There is an employee named Emily that is always very nice and friendly. Every time I drive thru, she knows my order, she will even recap what I got last time and ask how my co-workers liked the recommendations she made. She builds rapport with her customers and makes them feel like they matter. I am very happy that you guys hired her, there needs to be more Emilys in world.

Fast drive through if you come at the right time. The greenery is nice too but there is NO indoor seating here. I tried to pick up the wifi and it was only 2 bars and then disconnected. So it is available but maybe it was being spotty for me. Sitting outside is an option. But youre on a busy intersection. Sitting in your can may work too if the WiFi signal is good.

Theres no inside to this Starbucks, its just a drive thru. Thats why I gave it 3 stars for the atmosphere. When I went there were a few cars ahead of me and it took about 10 minutes to get through the line. I called ahead of time and placed my order and it was ready when I got there.

This was a mobile order to pick up in the drive-thru.The wait was very long; at the window the person started looking for my order, which was not ready and the food items were not available.I was offered if I was interested in a different food item, and was given to me cold....had to request to get it warmed up.😡😡😡😡After I got the warm food items, the second drink was being prepared.Unfortunately a really bad experience at a moment that I was in a hurry....And to top it off, once I was gone I almost spilled the hot drink because the lid was completely loose, no pressure of any kind, something that it was obvious at the time of closing the cup. I had to enjoy my hot drink cold at destination an hour later.

I LOVE Starbucks! I think all of the locations Ive ever been to, I loved them all! But theres first time for everything I guess. This was the worst Starbucks ever! No place to sit. Ordering window is closed, you have to ask them to come to window. Out of stock on almost everything and I asked for 7 different items until one was available (even though when I asked what do they have, the smiley guy said that they have everything!). Coffee order was made wrong and tasted horrible! Oh, and forgot, they didnt have any cash for change, and with that smiley face the kid told me that Im welcome to go to another location, so I had to run in rain back to the car to get my purse and credit cards.I wish Id lost those $30+ that I paid them. Would have been more satisfying just losing the money.

They do not ever get my order right, weather that’s a pre ordering drink. or in person. they constantly forget my food or give me something that I didn’t order, and whenever I have something delivered, not a single time is right, I called to talk to a manager and y received a call back let alone an apology

This location is outright awful. Been there multiple times and doesnt matter what I order they just dont make it right. They dont even bother to mix the chemicals they sell as natural probably. One time I went back and and return their awful drinks only to face the angry manager giving me the looks like I just want free drinks.

This is my favorite SB location and I will go out of my way to frequent it. Why? Because the people are the friendliest and happiest staff! Admittedly, the layout of the drive thru isnt the best but to combat that, they typically have a staff member out near the entrance helping to take orders and direct staff. Even when the line has been out to Rancho, Ive never waited more than 20 minutes and any wait is worth it bc the interactions with staff are so positive.

Stopped by after taking a friend to a physician. Used the drive through which was very easy. The gentlemen who took the order was pleasant and helpful. The drive through was clean (no trash) and easy to negotiate. Great place for a drive through.

Before the pandemic I gave this Starbucks a bad review, now its the only Starbucks I will go to buy my favorite drink. Im now impressed with the staff. Describing them as friendly is an understatement. On a typical day the order taker has a brief conversation, takes your order, and wishes you well. The long line moves quickly. Your order is ready when you get to the window where another person has delightful expression in their eyes, hands you the order, and wishes you well before you take off. Everyone is wearing a mask and safety precautions are a priority. Best of all they are the only Starbucks in the area that can make a quality and delicious London Fog. Thanks for your impressive improvement.Prior review below:I try not to leave bad reviews, businesses are the people who work there and people will have a bad day from time to time. However, in this case, my order is almost always wrong, the staff, especially one woman in particular is completely and consistently unprofessional. I typically avoid this SB at all costs. But this time it was a little drizzly and I didnt want to get out of the car. I wont make this mistake again. Two to four minutes down the road in either direction are friendly baristas who get the order right and smile. They dont laugh while spit is splurging out over the food and drinks. Laughing is great till your germs touch my food, then Im done.

I don’t know who put the kid who does voices on the drive thru but I’ve never seen something so unprofessional and rude. I’m not looking for a morning radio show when I want my coffee. And to add to it this he can’t take an order correctly. I get having fun at work but when it’s customer facing and they ask you to stop I think that’s unnecessary and I don’t need to spend my money on that.

Its pretty sad that Starbucks continues to raise prices but cant take a food item out of the plastic wrapping. We all know you dont prepare food on-site bit at least care enough to take it out of the plastic wrap. I mean you are being paid about $15 an hour. Little effort never hurts.

Super disappointing experience. I am sharing with the hopes this is helpful information as the store manager (who is fantastic and runs a really great Starbucks) can use this for coaching.I go to the Starbucks almost every day early morning and sometimes in the afternoon. I went this afternoon and for the first time ever was not able to get my order correct. Thats a bummer but Jared who told me they were on from another store first gave me my order made incorrectly knowing so. I say this because when I went to check it Jared immediately respondedI know you wanted it a certain way he we cant do that.My immediate thought was, then why not say that when my order was repeatedly to me correctly or before I paid. My second thought was, wait I gotten this correctly so many times before. So I asked it to be remade and was told by Jared, they would make an exception thus time. When I received my order and checked it- still wrong and I am now super sad. My response was silence because I didnt know what to do. Jared promptly told me (with what felt like a snarky tone to my ears) that I could park, go around front and they could try a tired time. Ill be honest, I was offended by his tone. I just asked for my money back and left.This is so far from my normal experience I had to say something. I was told everyone there was from other locations but to try calling and maybe I would get a manager. So I am sharing my experience where I hope a manager at this location will see it.

