Now, this location is a very small location in comparison to others. First, it seems big but it is just long in dimensions. 4 places to sit, non confortable. My order was taken, but never asked my name. The food looked dry and aged, the servers or staff non talkative and bland. As I said, nowhere to truly sit, only 6 people can sit out of 4 locations.If you are just looking for a quick drink and dont care about service, this place is your go to ...The only places to sit were outside in the rain...drenched

This place has gotten rude. The employees handing out drinks will line everything up, let the drink sit there and then call out names after all the drinks have been sitting there instead of calling them out as they are ready. So I watched my drink sitting there for a few minutes and it was sitting on their counter without being called out. So I grabbed it and WHOAH, not one but three of the employees shouted out DONT REACH OVER AND GRAB THE DRINK, one after another. I didnt react so they had to keep going ARE YOU KIDDING ME??! they shouted.Suffice it to say this was a huge overreaction to what people probably do common sensibly all the time. I guess theyre fighting to put a stop to this lol. I think theyve gotten too busy to handle all the stressful situations they are warring with. Anyhow, Im tired of the burnt coffee, Ill drive a little further for good coffee and calm folk.

Disapointed needed to you the restroom right before closing employess where rude said no .. im a starbucks daily customer never thought they treat anyone like that.

I decided to go visit Starbucks at 9 pm Friday- the day after thanksgiving and when I showed up everything was closed.However the “holiday hours” posted on the front door stated that they close at 10 pm.Very annoying/ disappointing. Not sure if the manager or lead decided to close early because they had their own personal plans Orr??? Over all really irritating that they do not follow what they are advertising.The owner should definitely be made aware.

Almost a perfect place to work from cafe but music inside was too loud for me and cars outside are also loud. Restroom is clean. Also a bit pricy but it’s Starbucks ($5 for a little box of milk + glazed donut). Good thing is: wifi is super fast and doesn’t have limit!

Disappointed, I have gone to this Starbucks twice but will never go again. Both times the employees closed the restroom due to “cleaning”. Both times I bought coffee and a pastry and stayed to do work in my laptop. This last time they told me no because they had just done a “deep cleaning”. The employee told me to go to another place like Jamba or wild wings. Seems like this Starbucks does not want people to stay and work, study, talk because they do not want customers to use their restroom. Never experienced this at a Starbucks.

A little small and narrow shop which has a few tables only compared to the regular ones anywhere else, but has quite large parking lot. So place an order online and pick it up. Nice, friendly staff.

Trying new Starbucks locations are a hit or miss and unfortunately, this location is a miss. As a prior barista, I would’ve looked at the print out of the drink I ordered and groaned seeing the list of modifications although, I’d still go through with making those modifications. Whoever made this drink did not look at these modifications that I pay extra for at all. When I first saw the drink, I saw no cookie crumbles but I understood that occasionally ingredients run out and there’s no time to update it online. No big deal, I get it. Then I get told they have also run out of my sandwich, once again, I get it. The moment I taste test this drink in my car, I know it’s not right at all. No toffee nut flavor, no coffee flavor, no extra java chip scoops and way too much mocha flavor. This was just a mocha cookie crumble frap with none of my modifications (not even light whip). I’m disappointed that it appears that my ticket wasn’t read at all aside from the top line especially seeing as I placed my order during a slow time.

This particular location is also cute and quaint. Their employees are usually attentive and provide accurate service.For the most part they are clean and let people hang out as needed.Their baristas usually know when to give discounts and will also provide suggestions in case you happen to ask for one.This location is close to the freeways, gym, businesses, as well as to a couple of extended university campuses.
