One of my favorite place to spend some quality time while drinking chai tea latte...Must try-Chai Tea Latte hot ( no water, no foam, add two pump of Honey and add cinnamon powder).

Let me tell you about an amazing experience I had at this location so basically long story short I got called into work early ; I was in a hurry to get to work and Bailey my barista was sooo friendly and also I told her I needed something on the stronger side and she said I got you and she recommended a drink and she was sooo friendly and upbeat I appreciate you! I hope the company gives you a huge Recognition because you deserve that and more!

Hands down the best in the city. This one is what we customers know the brand as and although there are some others that are good in the city this one has Starbucks brand quality.I am a customer of this company for over 30 years and after visiting this location I was relieved to know that Starbucks quality ranging from its drinks, yes even the foam in a latte matters, to its food and fantastic employees, happy professional young individuals, to the inside of the store that BEST QUALITY still survivesSpecial thanks to Vanessa Kira and Imagine

This is the second time this has happened to me. I ordered a venti and it’s like I got a grande. Unfortunately I was working so was not able to drive back and have them fix it. I feel like the employees need to make sure they are double checking their orders before they put them out.

I was at your location today for the very first time at Stockdale location.i used the restroom but there was no soap and no paper towels in restroom. I was thinking that the location is good in area but the service is so bad . I have been to so many different Starbucks locations but this one is so bad. Definitely not worth coming here. This matter needs attention.

This location is one of my faves on the way to work . Customer service is top tier at this location compared to by my house plus alexia always remembers my fave and recommends the best iced drinks. Her customer service makes this an easy pick.

New Starbucks that recently opened. The place is awesome, very large and open with lots of tables and places to sit. Great to get together with friends for coffee or come here to get some work done. Staff is friendly and helpful and I love the look of the place.

I dont go to starbucks very often maybe twice a year, my family was begging for it tonight so we went, we got 5 drinks and 2 cake pops. 2 of the drinks were vanilla beam frap with NO WHIP and both came with whip on it so that was extremely disappointing, as well as my son last minute wanted to change his drink to a hot chocolate so i asked as soon as we got to the window and was told no they already made the frap. I get it, it was last minute, but there was nobody behind me they werent busy and i know it wouldnt be the first drink they would of thrown out ever, as a costumer iv never been told no its to late basically. Just extremely disappointed in the customer service at this location and there accuracy on making sure they are making the drink thats on the label correctly.

Starbucks is the best and only choice four great coffee drinks. I really never drink coffee in the first 65 years of my life. Once in a great while when I was cold, I would drink a sugared up coffee for the heat. But now the Frappuccinos are without equal.

We have been coming here for a long time. Since they opened actually. And they consistently prioritize the drive through. The manager has been here for ever. We literally waited over 20 min and watched a dozen or more cars go through the drive through. While we waited. Our entire group. I will not be returning. They need new management and training.

I can’t say anything bad about the place or service other than the hot chocolate was little watered down at first but staff fixed it without any hassle. The building itself is the old Burger King but got remodeled. Only con really is having to get code from staff to use the bathroom but it’s understandable due to the homeless that hang out in the area.

This used to be my favorite location! Id go out of my way to grab my coffee from here because the service and drinks were always amazing. Well the past 6 months the customer service is garbage and drunks have been taking 20 plus minutes to be made just to be wrong and when asking to be fixed getting such attitude! The new girl making drinks in the mornings has such a bad attitude that her alone will be the reason I dont come back.

Of all the Starbucks in town this has to be one of the least efficient with mobile orders especially compared to Coffee and Stockdale who easily sees three times the morning traffic and still manages to have my drink prepared before I arrive while here I consistently am waiting for 5-10 minutes after its supposed to be ready. Like why even order ahead?

I dont know if this was a Starbucks issue or an Uber Eats issue however I ordered from this Starbucks twice and had to immediately cancel the orders. I had unselected fruit inclusions on the Star drink both times but the receipt said it was included. I was charged for it because they had already started the order but there was no time for it to have gone through.

Ah yes, Bakersfield is the meth capital of the US. That being said, you can find someone who is homeless or on drugs by driving around for 5 min. I got a drink here and went to the restroom while I waited. Someone was in there. I finished my drink (about 10ish min later) and went to the restroom again. Same person responded they were in there so decided to wait by the door. A staff member comes up and knocks as well (at this point Im sure its a homeless person). Waited another 5 min (total was 20) and knocked again. The person started sputtering random stuff so assumed they were on drugs. At that point I just left as I wasnt sure if they were in the restroom to use drugs and didnt need to be in that scenario. There is a lock on the door with a code, but somehow the person got it. Id be careful using the facilities here.Also the drink was put together very fast and had more chocolate cream than coffee.

2 stars because the store Manager is actually great and when she is there its good. However when she is not horrible customer service. They focus on drive thru instead of mobile orders. I have waited 10 minutes for a food item after receiving my drink. All while food Items are going out drive thru and theyre moving swiftly. I have asked for a bag for my 4 food items since I have to open up my business and carry all that in and my drinks and was told no no they are for uber eats only Today I had a tall male shift supervisor argue with me over a straw and laugh at me as I walked out. I worked at Starbucks for 6 years. & I was not perfect but this is unacceptable This is the closest Starbucks to my business But I will be taking a different route from now to avoid this.

Friendly staff and nice layout plus it is clean. A couple of big negatives are that the wifi is just awful and hardly works. Also the climate control keeps the temperature so cold it feels like its 50 degrees. Those 2 issues cost the review 2 stars. Starbucks fix these simple issues to be a 5 star review.

Its great that this location was able to repurpose a building to do business. It allows them a larger lot which is great for drive through and a spacious indoor area for guests. Service is top notch for quality, quickness and friendliness.

The drive thru at 10am on a Monday morning was ridiculous. The line was not super long yet I was in the line 20 minutes. Ive been to other locations and no one takes this long. Of all the Starbucks in Bakersfield this one is my favorite. It’s spacious, the baristas are always nice, and it accommodates a good number of people; I’ve seen quite a few study groups at once.Edit. I recently went back and I was really heartbroken. They took their tables, which had plugs to charge your devices, out. There’s no other usable charging dock in the place. My phone was about to die, so I couldn’t even charge it to buy something.

I love Starbucks. I used my free reward before it expired. Starbucks continues to find ways to improve their point system. They have adopted a different way to distribute the points, and earn the points. My favorite is the carmel frapuccino with extra carmel, coconut milk, no whip, and an extra shot of coffee. This place is definitelyba splurge and I have to watch my figure. They offer sandwiches, tea, desserts, are just a few things to name.
