffic and limiting people inside.

Ive never had a problem with this starbucks. They are prettty quick and make sure your order is made right. I personally like when they add the tags because it confirms it is decaf and has almond milk 😏. Otherwise I feel iffy about drinking their coffee. I dont fo well with either coffee, whole milk. What an experience. Placed an order for tea and a peppermint latte with no whip cream. As usual they ran out of some of the ingredients to make the tea and have to substitute certain ingredients ( its cold & flu season why are you running out of ingredients when you know this tea is a popular item this time of year) I agree to go with the substitutes. 30 minutes later I get the tea and the peppermint latte with whip cream on it. The Starbucks employee says oh I can just scoop it out the whip cream like its no big deal. No thank you! By the way the same encounter happened last year. You would think the store Manager would have learned this year that your customers drink more tea than usual this time of year.

This Starbucks is convenient, but its always packed. I almost always use the drive thru window. Which Ive hit the side of the wall at least twice! No, I wasnt drunk! The horseshoe shaped drive thru is tricky to maneuver!Im pretty boring when it comes to coffee, so I cant give you an honest review of unicorn frappuccino or caramel macchiato. I can tell you the banana nut bread melts in your mouth with just the right amount of sugar and butter! Im a banana nut bread connoisseur!