This Starbucks was awesome! They surprised me with a free Pumpkin Spice Cold Brew! I came here to do homework and had been here a while when an employee dropped it off at my table. Later, the management asked me how it was and I could not be any more happier. I have studied at many Starbucks around San Antonio and this location was the first to do this. This kind gesture influenced me to stop my school work for a bit to write my first Google review. Great customer service!

So. They close the bathroom after dark even though the store doesnt close until 9 pm. Also, the nighttime lighting in their covered patio is non existent and creates an unsafe environment for customers and staff.Both are easy fixes. This disrepair and disregard for customer comfort is probably not up to Corporate standards or policy.

Slowest Staff in California.I visit this location weekly. I’ve never waited less than 25 minutes in the drive though line. I only wait because there isn’t a better location option.If you use mobile ordering you have to wait in the drive through line (??) or you can pick up at the window. However, the mobile app will often quote you 6-9 minutes and the actual wait time will be closer to 20.Why is this location so lackluster?PS - some of the staff is also very young and very rude.

Exactly like every other Starbucks which is a good thing and they have a drive thru for the win. There is not an inside area to sit but they do have benches and etc. to sit outside with your beverage. I pick up coffee here regularly and have never had anything but fantastic service.

Due to Covid, coffee options for locals are limited, so the drive-thru Starbucks at Rancho and Ventura in Thousand Oaks is a convenient choice.Unfortunately communication is something bordering on an SNL sketch. Ive gone 3X in the last month, the most recent being 4:45 today, July 22. I have gotten the drink I ordered a grand total of 0/4 times, albeit in only 3 visits.Against my better judgement based on recent experiences I tried again today, ordering a short soy Hazelnut latte. I was charged accordingly, and drove off- with a bland short soy latte.I returned, politely explained my incomplete drink, and was told theyd remake it.Sat in line a 2nd time, and was presented at the window with a TALL soy hazelnut latte- at no extra charge.I appreciate the sentiment, but after 20 years of patronizing Starbucks I dont order short to save an extra 40 cents- I do so because soy doesnt taste very good but is a viable option for those who are lactose intolerant. I didnt want to drink 12 oz of soy to get to my caffeine, so into the garbage it went, along with the first.Certainly there are more important things in life than coffee, but were all having a rough time these days- basic common-sense customer service should not be akin to Brain Surgery.I wont be back- 4 misses in a row in 3 tries is enough for this former customer. Hope you take heed.

This is a drive thru and walk up window only Starbucks. The drive thru layout is really messed up. There are two parking lot entrances, and you will be fighting with cars from the opposite one from which you entered through. I recommend parking and walking up to the window. There is a nice outdoor seating area with music, and almost always no wait.

Before placing my order I asked the barista if she knew how to make a blended black ice tea or sometimes referred to as crushed ice tea. She said yes. 1st drink, she gave me a Iced Tea/Lemonade. I did not order an Arnold Palmer. So I requested another black tea blended. I could tell she was not happy and made me a second drink Black Tea still not blended. At this point I will just keep it. She could could taint my drink. Busy place but would not come back.

I like this location a lot - very convenient to grab a cup of hot coffee driving early morning from Moorpark to work in Westlake Village. At 6:30 in the morning line is not too long and moving very quickly. The quality of drinks is always great, and people working there are very friendly. And as a bonus today I’ve got a free coffee and a croissant - a guy in the car in front of me paid for it! He most likely mistaken my car for somebody else’s car, but I was pleasantly surprised )))Now, that I’m thinking about it, I should have pay for the person behind me to keep the good gesture going…. But there is always next morning and it is never too late to return the favor ;-)

The service is awful. The lack of customer service and time it takes to get a freaking coffee is not worth the convenience of a drive thru. I’d much rather have to park, get out of my car and walk into a nicer location. Quite often there are 4 bartistas standing around and talking rather than preparing drinks. Absolutely absurd.

The convenience of this location is handy, BUT - THIS particular Starbucks needed MUCH better planning and design BEFORE it was planted at this very busy intersection. With only a Drive-thru and walk-up window its an A-1 MESS pretty much all the time in that tiny narrow parking lot. Please do something about it and improve the flow and remove the congestion. To make matters worse, the staff here is often WAY too preoccupied with socializing amongst themselves rather than focusing 100% on their work of getting those orders in, making the beverages efficiently and (Ehem! ) ACCURATELY, keeping that long crazy line of cars in the tiny parking lot that are coming in from 2 different directions MOVING, and getting the customers on their way

Every single time I come to this location, I go through the drive thru and they hand me my drink with the cup all wet and dripping, sometimes the lid not even completely secured on the cup. I have walked by your establishment and had refreshments there and was quite put off by the garbage in and around the parking lot. I belong to several environmental groups and have spoken of my disgust at such a lack of responsibility for our environment and our city. This business has lost one customer and I hope that the word spreads among my friends and such and others will follow suit. I would think that such a corporation as yours would have more responsibility (Theres that word again!) in its affairs and be more sanitary in its operations. Shame on you.
