Make sure to look against the wall for your mobile order when you come in if you ordered that way. they were very busy but fixed any mistake that was made promptly they had a chill ambiance with a steady flow of the citys locals. my potato and egg bites were still warm when I grabbed them from the counter. Hot just like I like them!

I arrived this location after driving 3 miles to get here as I had to finish court documents and I needed to connect my laptop to a power source, to my surprise this Starbucks do not offer this common amenity, no wonder I am spending more time at Urban and 7 Leaves cafe. Starbucks needs to eradicate homelessness but without penalizing it’s clientele, so have been a gold member since the start before 2005 and is so disappointing to see Starbucks stores taking away these basic amenities. Sorry for those working here my one star doesn’t reflect your good or bad service, but what your company has become lately.

Not happy with the drink I received. I’m a big Starbucks fan for refreshments and only come so often. I purchased a drink inside the target here in town square. I always order ice on the side and my drink is filled up to the top in every other Starbucks stores! Today though I received my drink as a grande size and totally was thrown off! I paid for a venti but was given a grande drink. I didn’t get my receipt and when asked for one I was told they couldn’t give me one because they had already charged someone else. I really expect more from Starbucks considering it being a franchise! Very upset!

I have been sitting here in the lobby for roughly 30 minutes. The whole time I have been here, the entire staff working has been so nice and personal with all of the customers. The staff remembers more than half of their customers, and you can tell it makes everyones day. This is the nicest location with the nicest staff. Here on 3/26 around 8 AM ( stating this so hopefully the staff on shift gets recognization )

I love the remodel. Can get busy, but I always can find a seat. And they are fast, placed my mobile order from the parking lot and walk in and grab my order. Food is normally ready before my drinks, go figure.

This Starbucks is very spacious but there simply arent enough plug ins which is why most people go to Starbucks. Other than that the staff is very friendly and while I was at this location an employee did am awesome job handling a customer who was disturbing everyone else. Her name was Cassandra and she deserves some recognition.

Great Starbucks because of the top notch Staff!! The store is also pretty big in the inside and has 2 restrooms. I loved it; its cozy, comfy, and has a good number of outlets scattered around the store. They make the drinks quite fast too! The parking outside is plenty as well because its on a big shopping plaza next to other stores. No drive thru in this location however. But as a regular Starbucks cafe, I really liked this location right on my first 2 days of visit here! Thank you, wonderful baristas..!!🙂🍧📚👍🏼

No drive-thru at this starbucks but the location is conveniently located across from the anaheim city hall. Parking is plentiful but only if you walk a minute. The parking upfront this starbucks is very few as there’s multiple businesses and a vons a few feet down.

I come to this place almost every day for mor than 10 years and I have known different managers like Ashley, Jesse, Ricky and others than I don’t remember their name but al of them so nice and good customer service. But now since this guy JULIAN is the manager, things are different. He is rude and don’t know how to treat loyal customers. I really wish he gets fired soon. We customers pay for a good coffee and we definitely deserve a smile and good customer service, specially the ones who go every day.I hope a supervisor check more often the job of this “JULIAN”

The atmosphere of this Starbucks isnt bad even though the layout is kind-of funky. I waited in line for 12 minutes behind two other customers. I ordered a plain iced coffee and then waited another 6 minutes for it to come out. Also, they got my plain iced coffee order wrong 😒There were three workers. One making drinks, one taking orders and making drinks and the third one cleaning counters and sweeping the floors... With a line of about 6 people behind me. Not a bad service if you dont mind waiting and have nothing better to do.

I noticed at least one person say in their review that it felt warm and homey and I totally disagree. I think it the worst seating arrangement of any Starbucks Ive been to. Not one single seat in the whole place where you can feel just a tinsy tiny bit private. I dont want to be shoulder to shoulder with strangers when I want to sit in a place and have a coffee. The seating is so incredibly awkward.

I was pleasantly surprised at the service I received while visiting. It does take a lot to keep a business like this afloat and while making customer service your top priority, some may see this as challenging. I would definitely return as they rank high marks with me on the appearance and maintenance side. Coffee is what you need.

This place is always on top of everything. There’s been a few times I’ve gone and they didn’t have lemonade to make my drink and didn’t even apologetic. Well today same thing happened and I kindly asked for a refund and the gentle men did so and also gave me a free drink to purchase in my next drink. It definitely made up for walking to them in the rain!!!

Always messes up my order. I live a block away and it would be convenient to go to this one, but always without fail, for the past two years they get my order wrong. Normally I would be understanding if my order was complicated but I get an iced coffee. Nothing special, just an iced coffee. So simple, yet it is so hard for them. And when the fix my order it takes them an additional 3 more times to make it right. Not even kidding, wish I was. I go out of my way to go to another location because this one is so bad. Sorry, but they need a new staff here for sure.

I have never in my life seen a Starbucks store ran so poorly. Why has the store manager not been replaced with someone with a heartbeat? He can have the nastiest attitude at times. I was in the area and made a quick stop here to get a drink. It was in the early morning and it was packed. There is no drive-thru and the parking lot is small. I placed the order on the mobile app because the lines were long. Even if I ordered it via the mobile app it still took a long time to get the drink. It was understandable because there were a lot of people. I ordered the cinnamon dolce crème because I wanted to try it. It tastes like French toast and it was sweet and warm.

Their drinks are inconsistent sometime they are too sweet or too bitter, for the same drink. For green tea latte they add the match into the cup and swirl it instead of shaking it like they do in other Starbucks to make sure it get completely dissolved. Also I made ordered a cold brew and Im pretty sure instead of telling they were out of cold brew they gave me an iced coffee because it didnt taste like the other times I had gotten cold brew. Definitely would not recommend.

Since when does Starbucks not have power plugs around the room for people to use? This used to be a hub for people to be able to come in and do business on their computers while enjoying a cup of coffee or a tea. Now you have to fight to get one of two plugs in the place. This is the closest Starbucks to my job and home, so just like most people I like to start my morning with a coffee, and everyday they struggle on making it correct! Good study spot! Make sure to buy something; the baristas seem nice here. They use Google wifi here, the parking lot is huge, and the space inside is equally large. Lots of tables! Id take a picture right now, but...My girlfriend and I were threatened by a homeless person within 5 minutes of sitting down. He left us alone after that. I think he just wanted to charge his battery pack, and didnt want anyone to steal it.

Make sure u dont go into this Starbucks and complain in your works clothes!!! Robert (who is a manager) came in my work place and told my manager I caused a scene at his store. Their mobile app wasnt updated, second time out of something, had to get a refund, refund not done right, had to go back and was late for wrk!! I didnt cause a scene I was running late now because of them!!He had no right coming into my wrk place and this caused many problems at my store with my brand new manager! I then didnt receive my time off to spend with my kids and family for Thanksgiving.After calling customer service and that store district manager they did nothing!! Didnt compensate me in any way or tell me what discipline action would be taken!! I just got a sorry and yes Robert was in the wrong!

Get here early or come late to this location on Lincoln. There is always a line in the drive thru and the line can be deceiving. It looks like it is moving, but often times it can be a 15 minute time frame. A word of caution when in a rush to get to work!

Seriously, they need more people behind the counter.
