Probably the best Starbucks I’ve ever been to. I come here every Tuesday, and sometimes I come on Thursdays as well. The orders are always taken quickly, and the food/drinks come out fast as well. The staff is always friendly; the customer service is amazing. Another thing I like about this Starbucks is that they are well stocked. They are RARELY out of ingredients. I would definitely recommend this Starbucks :)

Great online ordering, but I would recommend they start putting your last initial, because the last two times I have ordered online I have either mistakenly picked up someone elses drink or they pick up mine, Daniel is a pretty common name. The nitro brew pumpkin spice is amazing it has just the right amount of cinnamon and pumpkin, I would highly recommend, but I would ask for 1 more pump of vanilla since the nitro can come off a little strong if you are not used to it.

Drive through is terrible. I have been when the line is unbearably long, but yesterday there were only 3 cars. It took just as long. They seem to have a whole new batch of employees recently. Im not pleased. They must have come from the Broadway store in Placerville to be this slow. Will be going elsewhere for my morning coffee.

They forgot my coffee and had to go back after a very long wait and call one server that was working on a shake, to give me my simple OVERPRICED REGULAR SMALL COFFEE (almost $5.00). Thats why I never go to Statbuck. I prefer to support local shops. I went to Starbucks because it was convenient to meet some friends after an event in the area.

Not the Best StarBucks... All the Comfortable Furniture is gone... Only Cold Hard uninviting chairs remain... Not one coach or soft chair remains... The bright warm atmosphere that it once was (10 years ago) has become a dry sterile environment... All the cool cups that were fun to look at are now back behind the pick up counter and you cant even touch them... They must have had issues in the past... Out of all of the locations I have been to this is a 3 out of 10, or a 2 of five stars... But I will give it a 3 just because they were open very early... Im a sunrise person and I appreciated the early hours...

I had a great 1st experience here and decided that this location would be my go to because its close to me. BUT every time since it has been horrible to say the least. They never make what I order correctly and its super simple. Its directly off the menu with no changes. It has just turned in to a headache with a lot of frustration. I gave up on them and hope they are able to aquire employees with better customer service and less attitude. Im not the one who made the incorrect product. Also, they have not been BUSY when I have gone, so why the repeated mistakes is beyond me 🤔

Very nice person took my order and offered to do a pour-over of the coffee I wanted. Good so far. However, at that point things went south. I ordered a breakfast sandwich that is to be heated. It took 27 minutes. At 15 minutes of waiting I asked about my sandwich and the manager said she was sorry and would get it out right away. 12 more minutes of waiting while I watched probably 1-2 dozen cars go through the drive-thru, all getting their food before mine. Tried to kill time on my laptop, but wifi didnt work either.

I’ve come to this location consistently for years because it’s convenient. It has gone wayyy down hill. My espresso is ALWAYS burnt, I’d say 1 out of 15 drinks is drinkable. Hot drinks are usually only 3/4 of the way full and I’m not one to ask to have a drink remade and I’m typically going through the drive thru and it’s not worth the time and effort. If I don’t get a “coffee” drink, I get a refresher with lemonade even that doesn’t taste right the majority of the time because I think they make it with water first then notice it’s suppose to be lemonade and splash some on top. I will say the staff is always friendly and I’ve never had a bad experience with them. While this store is convenient, I’ve started going to the Broadway location (which is not convenient and takes an extra 10-15 mins one way) and I’ve never had burnt expresso and my refreshers are always made with lemonade. I will not return to this location.

Slowest drive thru!! This is the only quick drive thru off Hwy 50 so it is usually busy but one car takes 10 min + easy and I cannot count how many times my drink has been wrong after waiting in that horrendous line!

Starbucks is usually the go-to place for breakfast needs. The coffee is exceptional, ordering ahead seems to be a better way to go. Prepare for long longs early in the day, but also great coffee and worth the time you waited.

Always over prioritizing the drive thru over walk in.. I hate Starbucks coffee.. no location makes a flat white correctly. I typically drive through this Starbucks maybe 3 times a week on my way to work its convenient even though its very busy all of the time.The last few times they have gotten my drink order wrong but I did not say anything .Finally today, I asked for my drink order to please make sure to have whipped cream on top and the girl at the window gave me attitude. When I explained to her that the last few times I went through there was no whip her answer to me was quote theres whip on it now isnt there?I just said Yes and drove away.Now I get that working in customer service with the public isnt all that fun most of the time but for goodness sakes if youre working a Starbucks drive-thru window you need to be nice.

I dont know who hasnt been here whos local....... Cuz everyone, family, friends knows who were talking about when we say were going to get donuts. As far as were concerned, their is no other donut shop around. Weve all tried the various other places through the years and were continuously let down. The 24 hours is a huge love, love. But Im saying the consistent, perfect donut is of the highest quality around!! Ive never once been let down. Not the best Starbucks Ive been too... the staff seemed unhappy or just uninterested. Ive dealt with much better baristas before, but not here. Deeming there coffee just average. Call me a snob, but my favorite thing about Starbucks is the friendly service besides the coffee. I love hearing what they would try or just taking my order with a smile. But Ive been here a couple times now and they couldnt even answer my questions about the menu or even recommend anything. Its like they didnt even try ... Definitely not going to this one again, sorry!

This Starbucks is hit-and-miss. Everytime I have gone through drive-through, the wait is insane. Walk-in service is good and the staff is friendly. The trash can outside is always overflowing. My wife often complains that their coffee drinks are not consistent.

Not the first time Ive had issues with this Starbucks but Ive finally had it and thought Id write a review. Oh its also because they dont believe in answering their phone....I went through the drive through this afternoon for some coffee and a couple cake pops. As petty as it seems they neglected to give me 1 of my cake pops. I corrected the gal while placing the order and was charged for 2 cake pops. When I got home to give my hubby his I found out there was only 1 in the bag. Tried calling to get a refund, or something, but no one answered a couple times in a row. Geeze.

I liked that had I had a Starbucks so close, but my order is only right about 1/3 of the time. I like Travis the manager cause he remembers my nephew and I when we come in, but I hate that I spend money for a drink that is wrong most of the time. There was one guy that got it right every time but he isnt there or the one making it now. Today was the last straw. My drink is wrong again. I dont like that I have to go to another place. Last time, I was there I spilled ny drink cause the lid wasnt on all the way and I asked for a rag. They never came so I cleaned it up with napkins. I guess I am tired of this place. I went in to get a frappachino for a client and myself. There were no other customers at the order counter, there were 4 or 5 employees in the area, a couple were making orders for the drive through. I stood there for over three minutes, was looked at several times, yet no one came to take my order or even acknowledge I was there.
