Large interior and efficient service but the wall outlets are covered so dont expect to get a lot of work done unless you bring your own means of charging devices.

I had placed an online order for my boyfriend to pick up on his way to work and when he got there the order was completely messed up.My boyfriend couldn’t stay for a remake due to him going to work so I tried calling their phone to try and see if I could go in later today for the remake or refund… this location can’t even answer the phones and once they do they put me straight on hold and one of the girls i guess accidentally picks up and all i heard was “this phone won’t stop ringing”. Starbucks train your employees appropriately on serving customers and answering phone calls.

The WiFi seems to be throttled at this location and all the power outlets are covered. It seems this location would like to discourage laptop users from frequenting. If you need to find a location to work or study this one is not it.

Came here hoping to grab some lunch and a drink. I needed to charge my iPad, and they have covered all of the outlets up! Imagine trying to charge a computer or anything in a Starbucks!? Also, could not connect to the Wi-Fi. What kind of Starbucks dissuades business people from being there? I am from out of state. Is this a California thing?

A few times a week my wife and I come in before closing (11pm) and get iced tea. The night crew is so friendly. They always do a good job. Even when theyre cleaning or counting the till. they know our drinks and how we like them. Lindsay Courtney Christoff and friends are awesome.

I was planning on doing some work, but the baristas were so loud. It doesn’t seem like they welcome people to come in to sit. I had gone to Peet’s, it was full. Starbucks was completely empty. So I thought I had found a gem. Then I find out, they don’t welcome people there. That’s so disappointing. I wouldn’t come back to buy drinks there

Up front, I like Starbucks in general. They are nice, have what I want and its always clean. I come to this location about once or twice a week. I meet people here. And they are always friendly and the coffee is always spot on (yes, I do some crazy combination of stuff thats not on the menu)

This is one of the very first Starbucks I started to go into about 20 years ago. Always consistent fast well run store. The only downside is the bathrooms have a combination lock on it. Not sure why as it seems like the transients would just ask for the combination just like customers right?

Theres really not much more to say about the Starbucks experience. As far as the overall ambiance goes, this location is rather ordinary. One of my go to drinks is the cold brew, which is very hit or miss depending on where I get it. The cold brew at this location was noticeably very good.

Id give zero stars if I could because this Starbucks is the worst!Would not recommend anyone to bother finding parking to come to this place and not have anywhere to sit or relax.Only 6 small tables and all of the wall sockets were removed. Most uninviting Starbucks Ive ever been to. Sad that theyve removed their cushy benches and big tables for hard chairs and one-person tables. Big empty space in the middle where tables used to be. Horrible

I love this place!!! The entire crew is amazing!! Every single Barista to Coffee Masters are great. AnaLaura is a doll, and Jonathan and Brian are great guys. Come on in its a great place to get some java and meet some cool folks. If youre lucky, you might meet a Hamilton Plaza icon. I wont say his name, but youll know who he is. None of that!! Hes the best!!

They have installed plastic cover ports to make sure there is no electrical power available at this location. WiFi captive portal did not work; I had to use a hotspot. Employees were efficient but unhelpful. Bathroom codes are posted in compliance with the Starbucks global policy. I have added this to my list of fake locations i.e. places that look like they would be a chain location, and are branded accordingly, but are missing an essential feature. In this case, no power.

Sticky floor, sticky tables, stinky bathrooms after homeless wash feet in sinks. Oddly theres a cyclic ac problem where it gets awfully hot at times and then cools later on. That is a real uncomfortable problem theyve had for years. Customers fold paper fans and fan themselves at times. I bring a tiny USB fan. Recently a homeless dude swiped my earbuds off my table. Outside of all that its worth it, staff is very nice and pleasant.

Starbucks is Starbucks most are the same where you can get a consistent cup of coffee no matter where your are in the world.What makes this Starbucks a little different is that they have the Clover brewing system which in my opinion if you like drinking coffee brews a nice cup of coffee. Its worth the extra cost to try some of the rarer beans that they have.For food the Double Smoked Bacon sandwich is addictive.

This is a medium sized Starbucks with four chairs at the bar and about 10 tables. Its well lit, fast, and efficient. The only weird thing is that most of the tables are covered with white tablecloths, which seems inappropriately stand-offish, and discourages me from wanting to sit there.

I have gone to this Starbucks several times in the last 4 months, and the staff is usually very nice with the exception of today April 18, 2015. The employee who took my order was very professional and his name was Horatio. The employee running the bar whos name was Lindsey was extremely rude. When my name was called for my order I had politely told her that the drink she prepared wasnt what I ordered. She became extremely rude and said that was what was written on my cup. Upon inspection my cup said what I had ordered which is not what she made. And i wasnt the only one standing around with the wrong order. It totally ruined my desire to ever go back to that particular Starbucks.

One time, I found heroin on the floor at this location right by the reg where you pay hahahah. It wasn’t their fault, probably a customer. This was my everyday store for years they are all friendly and good at what they do. But now I laugh cause of what I found

The coffee and baristas are just like any other Starbucks. Seating is fairly limited and usually full. Theres a large group of regulars who take up 2-3 tables all day every day.

While in the area, I chose to stop at this Starbucks for a little wifi and a break from driving. I should have remembered that they dont have the normal breakfast/lunch sandwich options. But they dont so I guess I was only here to have coffee with my wifi break.The americano was $1 more than any other Starbucks I have been to in the last couple months! More than 30% more than other Starbucks.They also seem to have removed all the wall outlets (or at least all the ones I noticed), so with all of this, I will never be back to this Starbucks again.

I use to love to come and hang out at this place, meet people and get work done. For various reasons I havent been to this one in a while. Today I find it a ghost town. The booths and comphy chairs / barstools removed for all straight back chairs, no power and no ambiance. It was a ghost town, with empty energy. Sad, I guess Ill go back to the other locations that sill have options for people to come and sit a spell with a friend while drinking their favorite drink.
