Amazing staff who are the embodiment of the neighborhood friendly barista who knows every customer intimately and I felt that on my first visit. Not to forget having the best hot chocolate in a long long while. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Been to the Starbucks a few times. It Always feels friendly and welcoming. One minor annoying thing especially if youre going to be on a phone call or any Zoom calls is there is a forced-air thing at the door that activate every time the door opens and closes. To the outside. Sounds like a coffee grinder. Other than that I recommend this Starbucks any time.

This was the worst experience I have ever had at Starbucks on Glenoaks & Keeler in Burbank. First of all, the only thing my child wanted was pumpkin flavor, & they were out of it. I thought if I approached the manager, to ask for something similar & when they were going to have it again, & the manager had the worst attitude ever! She had long black hair in a pony tail, & was even giving us dirty looks after she so rudely confirmed that they were out of pumpkin syrup. Not even a smile. No curtousy. Then she turned her back & walked away. I was so embarrassed, because there were other people that saw this. I was really nice about it too. Also, the bathrooms were disgustingly filthy. Toilet paper everywhere, pee on the ground, they smelled really bad. Both of them. And when I told her, she said, ya, I already know, I have someone coming to clean it soon. I felt sorry for the poor girl who had to clean it. No help from the manager. All she was doing was bossing her employees around. Horrible, horrible manager service. I will not be going back here, and I dont recommend this location to anyone. It reminded me of a messy, bad energy junk yard. And also the bacon was raw on the bacon guda sandwich. Almost choked on it.

This Starbucks is full of really cool and friendly baristas. Even though the inside seating is still closed, I still get a cozy feel when I order my coffee. All of the safety precautions are being maintained here and all customers follow the safety protocols. Its a great place filled with friendly employees.

Always takes longer that quoted on mobile orders. Today I waited 20 minutes and had to ask for my drink. She then hands it to me from behind the bar. No label on the cup and she didn’t bother to call it out. No apology or anything. And they were adequately staffed. Never coming back here.

Great service. Relatively fast. Friendly, somewhat.No drive thru and a very busy parking lot.Not sure how and why, but their hand dryer in the restroom is very hard to use, its positioned right next to the sink, and its very uncomfortable to use. Also, it blows the water out of the sink onto you. Hope they fix that soon.

This location is pretty good. They work fast and try have your order as soon as possible. Only down side is the size of this location. It is on the smaller side so it doesnt fit as many people and during covid they could accommodate 3 people inside as there is not enough space for more people to be in at the same time wile maintaing 6 feet

Great location, would love it if they had the available room for a back patio instead of in the front with all the Glenoaks traffic. Lots of space for seating, but have been to other locations this size that have more comfortable and inviting furniture. The manager runs a tight ship, and it shows because the staff is great, they are a little more quiet and reserved than others, and thats okay, but it might help with getting more tips if they were a little more upbeat. Having the display case in the dead center is a little crowding and intimidating, but I am clumsy so that could be why it seems so in the way. Just like every StarBs sometimes the coffee is the BOMB, and other times you ask yourself was there even any coffee in that drink? Overall, I highly recommend this location, because the positives definitely outweigh the negatives.

Showed up to this Starbucks yesterday morning with a big 7-item order for Production, and they handled it like pros, and with the most pleasant and helpful demeanors. It was a really great experience. It seemed like the girl at the register was new, but another girl immediately came to her aid. That was the first of many things that I saw them do that proved that this was a strong team that was there to help each other out in helping all their customers. I felt like it was a well-oiled machine, so to speak. I forgot to ask for a receipt, and needed one to take back with me, so I went back, and as soon as I got back, and they recognized me in line, they helped me right away to get that receipt, without making me continue to wait in line. I thought that was very nice of them. Last note: keep up the good work, smiles and sunny personalities, ladies! Youre doing an amazing job!

