Nice staffs and baristasCozy interior and lots of small tables - great to study, read, work with a laptop.They served a free trial of dragon mango while I was sipping a coffee.It tasted sweet and delicious. Great for summer 🤩Good location at fwy 118.Easy to use a restroom as well.Highly recommended

Decent version of the franchise. Staff always seem to be happy and friendly, and the service is reasonably fast. Seating is all of the wood variety, so dont expect to be able to lay back in comfort.First time back in several years (thanks to Covid). Still really friendly and efficient.Another year on and this is still a good example of a Starbucks.

Probably just an off day but the cashier took my order, then repeated it back to me. Asked what it was again said OK then got my order wrong. Wrong size and without sweetener. I feel annoying to complain about Starbucks but it was iced green tea. How do you get that wrong?

Edit: changing my review to 5*, the team way better yesterday. Way better.1* Guy made me feel awkward ordering my drinks. I asked triple shot expresso cause I wanted the caffeine, gives me a weird look. I wanted a cover for my pink drink, and they didnt carry any sleeves for me to cover.

A great place to relax. The staff is eclectic and interesting and they noticeably like their jobs. The store is clean. The restroom is very clean with plenty of nobs and shelves to place your belongings. The art and atmosphere is fun, good and stylish. As for the coffee, I am always happy with my purchases. This is a great little slice of planet earth :)

I ordered a drink using my stars and another order using more stars with a hot sandwich. When picking up the order, the barista said there was only the latter part of the order and not the first part, a free drink using 150 stars. This barista needs to learn how to read orders for the same name. I was already on the phone with customer service. The only thing wrong - well, her inability to read properly or pair orders for the same party. Pay attention.

Worst Starbucks around. Very very slow service. I have waited 20 minutes on many occasions for an iced tea, doesnt seem to matter if they are busy or slow. Staff seems very indifferent to their customers. They also seem to not like to use their A/C, its stifling hot and stuffy in there every morning. Yesterday was the last day for me there, I am now changing my route to work to be able to go to a different location.

Ive been coming here every day for 11 years. I have to say that this is the best Starbucks I have ever experienced. Every employee knows ever client by name. Every employee is super-friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Theyre so nice I even invited a couple of them to my wedding, as weve become friends over the years.As for product, nothing beats a nice Sumatra through the clover machine, and some Bacon & Gruyere Sous Vide Egg Bites.I cant possibly recommend this location highly enough. If you like being treated like family, this is as good as it gets.

Top notch service. Went completely above and beyond just because she charged me for the wrong size drink. It was completely not a big deal, but they made me the bigger size anyway. Everyone was very friendly and service was fast even though they only had 3 people working.

This location went down the drain post covid.Mobile order: estimated time 15-20minArrive 20min after orderWait in a CROWDED store 30min before asking what the delay is. I was then told that they are busy and it will still be another 20-30min. So your telling me its a hour and a half for 2 drinks? Then instead of trying to fix it I was just told you can have a refund and thats it. Nice. Done with this location...

Great staff! Very friendly, drinks are made quick! The fables outside the store are not clean at all, store is mostly packed and sitting outside can be a challenge as the tables are very dirty.

Omg. Waited 15 min past the promised phone order time! 1 coffee was ready when we arrived - the other was a 15 min wait- only after 3 inquires. Insult to injury- it came regular, not the decaf ordered so we waited again. 2nd insult- it was aweful!It was a short flat while that tasted like warm milk

I used to live around the corner from this Starbucks. Ive been coming here for over six years. 99% of my drinks have been excellent. I think Ive probably gotten three drinks I had to have redone. In. Six. Years!!!Good stuff! Great people!I recommend a Vente Blonde Flat White with Heavy Whipping Cream. Oh, it is soooo good!!!!

This is the Moorpark starbucks..very easy to get to off of the 23 heading for 101. Its two blocks down on the right on new Los Angeles avenue. Good amount of parking with a few outside seats. Store is busy but efficient and they dont make mistakes. Its hard to turn left on new Los Angeles Avenue. . Better to turn right and go down to the next light.

Here at the Starbucks on Moorpark Av. Los Angeles is a place where you relax, enjoy drinks and company.The workers are very friendly, respectful.Its very nice to be able to come in and order your drink, with workers this nice.When it is time to close they kindly notify you, telling you in 10minutes close.Nothing to do with the workers at the Starbucks in Campus Park, including the manager, they have no education, they literally throw you out and if you dont like your drink, they get upset and do it to you in a very bad way.
