Hit or miss with this place. not sure if it’s new people but both of my drinks were not as I ordered. I’m not picky with my drinks, but my refresher was watered down, and the guy taking the orders had no manners. I knew they messed up my other order when my drink came out chocolate brown instead of the white chocolate mocha that I ordered, and he took a while preparing it. I received it with no sticker on the cup which let me know that they knew they messed up.This was at 7:50pm on June 24,2024.

Since this location is within walking distance, I usually come here. MOST of the time, my drinks are made wrong. Literally only get a refresher... it always tastes different, and I always order it the same. This past Friday was buy one get one. Went thru drive thru around 515ish. We ordered 2 trenta strawberry refreshers, light lemonade. What we got had no order stickers on and were clearly sitting around for some time as they were warm and MOSTLY lemonade. When I pointed it out to hubby, he had already pulled away, so we tried to make the best of it but ended up throwing them away. Im tired of the lazy service, especially after raising the prices.

Made the mistake of placing a mobile order at this store on a late night trip. Apparently, after a certain hour they close the store and only allow drive through. Being one of the only stores open in the area at this late hour, I had to wait 15 minutes in line for the drive through to pick up the mobile order I had placed. What is the point of allowing mobile ordering if you are just going to have everyone wait in line??

Inside is clean but VERY cold. Hobos often outside. Staff is great. Restroom no code and clean. Drive through is always fast. Love this location.

Unreliable and inconsistent. I go to this Starbucks three times a week and one out of the three the drink either tastes horrible, is white (no coffee just white), or takes 20+ minutes. I understand this branch is fairly busy due to location but the amount of inconsistency worsens the quality.

Starbucks is consistently great. i enjoy the app as I can order from home and it is ready when I arrive. The employees seem happy and always greet me. Thank you.

Hit or miss at this location. Sometimes you get warm coffee and sometimes you get hot coffee. Been to many different Starbucks store and this is the only location that seems to have this problem with consistency.

Purposely bought coffee so I could use the restroom before a long drive to the San Fernando valley, ask for the code to the restroom and was told theyre going to be cleaning it and I couldnt use it as I watched the person barely opening the door. The person behind the counter could have said hey, he needs to use the restroom real quick and he just spent his money here. But they just watched as the person went in and locked the door. It would take 2 seconds for them to knock on the door and say hey a customer, whos here so that we have jobs, it needs the restroom. Wow

This Starbucks is very busy traffic winds around almost onto Lincoln something really needs to be done. I frequent this place only because its close to my home. Service is great depending on whos at the window I like the drive-thru. The only thing that Ive received my coffee lukewarm like bath water I dont want to say every time. And Im sure they get complaints about it being too hot as well Ive had that too. But I also think that they should gauge the heat on the cups and whether it is lukewarm bath water or too hot. Thats my one gripe other than that service is great again like I said depending on whos at the window the majority of them are wonderful. And for the person who answered the phone with hello instead of saying hello this is Starbucks how may I help you? coffee maybe a little exercise on answering it properly. And then I asked how will we handle my lukewarm coffee in the future and all that was said was Ill talk to them. I was expecting to at least say come back in well give you a new hot cup of coffee. But no that was not the case and is why Im leaving a three-star review.
