I just picked my mobile order. I ordered a grande Frappuccino and they didnt even come close to filling the cup. The amount they gave me is closer to a tall. This is the third and last time Ive been to this location. Every time has been a disappointment and I will never go back.

I have a heart condition I specifically ask for decaf. I drank the drink without checking my drink was not decaf. I experienced tachycardia and was very ill. I tried calling several times and didn’t get an answer. When I finally got an answer they told me they would call me back.

The place is very clean . Lots of seating inside and outside. Great for small work meetings. The staff is great and willing to help in making decisions or remaking your drink if you dont like it. Very polite. And I love the type of people that hangout there. All professionals, study groups, and tutoring too. Everyone is busy with positive energy.

Go to one of the other locations in town. This one is always the slowest, staff is overwhelmed so drinks are rushed and poorly made.I tried a seasonal frappucino at the Ladera Starbucks and really enjoyed it, so I ordered it again here. Big mistake, it was barely blended and missing ingredients, so its practically just cold milk 🤢Definitely not worth the looooong wait that always backs up this drive through.

The drive thru here gets quite busy and can take some time. Be careful if you’re in a larger vehicle there is quite a high wall and tight corner to get around. It’s been hit let’s say a few times…There is a lot of seating and usually very relaxing inside not too much foot traffic even being next to the lake.

Informally called the lakeside Starbucks this took over the local Carls Jr. It is the one SB in town with popular drive-up service. Have to share inside staff have been extremely kind especially with the hot weather. My sincere thanks for the kindness. The remodel was light and so the dining area was kept for more seating. There is a small medium alcove area with a few comfy seats say big enough for 2-3 groups.

They have a wonderful outdoor City area that they must clean up. The tables were dirty theres a lot of trash out there and things were blowing around on Sunday yesterday the 20th and the Starbucks employees are going to clean up outside also.

I’ve been a resident in RSM for about three years now, and I am very well aware that this Starbucks is still recently new. I’ve been going here on a regular basis and most of the time they never let you indoors because they are “too busy”. That fact that you can’t even use the “Order Ahead” feature is ridiculous. Not only that but they are just completely unorganized in every way you can think of. From long wait times to inaccurate drinks. Some if not most of the employees sound like they are miserable working here. And the drive-thru line is absolutely uncalled for as it blocks up some of the parking lots.

Consistently the worst service of any Starbucks I’ve ever been too. The wait times are inappropriately ridiculous. Mobile orders are mishandled or left waiting on the barista counter and not moved to the mobile order pick up by the preparer of the drink, which seems to be common practice everywhere else. Whats also odd is that they appear more staffed than other locations that can handle orders quickly and politely.

Waited 25-30 minutes for 1 Medicine Ball(Tea w/steamed lemonade) that never came, the group of people that were after me were all well gone with their orders. Asked them to look into it several times and they didnt even look for my particular order and said it was probably in que. Asked for a refund and was told they cant do that and to call a number. I left with no drink and being late to my meeting.

Love the location next to the lake. Unfortunately so does everyone else, and is always extremely busy on weekends. Like line out the door not enough staff waiting 10-15 minutes for your order busy. And for the amount of business it gets its half the size It should be. Very limited seating. Love starbucks, not so much this location.

I love Starbucks but this is the slowest drive Tru I have been too for Starbucks. It is not a one time thing but every single time. Not sure what is going on here but it is not just a long line that causes it. I have seen long lines 20+ deep and ones with 5 cars there is just slow movement here.

The workers here are SO NICE!!! I was embarrassed ordering my tea because I always get it wrong and end up using the app, but they totally made my day. Every time we come here, drive-thru or walk-in, the staff is cheerful and friendly.

The traffic from the drive thru and is so horrible all of the handicapped parking spots are blocked from use, as well as the mobile order parking spots. Its such a horrible plan I wont use this store again. In addition, the staffs self righteous attitude towards anyone who doesnt wear a mask, even when its due to a medical exemption, is almost militant in its aggressive nature. I would highly recommend avoiding this horrible location, plan and self righteous staff.

Waited 20 minutes on a very slow Sunday afternoon for two hot drinks. Staff moving slow and talking about employee on another shift and oblivious to customers waiting. Brought back one drink to be remade as it had no taste. No customer service. Guy working the counter did not know what to do when we asked for the drink to be remade.

Not bad and the workers are nice but lately this location has been very unreliable with operation hours. They close randomly and have signs posted that say they’re open when they aren’t and it’s quite frustrating. On the app the hours are also incorrect. Would be 5 stars if they didn’t have this problem though.

I come to this location almost every day !! I have been to many Starbucks but the entire staff is amazing ! Danielle and Jordan are incredible and I wish I knew all their names because I would name them all! They make you feel like family and always know ur name and drink. I won’t go anywhere else ! I have been getting coffee from this location for a long while now and normally the quality and taste of the drinks are pretty good. A few times theyve messed up on the little things, but this time today, I ordered a light white chocolate mocha frappucino w/ almond milk. What I got was a bunch of blended ice and almond milk. Cant taste any white chocolate, not even the mocha. Also it has a hint of what tastes like cigarette ash aftertaste.
