I was going to stop here, but I remember they charged 25 cents a cup. Theres no way Im paying 25 cents a cup when they already charged so much money for coffee.

ALL of the staff members look like they would rather jump off of the Bay Bridge instead of be here. SERIOUSLY!! A cup charge?????? $5 is quite enough for coffee. This is ridiculous I AM OUT!!

I order here semi regularly, always with a breakfast sandwich. Past few times however when I request Sriracha instead of putting it in the side pouch of the bag they put it WITH my FOOD. SO DISGUSTING I dont know who touched the hot sauce or not so thats why there is a pouch on the bags. Come on!

Fantastic place to get some studying or work done. Food and drinks are just like any other regular and basic Starbucks. Seating is actually decent so youll more than likely find a seat. Plus, there are couches if you want to do some reading.

The outdoor seating is nice, otherwise its a fairly average Starbucks.Pros:Friendly staff.Clean restrooms and coffee shop.Often quiet, so a good place to study or work if needed.Cons:Its a Starbucks.

One of the better Sbucks. Very often busy, but friendly and if you wait you can get a seat. Several plugs, table, 2 easy chairs. Standard menu and prices.

This is the only Starbucks on the way to my work... Last time I was there there were four cars in line... It took 35 minutes... Also I always order my drink without sweetener... Which they give to me correctly about 50% of the time...

Liana, Oscar, Kelley, Carla, Fabiola, the man with the red beard from New York, the woman with black hair, both of whose names slip whats left of my mind, and the rest of the guys at Starbucks on Solano, you are great, wonderful, you really make customers feel that theyve been invited into your home. The coffee is fresh, the crumb cakes are crumbly, what can I say? Starbucks is lucky to have such a professional team. Well, its 5 am on Saturday so Im off to get some coffee. . . . Ciao, Allen

Ok place to get your drinks but if you need anything extra like caramel, soy milk, (etc...) MAKE SURE they hear you. They dont listen very well. They wont pay attention to what you say on first ask. Night crew isnt very friendly but Im sure they are just exhausted. Ill give them the benefit of the doubt cause the day crew is very kind! :) calm atmosphere at night but in the day its SUPER busy. AND THEY REMOVED THEIR OUTLETS?! WTH

I had an okay experience here. Nearly all of their outlets were out of service and the coffee was overpriced for what you got.Personally, I wouldnt go to Starbucks without a gold card which can give you free refills on iced/regular coffee.

Won’t even let you carry your 10 lb dog in to place an order and sit outside. Go to Peet’s instead if you don’t enjoy being turned away at the door because you don’t want to leave your small dog outside unattended.

Usual Starbucks coffee, food, and service. The trash and recycling cans, however, are left outside 24/7, and in spite of apparent conversation between Starbucks management, the City of Berkeley, and the property owner, no resolution that prevents overflowing trash from dirtying the neighborhood has been reached. Poor neighborhood relations indeed!

Not a good experience today I came here with a hour lunch. Ordered sandwich and frapp got my sandwich after 15 mins 10 more mins passed. I still havent got my frapp yet....service 😞😞😞badd
