Its always a pleasure to get your coffee quickly and easily with no mess up. The staff is really sweet, Cisco seems to be my everyday guy. I really appreciate the morning kindness, especially in a stressful world. There are plenty of locations around this area but I do enjoy the small Starbucks, tends to be quicker cause there is no drive-through. Plus a warm welcome is better than a drive-through any day

Visited this Starbucks location in afternoon. It was not crowded and was able to get my drink in 5 mins. The Frappuccino drink was pretty good and the server answered all my questions. They have lot of seating options too. I would definitely recommend this place if you want to hang out with friends or just chill.

Ordered strawberry acai WITHOUT WATER (and they already charged extra $1) but when i got my order, the drink looks like they added water, asked the barista to confirm and she said no water added so i just left without trying and when i got home, i tried the drink and the drink is mixed with all the water 👎🏼😡

Today I ordered a London fog and asked for only 1 tea bag. The cashier didnt listen and sent my order through. I then get my drink and asked for my 2nd tea bag and the barista was uptight and rude. She asked me what I was talking about and tried to make it look like I was at fault,she took it personally. I then said I told the cashier. The cashier said oh my bad.. No apology and carried on. The barista reached into my cup and took the 2nd bag out and gave me my drink again. I said I need my other bag and my drink to be remade. She was all upset telling me that it was ok and that it only had 1 tea bag. The issue is that I cant have alot of caffeine and that she already made it strong. She was classless and was rude from beginning to end. I then asked her to re make my drinks I then said forget it. I told her I wanted a refund. The supervisor gave me one no apologies for the way they speak to customers.. Let alone dont care about they way the order has been taken. Also they use fake names... I called the corporate office and reported that they must be rude to other people or people who question about their order. Its quite disappointing to invite friends for coffee and to get treated rudely. Also I could hear and see them talking about me as I waited for my guest. A male came out and said yeah that was rude of them and that they are still telling the other customers about the situation inside. Not only that they called a staff member from LV spa to come over and see if we were outside to come and see what we were chatting about. The immaturity level... I hope they make change here at this location because they treat good people bad. I dont recommend this location! Especially if they have staff that dont care about customers. They are lucky that I didnt go off..

This Starbucks located on Meridian Avenue and Willow Street in San Jose is one of the smaller stores.Parking is usually pretty tight in the small strip mall where it is located.Not only are limited parking spaces available, if you drive an SUV, truck or larger vehicle, there is less than ideal space to maneuver in and out of the limited spaces available.Seems like this Starbucks is designed mainly a store that serves the neighborhood clientele who walk or bike to get their caffeine fix on.Service is consistently courteous and the place is kept comparatively tidy.

I hate that they wont even attempt to say ethnic names. I watched as a barista came over with 2 food items, read the name on one before handing it to the customer who stepped forward. Then I watched her look at the label on mine before literally DROPPING it into the counter. I asked, whats the name? She said, I dont know but it had an M in it. Do you see an M?Similar experiences with other baristas. Theres another Starbucks up the road that isnt very good either. Im just going to stick with Yum Yum.

Best Starbucks Ive ever been to. I go here almost every day on my way to work and dropping my wife at school. They make amazing tasting coffee. Theyre always friendly and welcoming. My mobile orders are always ready promptly and theyve started recognizing me when I come on the door. I like Starbucks in general, but this location has completely charmed me.

I go to Starbucks every day for their good customer service, but I was so disappointed today that 5 of them inside and none of them wants to serve me and when some one came behind me they all great them and try to serve before me, which I decided not to come to that store no more. I experience this in that store for the second time today. Most of the morning girls are the once they mistreat people. The two guys they work in the afternoon the skiny white guy(I believe he is a manager) and the black guy treated me nicely every time I went there though.

Cozy little Starbucks location, definitely not designed for those in a rush. More of a sit-down and enjoy the experience version of Starbucks, there is no drive-thru at this location so thats at drawback. I was in and out in about 10 minutes so I guess it was not too bad, the food was good as well.

I like this Starbucks because its closer to my apartment, but its also one of the most difficult locations to get a seat. Its smaller than most stores, and every time Ive come in theres been at least one person taking up lots of space at the one large shared table. This time it was a person who brought in their own full sized bass speaker, playing music out loud while singing almost karaoke style. The staff eventually asked him to turn it down, but honestly it made it difficult to enjoy my coffee and work on the report I was writing up. Its not enough for me to stop coming here, but it is a little annoying.

I occasionally visit here after running nearby. The service is good and the staffs are very kind. Parking isnt very challenging. The downside is that the indoor space is too small. The outdoor seating is available and you can sit on the grass, if you want.

Horrendous service.They said they would bring out the coffee. Waited 10 minutes outside. Nothing.Went in and found that it had been sitting on their counter getting cold. They didnt offer to remake the coffee. (The 3 of them were not busy.) Took it and left. Turns out the coffee was made very wrong.There have been other failures, but this was the last straw. Never coming back to this location.

I think this Starbucks has turned the corner and become quite a good service oriented coffee shop. In years past the service was a little iffy. In two recent visits the service was on par, the coffee was excellent and the food was well-prepared.

I loved coming to this starbucks. i had been going there almost everyday for a year. recently one of their employees and her friend aggressively accused me of breaking into her car and stealing her gym bag. her car was parked right out front of the main entrance. the idea that i would do something as foolish as break into a car right in front of a store i go to everyday is completely absurd. their reasoning seemed to be that following their discovery of the break-in they noticed me in my car parked a few spaces away. later that day i mentioned the issue to another employee named jo who was already aware of what had happened and that i was being accused. she was very cold and stand-offish regarding the matter. it gave me the impression she believed i had actually done it. this accusation and the way i was treated regarding it is hurtful and humiliating. i will never go back there again. i have filed a formal complaint with starbucks as well.

Typically well staffed with friendly people, lines move.Not a cozy study store. Plenty of parking, though in the morning rush, you should just take the first open one... No matter how far.In the mornings the baristas will half-*** orders, meaning, your passion tea lemonaid will not be shaken once, never mind the requisite 10 and if you dont think that matters, you dont know the difference between a cappicino and a laté (air).Despite instructions on mobile orders (which prints the ticket for them) your coffee occasionally wont be prepped at all, never mind correctly.Just check your order before you leave in the mornings.Please tip these guys, they bust their butts.4 stars when they either make it more hospitable to study, or start getting the drinks right in the mornings.

I dont understand how they got the same two drinks two different ways. I ordered trina strawberry acai lemonade with 4 scoops of strawberries and extra lemonade. One was correct and the other was lighter in color and only had 1 scoop of strawberries. I went back in to tell them and show them. All the brista said was remove the lid and I will put more strawberries in for you. Really? Thats it?This is the first time I have ever had problems with this site. I will give them 1 more try. Just because I hate going to the one on Lincoln Avenue.
