It’s really busy most of the time. Took me 8 minutes just to order, even when I was first in line. The workers are busy fulfilling drive through orders, understandably. However it makes it weird because you just stand there waiting to order even though they’ve already acknowledged you.

This place always gets my order wrong. The staff in the morning, Jessica and manager Omar, dont listen and defend their staff. Even when proven wrong. today ordered in the app again and was given a grande drink in a venti cup and was charged for the venti cup. I dont have to go to another Starbucks to get my order done correctly. Lately, I have to drive to Cypress Starbucks just to get my drink. This sucks 😒

Ordered ahead and when I arrive the order is not there. They start making it when I arrive when I asked why are they making it now it’s suppose to be ready I was told the drink was probably stolen. I told the barista that’s not true as the app would have indicated the order was ready and it showed in progress. She then proceeded to make my drink after I showed her my receipt she still makes me repeat the order. She gave me a grande size when I paid for venti once again I have to wait for her to re-do the order. This is the second time this week they make my order when I arrive at this location.

The staff and the manager are so great.I just had an event in December for about 1500 people. We gave away free coffee. The staff was great about the traveler jugs that we purchased will absolutely come back and work with this location.However, this location has difficult parking but if you do manage to find parking, it’s great

This is supposed to be a grilled cheese and it’s not I waited 20 minutes to just have it warmed up and last time aftee waiting for literally 25 ish minutes an employee gave my grilled cheese away to someone and had to wait another 10 minutes. Horrible service

Horrible service. Way too much ice for this drink. Paid for extra Sweet cream cold foam and just got extra ice instead. Rude woman at the driveway had us waiting there for 4-5 minutes to just mumble what we owed and a thank you and then popped up with the next car 4 drinks before we even left the window. She had us waiting there for our simple drinks so she can make the next order quicker for them. Never coming to this Starbucks again.

I go to this starbucks often and i am usually happy with my experience. The lines can get long because it’s near a relatively large hospital. I highly recommended ordering online.I did want to share they will be closed for sometime for remodeling and I wanted to share that here.

I waiting in the drive thru line for over 15 minutes without it moving much so I decided to go inside instead. My drink ended up being drenched in chocolate which usually it is not. FYI the chocolate overwhelmed the overall flavor of my peppermint mocha frappe 😞. Needless to say I wont be returning to this location anymore. I would rather go to the Atlantic Square or Gage Avenue locations.

It gets really crowded. I used to get frustrated here. Ive learned to maneuver this place because it is a high traffic zone. Ordering ahead is good too, but it is also hard to get in and out if you dont set up a good parking plan. I originally gave this place a 2 star because I was always frustrated. I am changing it to a 4. Update: Lowering it back to 1 Star. Wish I could give 0. They always run out of Cold Brew almost everyday early. Long Long wait in long line for them to just run out if various coffees, also they are not aware of good substitutions. Also never try to order a medicine ball. Most of the time they wont have it nor will they know a substitution and if you ask for one they will refuse or get confused.

Typical Starbucks. This location has outdoor seating but no umbrellas at the tables so it could be pretty hot sitting there during the summer. They do have a drive thru. The parking lot can be difficult to navigate. It is a pretty tight place to try to turn around in. It would be much better to have one way traffic flow in the parking lot but instead it dead ends at the drive thru so you have to do a 3 point turn in order to exit the parking lot.

I wanted hot water with peppermint I always pay $.81 cents they wanted to customize drink and change $3.99 I refused they were rude and not friendly I became upset and I was told they had to put labor work to prep a cup for f water with peppermint which made no sense. I told them including the manager that everywhere I go it’s 81 cents they did as a courtesy and didn’t put enough peppermint and tasted strange I didn’t drink it didn’t trust them I have never experienced at a Starbucks this way. They service is very poor So disappointed.

I had a couple of appointments at Keck and saw this was within walking distance. When I was getting ready to leave, two partners approached me and asked if I’d gotten a sample of their new olive oil cream foam cold brew. I hadn’t, but said it was okay, I didn’t need one, but asked how it was so they went out of their way to make me a sample. 🥹 I haven’t been feeling my best lately and this was so nice and really made my day. I also really enjoyed the coffee 👹

And yes it would be easy to get it exchanged but I’m on my way to work and on top of that the water cup lid popped off and it doesn’t stay on. The water is everywhere. Quick, accurate, friendly and professional (staff members remember regular customers’ names even when ordering via drive-thru! ), clean all-around (environment in-store and out including staff appearance as well as manner of drink preparation). I go by the name Diana and I’m there bright and early every weekend at 6 or 6:15 thereabouts. Huge shoutout to the best-run Starbucks in the whole world!

The drive through line 7 times out of 10 is gonna be packed with traffic blocking the residential street its on or snaking all the way out onto the bridge its next too. That being said; the customer service is great. The items are always well stocked, there service is Polite, professional and quick for both indoor and drive through!! Its clean. has a slightly larger than average dining room, has an outdoor seating area, a public bathroom and its own parking lot. I do wish their hours were open later BUT given the area that Im very familiar with (having been born and raised), its probably a good idea that they have the operating hours that they do.

It’s close to a school and it gets packed at around 3:30-4:30! Just a warning to anyone who’s trying to order in the afternoon and is met with a wave of students. It’s hard to find parking too because parents using the lot as a pickup place lol. Their drinks are hit or miss! But the workers are trying their best with the circumstances they have so 4 stars :)

The cashier Jackie from the morning shift is very unorganized, she moves and talks a lot but doesn’t get much done and the counter is very dirty. This place has always been a great spot, I remember when it used to be a Burger King.Got a Pistachio latte(one pump) with almond milk and it was delicious. Great indoor & outdoor spot for cafe/computer lounging.Parking is pretty limited. For the drive thru it’s not that bad a wait when the line doesn’t go past the parking lot.

