Warning!!!!!! DO NOT GO TO THIS STARBUCKS! If you go into one of the vacant bathrooms, there is a chance someone will force open the door and walk in on you. Literally happened just now and I was screaming for him not to come in but he did anyway. He saw EVERYTHING then immediately ran out. One of the staff told me that this happens REGULARLY!!! WHY IS THIS EVEN OK!?Had to change to 1 star because the more I think about ...the more angrier I get.

I was just shocked by the attitude of the Starbucks employee (on the photo) towards my pregnant wife who asked her to wait in the shade for a few minutes while we queued up at the store. Outside 95f Fahrenheit very hot!Be kinder to each other, and stay human in any situation!

Stocker st.gkendale ca. One of the unique Starbucks around Glendale, many parking space no need to rush coz the Baristas that will serve to you are experts handling your coffee in the morning . Look left and right guys when I visit this coffee shop I was surprised to see one of the young actor host on television. Good vibes and its for younger kind. Many greetings and smiles, you will feel the light and positive to start your day!👍😉

Today afternoon 08/24/2023, I ordered dragon fruits drink. I ordered by my phone to add extra scoops (12 scoops) of dragon fruits. I arrived to the store and watched the lady prepared the drink. She put in 1 scoop and handed me the drink. I asked if I can have more dragon fruit, she asked me to open the lid and pour in 1 more scoop. She said she can’t put anymore. I asked how many dragon fruit she put in and she said she can’t remember. LOL, she literally just made my drink. She wasn’t friendly and her attitude made my Starbucks experience very bad.

The manager of this Starbucks, Kathy is amazing... the longest line is served in 3-4’ ... fastest response Starbucks I have ever been to... and I travel internationally 3-4 times per year and have been to many many different Starbucks all over east Asia...the staff of this Starbucks are professional and very efficient ... Kathy always hires the best people and trains them nicely to be polite and efficient with their customers. The staff of this Starbucks have been there for a while and that is the indication of staff satisfaction with their work environment ...Kathy and her staff are great and I really enjoy the service every time I go there ... keep up the good work.

I love Starbucks but I dont like paying for water!!! The girl at the window was rude, I told her that was not what I had ordered and she said, well its just missing the berries but it has the same taste she did not take it back or offered a different drink. They should of told me they ran out of berries when I placed the order. Not coming to this location again!!

I get the same drink every time and for some reason my venti comes out grande size depending on the employee making it. And when I ask for it to be made correctly they try to explain that the foam goes down, well if that’s the case I’d like my drink made to fill the cup, and then I am asked what additional ingredients I want. Look - I come to starbucks to have my drink made for me as selected because you’re a franchise (meaning your drinks are made the same everywhere unless substituted). I’m really unhappy with the staff here and the way they make drinks. When the employee finally gave me my drink, it was sweet and my receipt specified no sweetener. Just overall very incompetent staff. Will not return

Starbucks its the most famous coffee shop in America and also well known in most European countries. It have a very cozy and comfortable atmosphere in which many people are working and studying for hours alone or with friends, they always have awesome coffees and many other creative drinks and beverages also bakery and snacks.Their staff are very friendly and helpful ☕🍰🍪🍫👍😊

This visit was a good one. There is a noticeable difference between locations when ordering a salted cream cold foam cold brew. One place I had to explain how to make it and the next made the most delicious coffee drink ever. Another time the barista set the drink down, I looked at it then looked at him and he said, thats not right, is it?

Worst experience in a Starbucks!! Incredibly slow service, one of the two orders incorrect and one rude barista to the customer in front of me. I have never witnessed a Starbucks employee getting angry and physically grabbing the hand of the customer who was paying with a credit card. It was very unprofessional and uncalled for in my opinion.

Bought 3 drinks... I basically paid $5 each for 3 cups of ICE. After a few sips on our grenade drinks we all had cups of ice and NO beverage. Not the first time either. Getting really annoyed at this Starbucks. Nice people but.... theyre trained to serve you all ice!!!

Went there just before the remodel. Typical Starbucks. But maybe a bit dark and limited seating. Frappiccino was made correctly (light with coconut milk) and tasted good. Im looking forward to returning to see the remodel.

Expensive -1. Egg sandwiches are a decent price but McDonalds still beats them. (And realistically, quality is roughly the same.)2. Trader Joes has better salads for half the price.3. The customer service here is amazing. I really like how kind their baristas are. (I would give this 4 to 5 stars just for them alone.)4. Because they added blonde espresso, I can now digest their coffee. (Read what you will into that.)

If Starbucks aim is to have a local coffee shop, this place achieves it with flying colors. Its a mix of locals, people shopping from nearby shops and near the library and a firehouse so you get a lot of a community within the shop. It is also a great place for students, college and high school. The baristas knows their coffee and recommends them iften and they also knows the regular by their name and their regular order. The place is superbly clean and the customer service feels like a family vibe.

This was the worst Starbucks I have ever been to. They got my one item order wrong after a 10 minute wait with maybe three customer in the whole place. Not even an apology. You pay their prices and you should at least get decent customer service. Avoid this store at all costs.

I stayed on Glendale for 5 days and I drank Starbucks twice everyday and i was really disappointed with the caramel macchiato on this Starbucks. Out of the 10 I drank i had to return 2 and the other 8 barely had any caramel even thou when I payed for extra. The service was good as well as the food so thats why im giving 3 stars.

I hate this geographical, physical location. Nestled next to the dollar store version of a grocery store. But on the plus the staff is really friendly (uncommon for this area) and they can actually power thru a decent line quickly (uncommon for this area). This location does get busy.Be careful in the parking lot, its destruction Derby with people who could care less. Also, despite every no smoking sign, this place parking lot is an ok to smoke zone.In summary, I avoid this location despite the awesome baristas.

I order a Carmel macchiato every time and at this location the espresso tastes really weak. I order it with three shots and you cant taste the espresso. It taste like regular coffee

The staff here are very friendly. Parking is a chore but luckily Im within walking distance of here! Unfortunately the power outlets here are in pretty bad shape. Most dont work some cant hold a plug into place or need to be placed at just the right angle to charge.
