Wow! I’ve been going to Starbucks for as long as I can remember and never have I seen a location like this. Huge store with a 5’ x 5’ tiled and small waiting area for your food and drink. All people wearing their masks looking like it’s the first day of Covid. They were rude, food was 5 minutes delayed and they acted like anyone standing there was a frightening germ. What’s most disgusting is there was a hair in my food, so perhaps they wear a hairnet rather than all those masks.I asked the employee what was going on and she said it’s to protect them. Bottom line Starbucks needs to close this close and let this group go! This team truly hurts the reputation of a brand of this kind!

This Starbucks location is nasty a lot of flies are inside the cabinet of the breads and begals... The coffee doesnt taste like real and fresh coffee... The personal are nice though... But I couldnt believe how many flies were walking around the breads... Thats disgusting take care.. there were about six workers there and nobody noticed that... Or they did but they didnt care...

Really bad customer service. I came in with a cargo van and it didnt clear the roof bar of the drive thru so I called to see if I can pickup my order and they turned me away to another store. As I was leaving I see 2 individuals exiting with drinks in their hands.

Went there an employee took my order and was laughing the whole time. I have asked for one pink drink with heavy cream and another pink drink with no ice. she only put one pink drink with heavy cream with no ice which is not what Ive asked for. Then I explain the situation she was she smiley as if she wanted to laugh. I told her to just charge me a pink drink with no ice. Ive payed it and she still for a new one but still gave me my drink wrong.

This is our go to Starbucks as the staff is always in a good mood and quite helpful. The drive thru line can get a little hectic at times, but if you order for pick up it will make things easier. My favorite drink is the Cold Brew. Downloading their app to get points is a huge plus if you drink coffee often. Stay caffeinated!

I ordered an Iced Lavender Oatmilk Latte.......but instead, I got a Blonde Expresso Iced........what is that!? It wasnt Lavender, not even purple. It didnt taste like it either..........extremely disappointed.2nd review: Now that I look at the online menu, apparently, I was wrong. The drink I wanted was called the Lavender Creme Frappuccino, not the latte. But its very odd. The drive-thru menu didnt have it feature, and I mistook the Iced Lavender Oatmilk Latte to be the same drink as the Lavender Creme Frappuccino. Sorry about the review.

So unsatisfied. Ever had a strawberries and cream made with very little coconut milk and mostly ice? It tastes sour and gross. This was the drink by the time we got home in less than 5 minutes. We never asked for coconut milk in all of our 7 drinks and that was what we got. More ice than anything, no flavor in the Caramal Ribbon Crunch or Vanilla Bean Frappuccino. Id like the $33 refund please so I can go to a better Starbucks. Out of all the 10 times Ive been there, its been lousy services. Either retrain your baristas or do something for the sake of your customers.

I asked for a blended dragon fruit with strawberry purée on top they didn’t blend it and when they did they didn’t add ice so it was liquidly and the ice coffee asked with extra caramel drizzle but they didn’t put that they put cinnamon on the bottom they always get our order wrong I think it shouldn’t be like because we are paying for this

As far as I can tell, this location panders to thicker lazy people that don’t want to walk inside, or engage with other people. So Starbucks gives them what they want at the expense if it’s more traditional customers, that aren’t lazy and who like to see other humans.Why does my walk in order (only 2 people in the store) take the same time as 7 vehicles using the drive through?????

Limited parking spaces. Clean venue and friendly staff. Service was a bit slow. You cant add anything to your order after you paid. It will be a separate order and delivery is also separate which will make you wait longer. I ordered Frapuccino and chocolate chip cookie. Received the drink first and after waiting for awhile for the cookie, I was then told they were out. They offered me other options. Wont be back to this location.

If I could give this store a zero I would. Worst drinks and the worst employees. I would only come to this location because it was close to work but it was always such a bad experience. What really made me stop coming here was when I asked if I could switch the dairy on my drink and pay the difference. The employee told me that I had to pay for the drink they had already made since they would get in trouble for wasting milk. As a previous employee I have seen how wasteful this company is, especially when it comes to training. They would make us practice making drinks and either throw them out or give them to customers that would come in. He was pretty rude and i get how stressful customer service can be but regardless of that, you shouldn’t treat people like that.

I went here wanting to get one of their egg sandwiches and the girl at the register said they were out so I asked about the birthday cake pops and they were out as well so I said it was fine and asked about the coffee cake, the girl told me they did have that so I ordered for that. I was told more than 10 MINTUES after of waiting, that they DID NOT have the coffee cake. My time was wasted for no reason. They could’ve said that from the start. Not only that but they gave out drinks to people that came AFTER me, everyone had gotten their orders while I was waiting, only to be told they don’t have what I ordered and I ended up being late for work. Today I went again with my family, all of our drinks were made poorly. There was barely any coffee in the cup, there was literally more whipped cream in the cup than coffee, you could tell right away because of how light it was and it wasn’t even filled to the top of the cup. I dislike this place so much. If I could, I would give 0 stars. If you can’t do something so simple then don’t work.

I always place a mobile order since it seems easier instead of screaming and repeating my order. The gentleman at the drive thru was VERY rude and said you just placed your order it takes 10 minutes to get your order then he was rude again at the window when I requested a straw..asked what I wanted a straw for....ummmmm for my drink.🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️ This is the first Starbucks that I have bad customer service. My last few visits the drinks were all made incorrectly, even when it wasnt busy. Irish Cream Nitro but no syrup was added, only the foam top. Last time they didnt include a topping I requested in an app order. Before that got a frappucino that came out with huge chunks of ice making it barely drinkable. Not pleased with this location but when I go to any other the orders are right the first time.

This is the worst Starbucks I’ve gone to. I usually get a refresher, such as, a Strawberry Açaí with a warmed up brownie on the side, but ever since I started coming to this Starbucks... I’ve noticed that they never have brownies and i know that it’s not that they don’t have brownies. My assumption is that the employees are too lazy to go in the back and get a brownie out of their storage room. I still go to that Starbucks, but I stopped asking for a brownie because I know that their employees are too lazy to go get a simple dessert for their costumers.

I ordered on the app and was happy that there is a new starbucks open here. I went in and waited for my next drink to be made but the barista said I only ordered two not three. It was no big deal because I had my receipt to show her and she made me the third drink. She wasnt very friendly even though they were not busy at all but, again, it wasnt a big deal. When I got home I opened the venti hot chocolate so I could give some to my little brother and it looked like the cup held only enough to fit in a grande cup. When I opened another drink, it also looked like it was filled an entire size down. I honestly was so disappointed at this point because no other store has ever given us our drinks like this before. I did try calling the store instead of putting a review but no one would answer.

After going to the drive-thru I had to repeat my order several times still they got it wrong I had to go inside get the right drink and then I got a regular coffee instead of a hot latte grande size and I use the restroom and it was really dirty in there and there was no soap in the dispenser so I let them know but the young man didnt seem too concerned about it
