I come here often & the staff is the reason why this location is great. Im greeted kindly & their hospitality is impeccable, often bringing my food if the place is not crowded with customers. Also, the music is not too loud. People can still have a normal conversation without having to raise your voice.

Look, Starbucks is Starbucks. You know what you are getting. But what separates this location, are the people who work here. Everyone is great. But who really stands out is Victor. In a world where kindness seems to be disappearing, he may be the nicest person you may ever encounter. He is always happy, upbeat, polite and never misses a beat. He truly cares about his job and customers. Move him up the corporate ladder. He truly has earned it.

Horrible experience! I came into town to visit family and made this my designated Starbucks. Not only were the drinks horribly made by Fabu and Wally but the customer service by Fabu and Wally was very disappointing. No respect for customers and they both have a horrible attitude. Definitely not your normal Starbucks ! Avoid at all cost. Take the extra time to drive to any other Starbucks but here.

This Starbucks is located on Bonita Rd next to El Pollo Grill before the 805 North on-ramp.We were in the area and decided to pick up some Mango Dragon Fruit Lemonades for the long drive back north. The service was just okay the weekend I came - probably because the employees were starting to clean and were getting ready to close for the evening.The ambiance is like other Starbucks: The aroma of brewed coffee naturally has a positive effect; The music sets the right tone; They have a fairly open space for being a smaller shop. There are also some tables chairs available outdoors.Overall, good location. No drive thru though but definitely convenient and close to the freeway.

The start of my day ended up horrible because of Kelly the “Barista”. Her attitude was so poor and rude, I thought she was auditioning for a role as a villain in a Quentin Tarantino movie.When I asked Kelly what the daily coffee sample was her response was “I DON’T KNOW I JUST CLOCKED IN!” I felt so embarrassed and sad, the song “Ohio Is For Lovers” by Hawthorne Heights, played in my head.Kelly, please do the loyal customers of Starbucks a favor and look for another job. You would be great as a telephone Bill Collector.

The manager here is not accommodating at all. The baristas are all cool, but every time I try to pay cash, they’ve had to ask their manager to make change. And every time she sends the baristas back with some lame excuse. Do better!

I ordered a butter croissant and a tea lemonade. The employee was super nice! I got the croissant right away, while waiting for my drink. And when I got to the counter to pick up the rest of my order, they offered me a free chocolate croissant because of a mistake on (someone elses) order, theyd warmed up two chocolate croissants for them instead of one, and they hadnt wanted it. So nice of them to offer it to me! :3 Made my morning.

I understand when a Starbucks is busy you wait! Who cares to me it’s worth the wait. However since I’m a frequent client I know you order they print a label and you wait. Today was just a hot pike not a big deal toght? Wrong ….. waited 10 minutes with 2 customers in lobby no drive thru so I want planning on the wait being so long. I had to go to counter ask for my coffee only to get bitter bitter coffee. Without my cream 😮‍💨 you guys really suck! Train your team management

While the staff is great and the location on the surface is good, the store is undersized and parking has come to be quite the battleground as the Property Manager fills the stores and uses hostage techniques to deal with parking issues which arose from poor parking/store placement. Be warned that if you park in the wrong area or approach the two hour limit, you will be harassed by the parking attendant or worse towed. While this may not be a Starbucks issue, it does have the potential to ruin you visit.

This Starbucks is my favorite, the baristas are really friendly and the store is always clean. the atmosphere in the store is very relaxing,welcoming, and it has a small shop feel. When you walk in you can see a very large communal table where people seat and talk or work on projects. It does not have a drive through.

Very bad customer service. I drove to this location to get my pre-ordered drinks and CAROLINA was very rude she just drop my $5 dollar drinks in the counter. I asked for a holder for my two venti drinks and she just threw the holder at me. I also asked for a straw and she wanted to charge me for a straw for the drink I purchased from the store. Never have I ever experienced something like this. I will never cone to this location. CAROLINA should be taught on how to give a decent customer service.

Good size Starbucks. Good amt of outdoor seating. But pretty noisy since its on Bonita road. Parking can be a pain. It doesnt seem like the lot is big enough for all the businesses that are in the center. But good enough for me to frequent weekly.

Nice place, but the parking for the plaza was poorly designed. Most of the parking stalls were designed for compact vehicles so you risk getting stuck from both sides or getting your car scratched up from adjacent cars trying to get in/out. Good luck!

It is a saturday night, my husband and I got here at 8:50p . There website and google says they close at 10pm, barista confirms they close at 10pm. Another barista interrupts and says they close at 9:30pm. Its is 9pm now, music is cut off and everything is being cleaned out, causing customers to get up and leave. This is a poor work ethic. I wonder if they clock out at 9:30 or steal time from company?
