Would give them zero STARS customer service here is underperforming waited in line for 5 minutes. They just looked at me didn’t even acknowledge that I existed. Finally, I said can I get some help and the person that was taking the orders for the drive-through finally was able to help me..

Very kind evening staff !!Place holds good atmosphere for meet-ups.Can be easily seen from the main road.They have a public lavatory.Smoking is prohibited within 10ft of the establishment(outside).

Im mute, so I usually use my phone to order through the app. On the rare chances that I dont have a Starbucks gift card, I would order through my notes app and show them words.I understand how it can be annoying to just be flashed a phone, but the workers (cashiers and baristas alike) are very friendly. You can tell they are pretty close to not only one another, but also with the customers as well. As someone who has stayed at the location for hours or just an hour in-between my shifts, all the workers are very welcoming to everyone and some even know certain customers by name.Thank you to all the employees who are not only accommodating to me, but also such a joy to the employees.

WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS IF I COULD!Ordered this through the app:TRENTA Pink DrinkLight Ice2 pumps raspberry syrupno strawberry inclusionsThis entire drink is coconut milk. Little to No strawberry acai. I have no idea how yall can mess up this drink. SERIOUSLY! You can teach a toddler how to properly make this drink and they can do it better than your batista at this location! I think Im done giving Starbucks my money. Quality control for people on the go is obsolete! Baristas dont deserve a union to fight for jobs they dont care to keep.

I just left this place because I came to get a coffee and the girls just ignore me for about 3 minutes. I saw them clearly looking at me and now of them even said hi. They pretended that they were working. LolAt least say hi and let the costumers know they are not ignored that is really rude.

I love Starbucks I go to different stores depending the closest one to me. But this time in this one, they give me the coffee almost half not full. I ask for Splenda and give me just one. But overall everything is great. Ill keep going to Starbucks one minor think dont make a different. Thanks 😊

I called to delay my order and the manager at the time, Jordan failed to let the other baristas know and my order sat there all sad looking. BUT today barista Lavender came through made amends. This is my local Starbucks and they always been good to me and even Lavender remembers my order so its good to know they care about their clients 💯💯💯

My local Starbucks ♥️ its always clean, quick but tends to run quicker and Smoother when Noah is there.Hell greet everyone as they walk in and if he knows you by name hell greet you by name .Hes great.

This location is great. There is a junior high school near by so Monday-Friday they set out water cups on the counter for the students to grab when they get out of school. The staff is always very friendly. I want to mention Nick today because he went out of his way to make our visit amazing.

The coffee is your normal Starbucks the only complaint I have is the staff at this location I dont usually go to Starbucks but Ive gone recently a couple times because my kids like it so this is a walk in store and the staff that took my order both times just seemed miserable no hello, hi,how are you, just very boring I can recall the staff at the Chino Hills location they are so friendly and bubbly.
