One of the better Starbucks in the area. I always order ahead thru the app and this place is good at making the coffees taste the same all the time. They have the food items all the time with the exception of one time but the employees were fast to communicate that and were super kind and helpful to get the issue fixed.

I love this Starbucks location because the way the seating are arranged and the outlets are actually there. as well as having two bathrooms and overall looks very nice and welcoming, although no drive through, its amazing inside the Starbucks, its a nice place to study, relax, and order coffee. 9/10 would recommend

I am happy to write a 5-star review for Starbucks at Empire Center in Burbank! This location is fantastic, and I had an incredible experience. The staff is amazing and always goes above and beyond to ensure that customers have a great experience. I was pleasantly surprised when I walked in, and they called me by name, even though it is a chain.The atmosphere is perfect for studying, working or just enjoying a cup of coffee with friends. The layout is well designed, and there is plenty of room to sit comfortably. This is my go-to starbs. The staff is always super friendly, drinks are always on point, and there never really is that long of a wait. Its within walking distance of my apartment so I frequent the location and work outside on the patio often.

Really nice place. This starbucks is always clean, has pleanty if seating, and truly work their best from what Ive seen. Daniel is especially kind and hard working. Hes recognized me as a regular customer and always goes out of his way to greet me and be kind. I never expected such behavior but I really appreciate it because it really lights up my day 💖

The Renovation is terrible. I’m not a fan of it. I love this location but i have no clue why they removed the communal dining table. They didn’t make the right changes, feels like more space with less seating. BUT they left us a table to sit on that is right in front of the entrance. F-ing WOW. Why, you ask? I have NO idea. Whoever came up with this new floor plan really should quit, cause it is terrible. Many missed opportunities for the location and seating arrangement.

Amazing. By far the best Starbucks I have been to. They were friendly, outstanding customer service, polite, and overall as I said in the beginning Amazing. The coffee for my wife and my self were on point, and delicious. I also asked them to hold a tumbler for me for about 5 to 6 days as we were passing through again on the way back, and they did just that. They made my wife super happy, and I will continue to stop and get a coffee there anytime we swing through. There are not to many Starbucks out there that I would praise this much, but by far the hands down best one I have come across. Thanks again to all of the employees there who helped get the tumbler my wife wanted.

It seems like youve finally gotten your nitro tap fixed, but batistas are still missing details. Today I ordered a blueberry oatmeal and when I sit down at work to eat it, theres no blueberries. They put a B on the bag but forgot what that is for I guess...Good thing the Target across the street is ready to pick up the slack. This store used to be a shining example of great service...

I am a mute customer. Therefore I had to type on phone and show employee “Val” what I needed. She was completely disrespectful and wanted me to read it off as I could not. She began to treat me as if I was stupid. Her behavior is completely unacceptable for someone working at a company that strives to help those with disabilities. “Val” should be written up. I immediately left the store and I refuse to go to any location because of her. I come here everyday and order ahead but it wasn’t available. I will never service Starbucks again if they don’t address her behavior in treating those with disabilities.

My 4yr old and I came for breakfast on 8/28, the funny, kind, jolly man at the register gave us a big warm welcome and lit up our morning! Unfortunately as accidents happen the drinks spilled causing a scene and huge mess. I was mortified. One staff quickly came to help clean up and provided new drinks without issue. Thank you to the kind woman seated next to me for running to our rescue with napkins. Even though it was a usual busy morning the staff here are great! They are kind, attentive, and have a great system going. The drinks are good, they come out fast and your name is called out clear so the items dont just sit on the counter.

Definitely a hard place to find parking nearby. Once you make your way in to the store youll find it to be in very clean and the staff very friendly and helpful. There is many tables to sit at and many with power outlet to use your laptop to do some work if need to with the free WiFi. There are more tables outside some with shared areas and some without. Its actually a nice spot to just hang out and relax.

Another great experience in the typical Starbucks fashion with plenty of outdoor seating. Indoor seating is similar to mid-sized branches, though the lack of power outlets is quite noticeable. Parking can be painful depending on when you visit, but I cant fault them for that.

Parking is the absolute biggest hurdle youll encounter at this location. The store front is hidden in the back of the food court. Baristas are pretty darn friendly whenever I frequent this location. The decor is very nice and surprisingly spacious inside.

Yeah, downloaded the app, updated everything, put in my payment info.... go to select this store on the app and tmit wont work so I come here..... guess what?! The girl at the front tries to tell me its not her problem because they have been getting mobile orders. So I show her my phone, o show her how it says specifically that this specific store says unavailable for online order but a batista would be happy to take my order..maybe she will help fix it, or yknow, get someone who can help.. NOPE, just gave me a hard time and told me to update my already fully updated phone. Visited this location everyday while attending a conference locally...glad I did! CJ is an amazing barista at this location. He warmly greets you and honestly embodies the meaning of customer service. My colleague and I returned to this location because of CJ. The location is clean and while parking can be tricky, there are plenty of 15 min parking spots that keep people moving. YOU ROCK CJ!

The truth is I didnt visit Starbucks very often in my country, but I wanted to check if the drinks had the same standard. If you have the Starbucks touch, take the opportunity to buy a Christmas edition drink and I loved it. I had never tried that before. Enjoy it even if they sell the coffee at a higher price.
