This Starbucks is always pretty decent. Inside and outside, plus staff is chill. Drive through always seems to go pretty smoothly as well. If you’re in the area and want Starbucks this is a good one to stop at. Parking can be a little scarce though if it’s busy. They have a nice outside sitting area too. Definitely try the pineapple paradise drink if you haven’t already.

I was a little frustrated about the way you can’t get past the drive thru to pick up when coming from the side street when busy. So, I had to park and walk and then my sandwich was thrown together so badly. I hate sticking my fingers in my food to straighten it out. Just wish people took time to slow down and care just a little bit more. My drink was good though. That’s what keeps me coming back.

I come here a few times a week. Love this place. Great Service. They greet you, know your name, very friendly group of workers. They get your order right 99% of the time. Unlike other starbucks. They waits not long.As long as you dont go on Friday mornings when all the high school kids are there. Between 8:00 and 9:00

At the drive thru, they have automated greeter asking how you are doing, so I replied in kind asking the same. The actual human greeter then asked me to repeat, which was funny 😐 Were not big on coffee especially Starbucks, usually we get the lemonade/refreshers since weve got a bunch of stars and gift cards. The drink itself can be hit or miss, depending on who makes them. At this particular visit we got the mango dragon fruit and strawberry acai which were definitely thirst quenchers!

No complaints about service or the facility itself, so five stars. But who on earth designed the drive thru?! Its always understandably busy, but I cant tell you how many times Ive almost been side swiped by cars leaving. Or Im stuck for an additional 10 min in the parking lot because I cant get past the cars lined up around the curve. Always fun waiting in line when theres an agressive/road rage driver and you cant move out of their way. Super tight squeeze.

Always clean. Super friendly people here. Music selection is inspiring. The drive thru mosaic is on point, its worth going through the dive thru. They also have a wall garden that is a nice piece to view when sitting out doors. I also havent ran into a time they were out of anything. Definitely one of the best Starbucks Ive been to.

Parking is always an issue. The drive-thru does move pretty reasonable, but the line is still always lengthy. Id say 8/10 times the line is out to the street or half-way blocking the small parking lot. Only a handful of times have i really been satisfied with my drink. I can order the same drink all week and it would taste different every time. Ive always had a great experience with service. Staff is always energetic and and positive. They always greet with smiles and never make me feel rushed. Restroms are always available and clean. It does always looked packed but im always in and out and when i need a quick bite or drink i knowni can get in and out within 10 min or so.

Overall this place is very nice. Clean. Has beautiful landscaping including a living wall full of ferns and succulent plants. Nice outside area with the exception of the opened patio to the drive thru. I dont want to be smelling exhaust from cars while trying to enjoy my oatmeal and drink. Please conside putting in at least a 1/2 wall between the drive thru and outside patio. And perhaps once you put outside wall up..design it so plants are on top..cascading down wall. Just a suggestion.

Ordered food through drive through at 6am. Person working said they were out of soy milk which is possible, but then when I got to the window and asked whether or not I could get some napkins with my order she said, “we are out of those too.” Now I could see through the window that in the store there were napkins.She shut the window as I tried to ask her again and it was quite evident she didn’t care. I had to go inside the store to get napkins where I said to someone else, “she said you didn’t have any napkins.” Her response was, “no I just gave her some.”This kind of blatant disregard for people is the kind of thing that makes me not want to ever go back to this particular Starbucks again.Now since she’s a liar I also have to question whether or not she actually ran out of soy milk??This employee is 💯 lazy and just doesn’t care about the customer experience…I felt completely unwelcome, defeated and clearly won’t every return to this location.

Extremely hit or miss, and mainly miss. Ive only been to this location a few times because the drinks Ive ordered were super watered down and mainly milk. Ive had maybe one good drink at this location but after ordering today and receiving another milky watered down coffee, I decided not to keep giving this one a chance. Drive through was pretty long but that cant be helped for how popular their coffee is. They worked efficiently and effectively, so I didnt have to wait too long for my coffee even with a full line of cars. There is this amazing piece of art on the wall to look at while waiting so that is a plus.Not much more to say, its good coffee.

