I have been to so many starbucks and this is the first time I write a review because this place deserves one!!!! This starbucks is very clean and the staff was so nice. There were only two staff and they did our orders (5 orders) so fast. After us there are more people coming in and I can see that everyone was happy. This starbucks is very clean and there bathrooms is clean too. Plus the views is AMAZING 😭

This Starbucks is just right outside CVS where people pick up their meds and have free time to have a cup of coffee here by Santa Monica Blvd.I have passed by it a number of times and this is my first time to step inside. It is same yet different from others. I like the height of the ceiling that makes it feel much bigger than it actually is. There is no clear sign of line, but people still form a line when there are more than 2. The energy is good here when they serve you and they have got the sandwich I always have liked and cannot get it from McDonald’s in the afternoon.The seating is quite limited. And the design may want to use the big table to bring people together, however, it does not seem to work too well as people are busy for their own things either on the phone or laptop.I have not tried the Wi-Fi here, but I assume it is good as I am seeing at least 4 laptops here for a long time and it does not see to have any issues at all.The floor is not too clean due to heavy traffic and light rain outside. People may bring water and dust inside and they are too busy to clean it yet when I am there. But I have faith in Starbucks as I have not seen any branch that is too dirty to bear yet.If you sit by the glass windows, you get to enjoy the street view and the change of the sun, I think this is the best part of sitting here with coffee as you can work on the laptop anywhere else.

I’ve been to almost every Starbucks in Los Angeles, and this one makes the most consistent drinks of them all. Especially the Ice brown sugar shaken espresso. Not all locations make it well. This place does!!!!

One thing I like about this store: They let my puppy eat puppy cup in the store rather than outside. I went to another store and they let me bring my puppy and puppy cup outside.

The staff here says that some people use the bathroom and others cant. I asked them why... but they just say they cant use it. Staff clothes are dirty... Should I look at employee underwear in a sacred place? It feels pretty bad. Its dirty, its like a poor thing, the cleanliness of the staff here is 0% disgusting. Does Starbucks not take care of this

This spot is great after renovation. Good choice of food and attentive baristas and staff. The store is clean and spacious.

If theres anything I take just as serious as customer service, that is the cleanliness of a store. Bathrooms are a mess and had urine and feces on the toilet seat. The floors are a mess, the tables are not properly wiped down, and there were at least eight employees working. Absolutely no excuse for a store to look like that when there are eight people working. Definitely going to report this city LA county health department and to Starbucks corporate office.Also, I was charged $2.95 for a large coffee. This morning I was at another Starbucks and I paid $2.75 for a large coffee. When I inquired about the $0.20 difference, they couldnt tell me why it was $2.95.

Our drinks were not made accordingly, so we called and talked with the manager Mike, were told to return for remakes. We returned after a few days when we had free time, but he simply refused in coldness. Not sure if it was dishonorable or discriminating.

Just wanna give you an advice guys ao you can apply it in your work if you really care about serving others.I went in and ordered Americano coffee and Croissant, i paid for it but no body asked me about name so he can call out my name whn order is ready and the guys wearing glasses when he handed the coffee to me just looked like someone very depressed and have an issue with himself or he hate others people, no smile, no face impressions just like “ heyyy take ur coffee and leave”.Believe me and take this advice from a middle eastern guy coz we know how to be nice to people and this is the first reason why all people around the world move to middle east, i came from Dubai and starbucks team over there are just so friendly and smiling all time to customers, you work as customer service so you gotta guys be good to people and little friendly, i know you may not being like that or hard to you but you gotta work on it, this is free advice so you either accept it or ignore it, but i’m surprised from Starbucks management how they didn’t tel their team something like that, even if you really don’t like people just act act and pretend you do like em, we are human being and leaving once and you should guys believe in humanity.I went again today 26th and the one who handed the coffee is just weird, there is name on the cup and didn’t caller the name, in Middle east that’s called bullying and unrespectful.Thank you 🙏 for your service.

When I came here for my coffee with oat milk I had just driven a good amount of time and I needed to go to the restroom. Because of reasons beyond my understanding they close the restroom half an hour before the rest of the store. Hence the low service rating.
