I waited 30 minute in thedrive thru today with only 4 cars in front tof me. When I got to the window I received one drink and waited 8 minutes for my second drink as I watched them make other drinks and cleN and take out the trash. Really bad service today.

Blonde girl with the booger on her chin always seems out of it, I swear shes high every shift or soemthing. I see it every morning, and hear it too! Coughing up a storm. No girl youre not sick everyday. Youre just not professional and come to work high Im sure. I ask to have my drink made by someone else whenever shes there. She seems dirty n gross.

Im so used to getting great attention at Starbucks, this one defenetly fail, I got a lemonade mango dragon fruit, and I got pink water, it was pretty much ice and some colorant, because it does not taste like dragon fruit or lemonade at all, despapointed, but didnt have enough time to change it.

Someone hire new baristas, that KNOW how to make drinks. I dont know if the Starbucks go to are just good because the baristas are in a good mood but GOOD God these drinks are so BAD. For example, the caramel ribbon crunch has NO whip cream layered the bottom with caramel. They give you just a pump of caramel on the bottom and say whatever with it. I got the Crème ribbon crunch to see if they would do it differently, nope it was just as boring as the others. The tea is watered down even WHEN you dont add ice and the coffee here tastes sour?? The staff are overall nice but just PLEASE get baristas that know how make drinks correctly. And the thing I noticed is that the more stuff you put in your drink, the more flunked its gonna be. Use a different Starbucks if you hope to have something worth your 5 dollars. Oh and one more thing, DONT study here, they have no outlets whatsoever by the tables!

At first few months back when I’d come to this Starbucks I really didn’t have any issues, but recently they have failed multiple times. The past 4 times that I’ve come now they were either out of the macadamia drink, pumpkin spice and chai. I don’t understand how they can be out of the seasonal drinks unless there’s a shortage. When I ask for my food to be warmed, they come out cold. Fast service, but quality control is taking a hit.

I’ve given this location a few tries to redeem themselves. Each drink I’ve ordered did not have oat milk I requested and made me sick the rest of the day. Also gay dude working the drive thru doesn’t understand drive thru mobile orders and gave me attitude saying mobile orders are in store pick up only because the barista accidentally put it in the wrong spot even though my order clearly says drive thru mobile order.

The staff, the location, the cleanliness, the food, EVERYTHING is great... except the time it takes to get through the drive-thru. All locations get busy, but this one in particular has always been the longest wait for reasons unknown to simple commoners like me. I would love to one day come here and not take 15min to get through the line. When that happens, I am hopping right back on here to revise my review to the 5-stars it otherwise deserves.

Went to try the FROZEN lemonade and got a watery drink with nasty foam. I told the lady it looks nothing like the photo and it isnt even frozen! She responded with thats how its supposed to be and said I need to ask for extra ice and blended twice in order to get it frozen!!!!!????? Makes zero sense if it is advertised as a FROZEN DRINK. I am so disappointed because I go to Starbucks almost EVERYDAY. The customer service has been going down by the day and is not the company I thought. May just go to McDonalds from now on.

This place used to be top-notch, on time, Johnny on the spot and you got right through in the drive-thru. But for the last month and a half that Ive gone to this Starbucks they are the slowest Ive ever been to out of all the Starbucks Ive been to and mind you I go to a lot of Starbucks. I dont know if theyre under new management or if theyve got a problem with their employees calling in sick but it is the worst Starbucks Ive been to. I dont know how else to say it. Its horrible. And I hope this review will generate something thats going to improve the service at this location. My last trip there I was in line for over 25 minutes and when I asked if they were short-handed he said no. I dont know what the problem is but hopefully they can get their act together. If its under new management, I suggest that they go back and get training because they dont know what theyre doing.

Poor customer service thats everything. If you dont care about customers how can you be of service of any kind. It falls hand in hand. They are a team of nothing . The girl handed me hot water and the cap came off and burned me, I asked for milk for my hand and she tried to charge me .And then 3 others came to the window and got her back including the manager while my hand is burning. I told them the milk is for my hand because its burning . They all looked at each other and the girl that handed it to me looked at the manager and told him no, so he told me to come inside to talk about it . I yelled at him saying MY HAND IS BURNING! GIVE ME SOME MILK SO I CAN DUNK IT IN THERE. He gave me like an ounce of milk LOL . They are a team of unknowledgeable, non caring, fake, want to be baristas, want to be bosses with the worst customer care and products . And theyre dirty. Can you believe he- the manager told me to park and come inside to talk about it . My hand was burning . English is obviously not his forte and why would I have to go inside . He didnt even realize what he was saying or doing. Getting mad at me for not wanting to pay for milk for my burning hand . Which part of my sentence is not clear to him? Thats what leads me to my conclusions.

The baristas here exercised the utmost effort to avoid eye contact or interaction with patrons. I waited 5 minutes with my pre-ordered drink quite evidently already made on the other side of the bar and tried to signal the attention of any of the attendant four baristas only for every one of them to focus on online and drive-in orders so thoroughly as to render any in-person customers seemingly invisible.

