I had ordered a venti iced white mocha which was deliciously surprisingly sweet which I liked. Customer service was 5/5 stars as well. Atmosphere inside the store has friendly kind and understanding but efficient and effective customer service with a fair experience. Would do business here again.

I asked for light ice on my drink because I wanted to make room for my vanilla cream sweet foam but this is ridiculous! I waited at the drive thru window for over 5 minutes while my Drink sat on their counter, melting. After the melted Drink was handed to me, I kindly asked them to remake it. The Employee started Arguing with me. When the other employees were told the situation, they started laughing and making fun of me. When my drink was finished being made, I took it (w/o a receipt) and drove off on tears. :⁠⁠(

Every time I come to the Starbucks there’s an issue do you today when I came they gave me an overflowing drink that spilled immediately and the lead came off as I grabbed it from the barista. I went inside and got a new drink and complain to them about it and they had the audacity to tell me that it was my fault at the lake came off and be more careful and the second drink that they gave me did the same exact thing and if it made a huge mess in my car and on me as I’m on my way to work.

I really dislike coming to this location but its the closest. My drink was made with whip cream even tho it says NO WHIP again. And instead of remaking the order it is just dumped into another cup and that is unacceptable. Please when people have allergies they should not do this.

Employees are usually always very courteous, inside warm and relaxing. It was not a busy afternoon, but it took a bit longer than normal for our two drink items to be made. There was a couple ahead of us that had also been waiting awhile for their items. Usually very good, a little slow on Sunday afternoon

Me and my family always go to this Starbucks to get drinks and we always have this problem where we don’t get cup holders or bags to put it in. One time I left with the drinks (4 Frappuccino’s) and no cup holder and they all fell in my car. Today I went because me and my son went to buy 4 Caramel Frappuccino’s and the worker was rude, she said that we have two options, we can either take it or leave. We didn’t get her name because we just left after her stank attitude. But don’t come here if you don’t want bad service nor cup holders.

They dont have much inventory but its probably because its on this side of town. Its clean inside. The drinks are great. The baristas are polite. They were out of brown sugar syrup last time so I couldnt get my oatmilk brown sugar shaken espresso. Its my favorite menu item here. I prefer to go inside to order at this location The drive through can be a hassle because of the awkward parking lot. Be mindful if you have a big vehicle.

Walked a short distance to get some work done here - we were surprised to find the inside totally empty!! Then when we went to choose a table to plug in, we discovered all the power outlets have been covered in the store. I thought this was supposed to be a coffee shop?!?! Get. The. Egg. Bites. Any of them. They are cream and cheesy without being heavy and so flavorful. Sugar free options are usually just as yummy. Anything with bacon here is ehhh way too strong fake bacon taste. Always get light ice. The app update low key sucks btw starbucls. We cant ask for light ice on the app. Why? BUT its on doordash now so BIG come up there.

What can i say its star bucks. coffee and drinks are delicious but whats the point of offering a product without having the right ingredients and then charge me the same price for a cheaper alternative . i ordered a dragon fruit lemonade(i would like to point out that, that drink comes with fruit pieces already) but only that it didnt come with the dragon fruit pieces due to lack of ingredients i asked the barista if they would charge me less since there would be no dragon fruit pieces in but they said no instead he asked if i wanted strawberry pieces in my drink as a alternative. i asked my passenger which also ordered for the same thing if that was okay and she said its fine(with a disappointed face) but i waited for almost 15 minutes in the drive thru and i didnt wanna leave empty handed but i didnt feel satisfied being charged for a more expensive fruit and getting a cheaper one. my star review is gonna be a 3 out of 5 since its slow service and lack of ingredients and this isnt the first star bucks i go to that have the same issues

Very simply design for many people come because it on white lane to welcome visitors from South California. It near highway 99. Anyway, good service to all customers including deaf and disability people. Good workers make wonderful drinks which customers feel so welcome and calm in Starbucks like home. Ordered a mobile order of two drinks and showed up just to stand there for 20 minutes. Trying to be patient like maybe they just got swamped or something. They were just sitting on the back counter. One was already made and one empty cup just to be told they were out of cold brew so that’s why they didn’t make the other one.Could’ve noticed the one customer standing at the waiting counter, noticed there was one mobile order that couldn’t be completed, and maybe someone could’ve taken initiative to say something. Aside from that the place was filthy. It takes less than 5 mins for someone to wipe tables down.

