Stop in here to work on few… Horrible rude customer service. When finished working ordered 9 drinks to goI have repeatedly said how I want my drink to be made, at first she have completely ignored me… so I watched her making it and when I asked her to redo it, she was so pissed off…. this time I had to explain it to her like to the first grader from A to Z and she still didn’t do it right as she should be using Vente cup to measure it the Trenta… after all No apologies no excuse just a rude face!

I’m disappointed with the inconsistency with the taste of my drinks from this location! The portions have to be off or the baristas are not making the drinks right. My caramel macchiatos are too watered down and rarely have the caramel drizzle or my tea’s barely have any sweetness to it when I normally request additional sweeteners to be added, plus they’re not filled to the top. Other Starbucks’s locations don’t have this issue. Review is based on drive through service. It’s a hassle to drive back to the store so I can’t have them “remake” my drink.

The sitting area inside is not clean. Tables are not wiped and the floor is dirty. I do not recommend it if you are planning to spend some time inside and enjoy your drink.

Ordered on line. Order was waiting when I arrived. Only weirdness is they dont offer seating. Maybe its safety or discouraging loitering. Its not a bad area, but its not the best either. =)

My go to Starbucks because they are consistent and always delicious. Ordered the Green Tea Matcha Frappuccino no simple syrup and extra whip cream along with a chocolate chip cookie. Heavenly & Perfect!!

Charli went above and beyond. They deserve a raise. I have a unique name and I usually give “Bob” as my name and they remembered my actual name that they polite inquired about.

If you just need your coffee and enjoy the rest of the day of yours, this is the Starbucks to go to! If you go here often, the barista will take the time to get to know you and have the drink ready to order once you step up to the register. They know time is precious. Every barista in the store were wearing masks not that I care. You can tell they are working hard and shows great enthusiasm and care in getting your order efficiently and accurately from point A (at the register) to point B (Handing you the drink).Cons. Parking lot is a little bit tight and drive thru cars can get in the way when parking.4 Solid Stars

They were awesome! 🙂I like my [hot] white mocha to be especially sweet☕! They knew exactly how many pumps to put in when I told them Id like it sweet to where most people would say, oh that hurts my teeth.Even topped with the perfect amount of whipped cream.People were friendly. Mocha was made quick, hot and made exactly how I asked; I couldnt ask for anything more! 😊Even though it had been some time since Id been there, they remembered she likes it sweet. I had to remind them to put their tip jar back at the drive-thru, they deserve it at 7:45 a.m.

I travel a lot all over for work and I tend to visit a lot of Starbucks. The team that have been assembled at this particular Starbucks is just top notch. They work well together, have fun, are kind and considerate and just a great bunch of people. Literally everyone here is great and Tracey in particular has been there a long while, knows me and my family and what we usually order and always goes out of her way to make us feel warm and welcomed. It’s a chain, the experience in a Starbucks is pretty formulaic overall but the people in this Starbucks really make it stand out.
