Its a Starbucks not much more else to it. Great location super quick service and it has a pretty cool open design which makes sitting inside great if you plan on getting some work done or having a chat with a friend.

No one was in the drive thru. Got off and ordered to use the restroom. 2 drinks took 15 minutes. Only one other customer was in the Starbucks. Frap had a huge ice chunk in it 👎. The baristas just don’t give a hoot on that shift. It was mid day.Bad location avoid if possible. Do not tolerate or support that kind of business ethic.

So excited to be the SECOND 2nd review on Google ! Good good ! !This is a brand new opening Starbucks with a GREAT location. The sign is SO BIG, you wont miss it.The overall design of the Starbucks is very modern and nice.Not sure if it is built to protect from the Coronavirus, but the inside working area is protected by the sliding windows.The staffs are nice and this store is OK to use the points to redeem for the free items.However, today the store can NOT offer my FAVORITE pink drink (no more ingredients ) so the staff suggested me to try the Violet drink.I was happy to try the Violet drink (because its another FRUITY drink ) but I was SAD about the result. The taste grade was B-, but I will NOT order it again.I will be back again to this location because its very convenient and it has good service.Oh, the WIFI was NOT working properly today so hopefully they will fix it ASAP.

Terrible. Super, SUPER rude staff, tepid coffee, barely a half squirt of whip on drink; weak, unpalatable coffee. Worst I’ve ever had. Don’t like to leave negative reviews or waste time, but WOW. Idk if they are behind bulletproof glass in order to protect staff or to protect customers. No thanks. Also-lots of creepy types wandering parking lot. Smh. Just don’t.

Update: 7/19/23.... waited about 15 minutes for a mobile order.. when I asked again, it had been sitting there the whole time and it was separated and not drinkable. Will not be coming to this location again. They didnt even say sorry or offer to replace it.The absolute worse customer service. Never acknowledges you when you walk in and I am always having to wait long periods of time just for my order even though I ordered ahead. Wouldve been faster just for me to go through the drive thru.

THIS IS THE ONLY PLACE WHERE MY MATCHA GREEN TEA TASTE LIKE F××KING MILK. EVEN AFTER I TELL THEM TO ADD AN EXTRA SCOOP OF MATCHA POWDER. WILL NOT BUY IT THERE.

I just recently moved nearby, as I was cycling here the other day & realizing how hot its been lately .I stopped @ this new STARBUCKS located bout 1/4 mile from Industry Hills. I was very impressed by the built of this place to accommodate their customers for the summer heat .They have sliding doors and windows with some guardrails .A real pleasant atmosphere with ceiling fans Very cool place to enjoy an ice coffee or ice tea now that summer is here. Very friendly with Great service & very well maintained. Even has a drive thru for those early birds heading off into the morning commute to go to work.they have public restrooms that are equipped with essentials & very well maintained.

I placed an order for a coffee using the Starbucks mobile app about ten minutes before arriving at the store. When I got there, I was told by the barista that my order wasnt ready yet, but they assured me it would be ready shortly. I waited for another ten minutes, then approached them again, only to be told that it would be just a little while longer.After waiting for more than 20 minutes in total, I went to inquire again. Thats when they informed me that they had many orders ahead of mine and it wasnt ready. I was baffled, as I couldnt understand why it would take 30 minutes to make a simple coffee. I was also in a hurry to get to work and didnt have any more time to wait.Unfortunately, there was no option for a refund through the Starbucks app. It really put a damper on my day, starting with a simple coffee order through the app.
