Went to meet a friend for coffee at Starbucks on Bolsa Chica and Heil and I could not believe that there was not anywhere that allowed seating inside or outside. No chairs no benches no nothing. Ended up leaving.

Went to the 6100 Warner ave store in HB 30 mins before closing and the store was locked with people cleaning inside. Mind you this was 6:30pm and the store hours online are until 7pm. Store personnel proceeded to ignore us. 6:30pm on a Friday.. really?? Other comments here have noted bad attitude here, I get it now. Do yourself a favor, lots of other places sell mediocre coffee drinks, consider going elsewhere instead. No need to deal with this nonsense.

I actually go out of my way to grab my coffee fix from this location. I’ve been to several different locations in Huntington Beach and Fountain Valley and by far this is the best service and the quality of the drinks are above and beyond the other locations. My drinks are filled to the size I order. Staff is very friendly. My drinks are exactly what I ordered. Thank you for taking time to make sure we as customers get what we pay for.

When I go to Starbucks, I love this Huntington Beach location. The workers are very kind and always service you with a smile, even early in the morning! I like to get their matcha tea latte, hot with two extra scoops of matcha than the norm. It makes it a lot more matcha tasting. It’s delicious! I always get plant-based milk with my drinks, either oat and soy which go great with the matcha. I highly recommend this HB Starbucks ☺️😎

I go to this location quite often the coffee is usually up to Starbucks standards. But for some reason the customer service here is terrible I feel like most of the employees have a bad attitude. When I’m in there, The employees talk at me, not to me- they will yell from across the room “ we will be with you in a minute “ and dont make eye contact, smile, or show any kind of politeness with sincerity. When they finally do get around to helping me, I feel like I am disturbing or interrupting them, my presence is an inconvenience and they just want to hurry up and get me out the door . I just feel like Starbucks prides their company on customer service and this location has shown hardly any positive customer service.. The only reason why I go to this location is when the location on Bolsa Chica and heil is either closed or their order ahead app is unavailable. As someone who drinks Starbucks as much as I do, I would expect to be treated with a little bit more humanity. Today I felt compelled to leave this review because two girls went out of their way to make me feel extremely uncomfortable, And that was upsetting considering every time I walk in this location I try really hard to give the employees the benefit of my doubt.

Care and quality taken with orders is highly variable. Sometimes its good and other times they get your order completely wrong. I ordered a latte and got a drip coffee with added milk. UPDATE 7/6/2022 - Ordered a blonde latte, got a latte with a bitter brown frothed milk. Seems they were in a hurry and scrapped the bottom of the espresso machine. Worst latte Ive had in months. The employees at this location just dont care.

Wonderful! We went through the drive thru and the barista at the window was very nice and fast! She was also very patient when my mom couldn’t find the card she wanted to use. Highly recommend! And our drinks were made perfectly and are delicious!

They always make my drink correctly. Every. Single. Time. They are never out of stock in anything. The restrooms are clean. The inside is small, but warm and inviting. There’s a small selection of books and games that you can use while you are there. It’s my favorite Starbucks in all of Huntington Beach.

Ok ok I have to say that every time I get here my almond milk honey flat white it’s just PERFECT ! I have ordered this drink in two different locations one in South Gate and the other in Lynwood and it’s not even close !! Thank you so much !I’m updating my first review on this location I have to say that when they barely opened this location the service was bad, but now it’s good they smile, the are very friendly and make your drinks very fast and perfect.Thank you guys. Keep it up!

Starbucks has added lots of healthy drinks in addition to new pastries and coffee blends. Starbucks is always great, just plan your visits out of peak time. For instance, at Seacliff center, it’s best not to go at lunchtime when the kids are on their lunch break. Whatever time it is.. enjoy your Starbucks free Wi-Fi and food

So sad. I work all over orange county as a mobile examiner so air rely on public bathrooms quite a bit. I frequent Starbucks daily, sometimes 2 or 3 times and rely on their facilities as well because they are usually the cleanest ones around and when your spending upwards of $20 a day there, the least you can get is a decent bathroom. Sad to say, but this was quite possibly one of the worst I have been too. The floor was completely covered in a disgusting film that made shoes sound lile my entire spine was cracked every time I took a step. There were no paper towels or soap and I womt even describe what I found in the toilet walking in. It was so bad that even if I had exploding diarrhea, I would avoid this bathroom and take the chance of letting loose in my own pants.
