Id like to share how to make delicious coffee. Somehow, Starbucks doesnt know this. Heres a free recipe:**Prepare the milk:**- Pour cold milk into a pitcher up to the bottom of the spout, about 150-180 ml of milk.- Place the steam wand of the coffee machine into the milk, just below the surface.**Frothing the milk:**- Turn on the steam and start frothing the milk. Keep the wand just below the surface of the milk and slightly tilt the pitcher to create a whirlpool.- Once the milk heats up to 95-104°F, lower the wand deeper to heat the milk to 140-149°F. Monitor the temperature to ensure the milk doesnt overheat (ideal temperature is 149°F).- Remove the pitcher once the milk has a fine, glossy foam texture.**Mixing and pouring:**- Gently tap the bottom of the pitcher on the counter to remove large bubbles, and swirl the pitcher to mix the milk and foam.- Pour the espresso into a cup.- Pour the frothed milk into the espresso, keeping the pitcher close to the surface and slowly lifting it. Start in the middle of the cup, gradually moving the stream of milk to the edges to create an even layer of foam.

Not happy! They had three people apparently working there, but only two actually working. No one at the register, with a huge line.. and one of the employees, who was continually working at the oven and cleaning it - had to continually call whoever was in the back to come out - I think it was the manager. Look.. I am not a cold, prickly pear. I usually use the app and buy ahead to avoid this very situation.. BUT, the app was not working correctly - and 7 minutes in line is pretty ridiculous on your work shift. Managers need to get in the tranches and help their team when help is tight.

Fat red headed barista gave me an attitude while I kindly ask her to fill up my water bottle telling me “I don’t have time right now” while I was one of 2 customers in the store. That’s why you work at Starbucks lol

This is a good and convenient Starbucks. Parking is a bit of an issue but if you enter and leave from Lincoln and dont try to use the exit on Maxella, it is manageable.

Love it here. The coffee still tastes like all the regular starbucks but I love the people who work there, London and Hana my favorites, they already know my order and my name. I feel welcome, we bonded during the Pandemic they made sure we as customers feel the love.

The mobile order deal is very convenient.Parking here can be a real pain.The drinks are pretty consistent but often gets very chaotic and backed up here.Its a busy Starbucks. The staff could be a bit friendlier. Ive had a lot of pretty terrible problems here. Last time I came in I noticed that it was a bit better.Pretty run of the mill Starbucks.

Not a good place to be for healthy people. As a healthy normal person I was not welcomed to sit here and work on my laptop. To say discrimination is an understatement. I’ve learned a lot from cancel culture so we’ve officially canceled all business with this company and their chains from top down. Myself, my wife, my company events, all of it… done forever. We don’t come back after stupid decisions like this. I wouldn’t support a company discriminating against anyone… ever. Bye.

I go to this Starbucks location, 5 days a week. I’ve been in during the busiest of days and slowest of days and unfortunately this is not the best location.The location gets very busy and I get that but today was the worst day! I placed an order super early to give them time since it’s busy and literally it took 30 minutes for me to get my drink. After the fact that I had already placed it 15 minutes ahead of time.They do not call out mobile orders frequently, they don’t even a knowledge the people that come in.If I was trying to pick up coffee before work I would always show up late.I called in and spoke to Michelle to let her know that I was very disappointed and on top of that my drink tasted watered down.Instead of making amends or apologize she blamed me because I was outside.... I was never outside... I left and came back after waiting for over 15 minutes and already placing my order so I wouldn’t be late to open (I work in the same plaza of the location) the office and went back once there was less people.Even though this location is right below my office I will not be going to this location anymore for my morning coffee.

I only stopped here a few times, but loved it. I mean I love this chain of coffee shops to begin with, this one doesn’t disappoint. This is on Lincoln Blvd, right on/ off the 90fwy, next to Subway, and across from the gas station. So perfect for a quick need-a-boost in and out of town. Small parking lot, but big enough, there are about ten businesses here in this structure, ranging from repair businesses to fast food restaurants and cafe.

I enjoy coming to this Starbucks because the staff here are so nice. Walter, Pete, and Babs are so helpful. They are very good about remembering my order. This Starbucks has a pretty large seating area and is very clean. Everyone here definitely makes you feel very welcomed.

This location has been around for years. The big secret: Amazing parking in the underground lot. Theres even an elevator to take you back to the ground floor. Its just off the Marina Freeway (aka the 90), so caffeine-up here just before you head for the 405 and out of town by freeway or airport. The staff here has seen it all and will handle even the most outlandish request (yeah, Im that customer) with aplomb. Regular updates keep the decor and interior fresh and lovely.

The girl that did my drink im not sure if she was the manager at the moment but she was sending other workers to lunch (young girl maybe like 18-20yo) she preferred to pour the rest of the drink down the drain instead of pouring it all in my cup and she was very rude to another customer as well. I work across the street and even I always tell myself to not visit this location anymore, I keep giving it a chance due to the proximity. But I always end up really upset. They have no idea how to prepare a proper Macchiato, even if I order it Dry they put plenty of milk on it. Today my Macchiato even does not taste like an espresso, probably they used regular black coffee, so so disappointed.

Location is convenient, but staff is the worst - lazy and rude, spending time sitting at tables, instead of working, taking up table space when patrons are waiting for a place to sit, allowing non-guests to harass guests at outside Starbuck tables and refusing to do anything because its not inside and not my problem. Too many options, I wont go back and will encourage my neighbors to go to Peets - where the staff is so much nicer.

Unbeatable combination of attitude & skills!!I had to wait more that 20 mins yesterday for 1 chai tea latte with barely 2 other customers. Then realized that there was 0 tea or pumpkin spice in the drink, basically sugar + milk. I requested the gentleman to remake it with less sweetener and after a lot of attitude got a second round of the same garbage after 10 mins. Wasted 6 bucks, 30+ mins and lesson learnt. Never going to this one again.

The parking at this Starbucks is a bit odd - outside its 30 minutes and a guard watches over, or you can go underground. The inside isnt always cleaned up - there are newspapers, sometimes random bags present.The drinks and pastries are good, so you cant go wrong there, its just the atmosphere can be hit or miss. Couple that with the sometimes challenging parking (it can be full), and with a location very close by, this one is in the its okay zone for me.
