Loved this location and is convenient to stop by for a cup of coffee or grab a simple breakfast to start the day. Store is big and spacious. Customer service is great and friendly. Foods are fast and hot. Definitely recommend it to anyone.

I am tired of being treated badly over dumb stuff. If I told the app I would go in the store, but all handicap parking is taken, you do not get to lecture me and refuse service because I switched to the drive through. Started at the Fair Oaks and Howe store, now multiple places.Ability for you to take the three steps to get my drink is much higher than my ability to cross the parking lot when I have a flare up.

This place still can’t make a good hot white mocha. Tried it last year and now again tried to give it another shot a year later because it’s more convenient but I think I’ll stick with traveling to the other side because I spend way to much money at Starbucks to not like the drink

This place is horrible. I made a mobile order today for a simple ice white mocha and waited over 40 minutes. I was asked by two different employees and was told my order is coming up and nothing showed up. Barely anyone was even there. After I asked how far in line Im so I can cancel my order, they decided to make it anyways after struggling to find my order. They said my order is coming up without checking the system just to get me to wait for nothing. The guy who did the coffee did sucky as hell, theres no coffee, all I taste is wash down milk. Will not be a returning customer. This place went downhill.

I wasn’t even asking to get a new fee drink all I asked was for a new coffee and TO GET CHARGED FOR IT. Theres a ugly, black drag queen girl that works there, that has a reckless mouth and needs to change her profession. Never coming back to this location.Too many of the same mistakes have been made leaving me in extreme pain and suffering.This is the 3rd time my drink has been made incorrectly at this location with dairy milk and not coconutmilk.I am very highly lactose intolerant due to a rare auto immune disorder.I always get coconut milk and today the lady who took my order even repeated back my order to me saying coconut milkFor someone who has a severe dairy allergy they need to more on top of their orders.No I am left with severe pain and extreme discomfort at home also with a rash.

Great drinks!We dont know how to count cash anymore. Went through the drive-thru and ordered one drink whichever came to 5.85. Gave the cashier, 20 and they handed me back $4. Politely reminded the cashier that I had given, 20 and the cashier freaked out and apologized. I said, No worries, please look at the receipt first and then give me the correct amount. Very nice cashier, but its just crazy how much we use our cards. This is horrible. I start work everyday at 6 am this Starbucks is supposed to be open at 5am. I have been going to this Starbucks since it opened. This particular place closes ALL the time! Around 5:00-6:00 you cant even go in the store, of you order ahead then you still have to wait. I had to leave so many orders because I absolutely couldnt sit in the drive thru for 30 minutes. This happened to me yesterday due to smoke!? This place really looks for a reason to not let people in. The coffee place down the street has people standing outside taking orders while this place is closed. So they not once or twice or three times messed my order but four times. I order a Trenta Iced green tea with guava add lemonade orders, and it came out as Trenta Iced Peached Green Tea Sub with guava add lemonade. It would have been fine but the drinked tasted like diluted green tea with lemonade. Im done going back to this place gave it too many chances and they ruin my drinks everytime. The employee are great but horrible at making drinks waited 10mins in a line and another 10min for a drink that just came out to be diluted. With Drive-Thru open only you would expect drinks to come out fast and correct but it comes out slow and totally wrong.