I went through their drive through, which in itself was disastrously long while the people in the parking lot formed 3 different lines all cutting one another off in line. After making it through that mess I place my oder. Super simple its a Nitro cold brew with salted caramel foam on top, and a Chi tea with almond milk. I get my nitro and its all light brown in color (this is supposed to be a very dark strong cup of coffee. And they gave me no receipt for my order... I think they mixed some of the foam in no big deal. No, it tasted like foamy milk in top of water. It was awful. My husband is vegan and they made the chai tea with milk not the almond milk i requested. All mistakes I was ok having them fix if it werent for the rude staff on the other end of the phone. I called to let them know my chai tea was not labeled to use almond milk so I could only assume regular milk was used when making it. She says let me ask. Then comes back to tell me no one remembers making that order. Then proceeds to ask if I am calling the right store. I said the sticker on the cup has your store number todays date and the time I went through your drive through. Thos JUST happened 5 min ago.. Then she put me back on hold again and says well how do you know we didnt use almond milk? I said thats the problem we dont I dont thats the issue no one put it on my cup so whoever made it likely did not substitute since its not on the cup. Like why is she arguing over this with me? I also wasnt charged the difference. She has a bad attitude the whole time just hassling me over this milk in my cup. Finally I said Im bringing both drinks back and want a full refund. No apology when I arrived nothing but a rude woman who rips the drinks from my hand shoves my money in my face. Never again!

Am I the only one, or is someone else noticing that no matter what you say they make the drinks at ALL LOCATIONS however they normally make them. Not only that, Ive noticed that all the drinks just make me feel Nauseous afterwards no matter what. Im not sure if its what theyre using to blend them with or what it is, but they they just make me nauseous every time to point where I went from buying them every day to quitting completely.Whats worse is I still crave the coffee, just cant drink them anymore. 😕

This is one of the fairly newer ones in town and the service is getting worse.Its the closest one to me but I go out of my way to avoid it. This day my daughter went in avoiding the LONG drive thru. Few people inside, drive thru cleared, orders inside messed up. I had to go in to see what was wrong, they were processing orders that were after my daughters while she sits still waiting. Thats not service its incompetence

Starbucks only gives out paper straws with their drinks now. The paper straws are too short for the cups and they get weak and fall apart after they get wet. They have no other options for straws only paper and that is very very cheap and low quality for a place that charges so much for their drinks. I have decided to no longer get drinks there as long as they have paper straws.

I usually come to this one majority of the time because it’s right by my home, no matter which one i go to i always order a puppacion for my dog, he usually is always with me, but even if he isn’t with me they always give it to me . There is a barista, or how ever there called. White male about 28 or so. Short, around 230-250 lbs. Who is NOT very hygiene... I went it with my lil girl to get our drinks, I saw him sweating. Worst service from any Starbucks in the area, and I have been to all of the Starbucks in Bakersfield! The lines are way too long both inside the store and at the drive thru; baristas are very slow, seemed untrained and not as enthusiastic as their counterparts at other Starbucks locations in the city; our drinks were wrong and not made to order! Avoiding this particular location from now on, even though it is a half mile from my house. Not going here anymore! Instead Ill go to the location 3miles down the street! Yup thats how terrible they are here! With the costs of Starbucks products, I expect a certain level of customer service.

Saturday 2/10, I went to the Starbucks on Panama and Colony when I placed my order the girltakimg my order thru the drive thru seemed she was in a rush so much that after I was a few blocks away and took my first drink she made me the wrong drink so after I went to the Starbucks on white lane and the girl that was at the drive thru window was awesome unfortunately I didnt get her name but she remade my drink and even said to taste it to make sure its exactly what I wanted. This place is not what i expected. Employees arent very friendly. My lemon poundcake wasnt supposed to be room temperature so it wasnt as enjoyable. The Drive thru takes way too long. The other location on chester and California is the complete opposite. Even when I go before work and theyre busy I still make it to work on time because of their speedy and friendly customer service! And for that I will not come to this place again.