I urge everyone to use the drive thru at this location! Even if the line is long you’re in the comfort of ur own car and most of the time the wait isn’t bad if you have the time. The customer service I receive is pretty good! If this review was solely based on all my drive thru experiences here, this would’ve been a 5/5 review.BUT every time I go inside just to pick up my mobile order it’s never ready and I end up having to wait in the chaos of other people waiting for their drinks too. I have now learned to avoid going inside. I understand that they’re all very busy and probably very stressed out but I think they should have a more organized system. The starbucks app tells me my order will be ready a specific time but in reality my order won’t be ready until 30 min later… So if anything this is more towards the system going on in there! If you prefer not being in a stressful environment go in the drive thru for your own sake.

Not such a good experience today ☹️ I asked that my pastry be warmed, it was on the screen to be warmed as well as on the ticket ☹️ You guessed it, it was not warmed, very disappointing especially since I don’t have access to a microwave to warm it myself. So I’m stuck with a cold pastry they may eventually become room temperature simulating warmth 😊 I tried to call just to alert the baristas to be more attentive ensuring that a patrons order is correct but of course the number listed was corporate ☹️ No doubt, I will visit them again and stress the importance of making sure my pastry is warmed as requested.

So, I have to say we in the neighborhood truly appreciate having a 24-hour coffee store nearby. The staff are aiming for a 30-second window between drive-in order to service delivery. The enthusiasm of the team members is apparent. The only downside is that the staff appear to park in the customer lot. Ive observed disputes over parking between customers.

Best customer service even though is always really packed. Sunday I went around 10am, I had place my other thru my mobile app but I screwed up my order. When I realized that, they had no problem in changing the hot caramel Macchiato for my ice one. I believe Fernando was his name went above and beyond to make this right for me. This Starbucks lacked the attention it needs to run it like the rest of other well run Starbucks were used to. Though the workers were nice the store needs attention. For example, there was a lack of power outlets and the ones they had, none of them worked.None of the couch seats by the wall had any outlets at all and the outlets in the middle of were all out of order. So essentially this whole Starbucks didnt have any power and you know how we sometimes stop and buy coffee just for that reason or to do some work on our laptop or phone thats about to run out of battery. So overall was very disappointing.

2/15/21 Coworkers have gotten accustomed to being lazy. I ordered online in the app and when I arrived the lobby was closed even for pick up !! The most embarrassing thing was when I knocked to get my order because there was a huge line that I wanted to avoid, which is why I ordered online ! They saw me and completely ignored me. I got into line because how else am I going to get my drinks and food ? I wait 15 mins and pull up to the window and they dont have my order ready !!! Only negative is the lack of parking, its very little parking compared to the amount of people that fit inside the establishment. If you have a big vehicle it can be hard to park too if you dont find the 1st couple spots from the entrance, due to less turning spacing into parking spots because of the drive thru lane.

The parking lot is cramped especially difficult backing out during coffee rush they need to hire a better engineer bc the place has opportunity to be more customer friendly.. it should also have a drive thru approach for customers stopping walking in... It could be cleaner. Theres plenty of comfortable seating and I enjoy reading the news and watching the students stop by and drink coffee. The business is booming and it would be nice to get a discount as a loyal starbucks customer.

Open 24/7 so that’s cool. Parking is terrible. If you find a spot you’re going to have trouble getting out due to the near constant line for the drive through. I recommend finding street parking nearby. Also try ordering ahead unless you have 15 minutes to wait for your drink to be made. Air conditioning makes it impossible to spend time here without a heavy sweater and long pants. Otherwise pretty generic Starbucks experience.

Mobile orders are not reliable. This morning I stopped by to pick up my morning coffee before work and it was not ready on time. This is inconvenient and the third time this has happened to me. I cant find this location reliable for a morning coffee anymore as it makes me late for work when I have to wait an additional 15-20 min. 3 stars for the friendly staff and orders that come out correctly.

I mean... really bad.The lazy customers line up for the drive thru like theyre giving away free coffee for life only if you dont get out of your car. Very much know what to expect.The poor customer service and disregard for decent coffee at this location is totally unacceptable: I ordered a Venti Pike with two shots of espresso. The barista handed me the drink as soon as finished. When I took a sip after walking to my car, I found out my drink was warm, close to room temperature. I walked back and explained the situation to the cashier. He tried making my drink again apparently using the same (warm, stale) coffee previously used on the drink I was returning, but this time he put the steamer in the coffee to reheat it. I just could not believe Starbucks was reheating and serving reheated old stale coffee. I gave up at that point. Took the replacement drink and left. The reheated coffee was also warm.The worst part: I complained to Starbucks using the Contact Us in the app, and nobody has answered in about a week.Perhaps time to take my business elsewhere. This morning I stopped to get an ice coffee with extra syrup and I tried my coffee and it was bitter no syrup at all lucky I was still at the window and told Paola the girl that took my order and right alway she made me a whole new ice coffee and made sure I liked it. Took about 10 minutes to log on to overloaded/slow wifi, the staff seems really overwhelmed, and theres really loud pop music blasting. The wifi isnt strong enough for me to open Spotify and listen to coffee shop-ish music on my headphones, so its basically impossible to concentrate in here. This starbucks is the closest to my home which is a bit far tbh, but worth it for the size and service of the place. It has a drive thru in case youre in a hurry. There arent that many parking spots so you might have to look for street parking. Its close to the LAC USC medical center. Its a pretty quiet location compared to others Ive been to. Theres seating inside and out, but I recommend sitting outside (Ive had spiders crawl on me near the umbrella tables). Overall its a pretty location.