I love this location, ive been going for over a year, and Atleast 5X a week… I’ve had a few problems here and there but nothing too major.Yesterday morning I bought my sister a cake pop and there was a roach! In the bag on the cake pop! I couldn’t believe it.. don’t know if I’ll go again because it scared the heck out of me, and it was gross.. :( sad because I ALWAYS go there. The manager of this store is a heartless corporate robot. I was there with my friend and placed our order. My friend let me know that he urgently needed to use the restroom. He has a medical condition that causes issues with this at times. Their restroom is currently only for employees. After asking if they could please make an exception to this for him and considering his condition the young female manager was so rude in her answer. She said no, but in the coldest way possible and with barely even looking to our direction. When asked if she could please be compassionate and make an exception she said that “it’s the policy” and “if you don’t understand that it’s your problem and not mine” I WAS FLOORED! How she could talk like that! I said to her that she was the human being responsible that could make a decision, just like the person who made the decision that policy would protect their employees...but that it was HER choice to have NO human feeling, no kindness at all. I could understand if she said something like - I would but I really can’t - but her response was unbelievable. I hope corporate Starbucks doesn’t condone that kind of treatment of other human beings!

This Starbucks is by far my favorite one I have been to. The workers are always so smiling and very friendly! They’ll ask how your day is going and have a small talk when they’re not super busy. This Starbucks is very popular and very busy. The staff are very polite. The outdoor seating has good umbrellas and is breezy. There is a beautiful wall of plants. In the drive thru, there is a lovely, very large mosaic that glisten.

Love the new store and location. Only bummer is their parking lot and spaces are really small, and most times the drive thru traffic ends up blocking the access through the parking lot which in inconvenient. What does make it worth going here is the staff! They are all very friendly and smiling, my orders are always correct, and are done pretty quick. This is the store I go to regularly. I go once or twice a week. I have never had any problems until today. I went in to order my two usual drinks: caramel latte for my wife and a royal English breakfast tea for myself. They were out of both and have been out of the tea for weeks. What? How? So I order a taffenut latte for my wife and nothing for me. And wait….and wait…and wait. I finally go up to the barista that took my order and he tried to tell me it was the mobil orders causing the delay. But I saw at least two customers ( one a very pretty young lady) go up to register, order and pick up their drinks before mine. I see a lot of bad reviews about things the people who work there can not control... I go relatively often to Starbucks not only to this one but all over the city, this is the busiest one by far so it’s bound to take a while for your drink. Common sense people. And I see people complaining and giving bad reviews about the parking, again... not at the fault of Starbucks but at the fault of the owner of the property. Yes mistakes happen with orders that’s life, get over it. I can confidently say this is the best Starbucks store I’ve ever been to and will definitely go back as much as I can.

Love me some Starbucks... thos location was out of nearly all of the favorite Starbucks beverages and to top it off the line was crazy long, so if you see the sign that they were out of all non milk options, you can simply drive right on past and visit another location. When you get to the board to order the barista rattles off a long list of drinks you are not able to order, manu of then were bot even the drinks that contained any non dairy milks. They should have added those drinks to the sign so you dont have to waste your lunch break and end up driving away without a beverage! The only reason I gave them 3 stars is because the young lady taking the orders was very kind and helpful, trying to recommend drinks that were similar to the one that you originally wanted.

She literally insulted me by telling me I was harassing her co worker when I just asked her I don’t like raisin in my oatmeal and rather I take another ingredient if possible. Great Starbucks but the problem is with the control of the drive thru line. There are two directions you can use to enter the line, a certain recipe for disaster. What is needed is signage that explains the direction to enter from. Some people seem to think its ok to butt into the predominant line causing chaos to ensue. All of the young ladies the worked in the night thru the drive thru at closing were very professional and handled themselves and keep us safe from serious situation with a troublemaking encounter with an angry individual throwing Rocks at Cars at the drive thru, by closing and securing the entrance and windows to make sure that nobody could get close enough to harm us, and made sure that the situation was well maintained and handled. I am making a public announcement for safety reasons regarding this Starbucks in Ventura, CA on Victoria and Moon. Barista not wearing mask over his nose. I went through the drive through at the store in Ventura, CA on Victoria and Moon today, 6/22/20 l, around 7 pm. Looking through the window I noticed the male barista making my drink not wearing mask covering his nose.