The non coffee drinks taste like dirty water and they never have the breakfast sandwiches I want. They can’t be bothered to remove the sandwiches they no longer have from the display or put a sold out sign. Plus, they have no customer services skills when it comes to an unsatisfied customer.

I love this place but I’m so bad with names. I go to this location about 3-4 times a week and I’ve always been treated so well and had fast service unless it’s busy. Anyways today September 11 I went in at 7:55 am as I always do and a blonde “attended” me. She walked away when the customer in front of me was done because she seemed excited that she was probably gonna get to go home early which I found rude since she’s still on the clock there’s no reason for her to walk away when there’s clearly people waiting and she’s the only cashier. So she comes back and tells me yes?.. (a Starbucks cashier has never greeted me this way before) I proceed to order my drink and she asks for my name and types it in and walks away again to keep talking and she comes back and looks at me with a look like she was wondering what I was still doing there and she says what? So I tell her I still needed to add to my food (since I didn’t have the chance when I told her about the drink) she says ok and walks away AGAIN I insert my card cause at this point I’m frustrated that she was absolutely rude and I just walked away. My order was simply a grande hot chocolate and a blueberry muffin. I didn’t get her name but she was a blonde and did mention to someone else that she was in at 4 am today. The reason I give it 5 stars anyways is because everyone else here has always been so positive quick and polite and this experience today just disappointed me which is the point of this whole paragraph. This cashier acted in a way that was inappropriate in a workplace where customer service is priority

Horrible service. Three guys were working but two appeared to be hanging out in the back room. I patiently waited behind a 9 drink order, that seemed to be an Uber order. When he finally got onto my one drink he started it and left it frothing while he went to serve more people. I stood there waiting while he took their order and heated there food. I finally asked him to just finish my drink when he replied, it is only a steamed milk! I told him that I was a customer too no matter what I ordered and he walked away. 25 minutes for my one drink and no apology at any time. There was literally just the Uber guy and myself in line until the people came in after me. Terrible service and the barista was very rude.

Starbucks as a whole is great in my eyes, but this might not be the best store to get your coffee from.Ive been here countless times, always ordering a caramel frapachino. Comparing the quality of my frap to other Starbucks locations such as the one near the mall or at the Empire center, I have to say this is the worst of the 3, with the Empire location being the best. This may just be a coincidence, but its what Ive experienced.Also the interior is not quite as comfy as normal, as it feels more like a gift shop than a place to have coffee with friends at.

This is consistently the slowest location in Burbank. It doesnt seem to be busier than the other locations in the area so Im not sure why the slow speed has persisted for several years, but its the closest location to my house so I end up here monthly when Im not feeling like walking further to the next closest Starbucks.

Four people were working at the time and it was not at all busy. I patiently waited for AT LEAST 10 min and had everyone make eye contact with me, but not one person acknowledged me. Someone finally asked if I was waiting for something and said I had to hollar to get their attention next time. I usually dont post in these, but they were straight out rude.

Below average for a Starbucks. Staff is extremely slow and often appears to be under staffed. Do not stop here if your in a hurry. Staff often ignores the line which can reach to door and beyond at peak times. Its a chain so food is what you.would expect, once you get it.

Horrible location. Rude and horrible staff. Wifi is iffy. When I asked the barista if she can check the modem when wifi was down, her literal response No. We dont fix wifis. Go somewhere else . The most unprofessional Starbucks Ive ever been to, and thats saying a lot - Ive lived in four states.I came here because I had some deadlines to meet for work and it turned into one of my worst experiences revolving coffee shops.

While waiting for my food. I watched a woman put her small dog on the counter, the employees damn neared knocked themselves over to pet the dog, not remove it from the counter. No one washed their hands. The woman with the dog moved to where the food and coffee was being handed. She placed the dog on that counter too. Am employee came out, I thought to say remove your dog, nope, picked the dog up and let him lick his face. No one was washing their hands, only when I said something did they snap out of it and say they would sanitize the counter. Dont. Eat. Here.