My day begins at this Starbucks drive thru. Everyone is nice and polite. You may receive surprise from driver in front of you to pay your tab. This has happened to me 5xs! Worst service, Ruben assistant manager was very unhelpful, they charge the same price for a sandwich with meat or without meat, and make you buy two sandwiches instead of adding an egg to the existing sandwich... Jack in the Box across the street does all the modifications and give you credit if you dont take the meat, instead of paying $12 here you can pay $3 across at Jack In The Box for a much better egg sandwich, if you just want to be a number go to this company Starbucks location, otherwise everyone else would love to have your business without hassle.

I rarely but coffee from Starbucks, and when I do is because I want to have a special quiet time reading at one of their exterior tables. Due to the pandemic, today instead I drank my coffee and ate my croissant in my car. Their product always fulfills your expectations. This particular location usually has very nice staff, willing to include some kind words to go with your coffee. I’m not sure if everyone was new but they took almost 15 min to get my drink out only for it to taste like burnt chicken, I asked them to remake it, they did that took another 10 min, that one was watered down and tasted like sweet milk. This establishment was very clean inside and out. I was greeted by several baristas as I entered the door and one took my order within the first 2 minutes. The baristas were very welcoming, professional, and pleasant. And the bathrooms were well kempt as well. Although no stand out barista this was a very good experience.

WORST Starbucks drinks ever! The barista was either in training or needs to be in training! It was supposed to be Carmel Brulee Cream Frap but tasted like dishwater with crushed ice. My husbands had watered down coffee and also tasted nasty. I should have known it would be horrible when my barista accidentally shut off all of the lighting in the building. I love how convenient this place is to my house. Sometimes very busy, but its ok because they are usually very fast. Money was tight this month so I thought to get a coffee ( Grande for $2.85 ) and help my addiction and save a little. I ask for some Carmel flavor and sweetcream. I did know, so Just letting you know it costed over $5.00. Ill have to go to McDonalds for awhile until things get better. With their app I can any size for a $ 1.00. 7-11 coffee is always good too. At this Starbucks, they continuously get my orders wrong. It is very frustrating because I have to work and being to work on time is hard with them having to remake my drink every morning and I spend enough money to have better treatment. Than they couldnt split my hundred dollar bill when I was ordering for a big group of people even though I was already spending about $30. Upon arriving there was a sign on the door that mobile orders had to go through drive through. That added 30 minutes for just waiting in line. Went there this morning through drive-thru, extremely rude attendants, she pretty much told me I couldnt order what I wanted because they were running low, I offered to pay double, she said no, so they wouldnt sell me MY drink because THEY were running low on items. Then I go up to the window and the girl there repeats my order back to me wrong, I correct her and she rolls her eyes, says oh well I wasnt told that way, then pretty much tells me that what I say doesnt matter, there are like 3 other girls behind her giving me dirty looks, I shouldve just driven off without my order but there arent many other locations around. I think corporate needs to come down and put these people on check, thankfully the Starbucks where I live are awesome, Ive never been treated that way and I dont think ANYONE should be, we spend enough money on our drinks, I expect good customer service to be included in my total spent. I talked to people who have been to this location and they all had really bad experiences, they need to clean house in that store and hire people who would actually appreciate their job!

Arrived at Starbucks for some after dinner coffee a few minutes before 9 pm. The barista took our orders then told us they were closing in like 3 minutes. Their sign said they close at 10:30 pm. My family and I and my siblings and their families were hoping to hang out for a while as one was visiting from Los Angeles. We ended up hanging out outside the store at their tables that didnt have any chairs. Incidentally, a LOT of people came by to buy coffee and where surprised to see them closed and cleaning up. Did they just want to close up early? They should post a sign that says Open until we choose to close. At least then potential customers will realize their unpredictability!

One of few drive thru Starbucks in the area. The enter and exit for the drive thru was well though out. It may block traffic for other businesses, but then again, thats probably the trade off. Coffee is hit or miss. Sometimes its super yummy and other times it tastes burned.

Drinks are always very inconsistent with each Batista and time of day. I go here because it is closest to my house but cross my fingers every time I get our drinks. The iced macchiatos have often tasted burnt if that makes since. They rush you when placing your order and I am pretty quick (talk thfa) so thats says allot. I suggest the one up the street across from Sweetwater high. Love them!

I always order my usual Venti Chai Tea, No water, Extra pump of Chai and extra hot and my 9yr old dtr gets her usual kids hot chocolate and it has always been done quickly and tasteful! Even if the drive thru has 4-5 cars, I know its ok to get in line because they are quick to make drinks! The customer service here is always over the top! Hace had only one drink mix-up incident and they made it right with a proper apology and free drink coupon, thats what I call customer service!

It seems that if you go to a Starbucks with a drive thru, you are the after thought as a walk in customer. 10 employees working the drive thru, stocking, barista, and 1 working the walk-ins. A general observation of all drive thru locations.

I showed up at 6am and all the lights were on but nobody was around. There was a huge line of cars and people outside and the posts say they open at 4:30 am for Saturday. Is it wrong?? Was it suppose to be open?? I waited for 15 mins.

This location sucks!, i usually order thru the app to pick up and today is the second time i placed my order and when i arrive to pick up they tell me oh sorry we dont have caramel frapp right now we are out of caramel, anything else you want instead?, miscommunication between app and store or whatever but this one sucks!!, second time this week!!, and they took for ever!!, rather drive a few blocks to another store!!!
