At this Starbucks I ordered a mango dragon fruit refresher without water, and a pineapple passion fruit. They messed up my order and gave it to me with lemonade I went to go tell them about the mistake and I told them that my pineapple passion fruit drink was supposed to be blended, instead it was watery and I asked them if they could remake it and the lady said “oh I don’t know” and I offered to show it to her. The worker didn’t do anything about it.

I have never had such a bad starbucks drink in my life. I used to work at starbucks, so let me tell you how simple it is to make starbucks drinks. They, messed up my order, didn’t add the correct amount of ingredients, and were rude. It was the grossest drink and didn’t taste right. Stay away.

Service and rinks were bad. Rest Id good. Yes, this is a fast paced service, still, to do it politely wont hurt. Brown Sugar Oatmeal Latte was the worst Ive had anywhere. As if they ran out of ingredients and diluted it with water. 1 star for service and drinks. Need to improve. Rest was good.

Was excited to see what the renovation would look like, but its awful. There isnt even any room to wait for your order. Also its always understaffed so you end up standing shoulder to shoulder to wait 10 mins for the mobile order you put in 10 minites ago. No seating, no restroom. Not a welcoming environment at all. Ive started to avoid this location when possible.

Early morning, so usual crack of dawn coffee drinkers in there - about 6 to 7 people in the newly renovated, now smaller looking and feeling layout - same location but why decrease the amount of room customers had? It used to be spacious, now it feels like the size of the Pizza Hut next door! Im not a Starbucks patron on any level unless Im having a meeting or picking up a delivery order!

5 stars for the employees! They are always working rushes understaffed and I understand why it can be a wait for even a small order. Apparently, some dont though. I overheard some customers speaking quite rudely to one of the baristas about the wait and commenting that she had bad customer service. She was clearly running around helping other employees and was helping another customer change her order.First of all, if youre so upset about waiting, sitting there to complain once she can take your order is holding the rest of us up even more, how annoying and inconsiderate. Secondly, they are visibly struggling due to the volume of orders coming in as the poor kids never have enough hands on deck during busy hours. Complaining to the barista about the wait isnt going to do squat. Take the problem up with management and take it up properly because there is clearly some sort of management problem if they are almost always shorthanded. Hope they sort this problem out soon.

Came in to ask if I may use their restroom. Without any real explanation they redirected me to Luckys / gas station. They have 2 locked restrooms in their location. No signs of being out of order. Worker here did not confirmed if it was out of order. I explained that I really have to go and if its a matter of needing to be a customer I will buy a drink. She simply just said and repeated herself sorry we dont have any restroom available. You can go to Luckys or gas station.The worst Starbucks customer service Ive ever had.

It’s a busy Starbucks and you get your drinks faster if you order a specialty drink like a frappe or some strawberry mixer or anything that doesn’t have brewed coffee in it.The three times I ordered brew coffee they had to MAKE it cuz it was not brewed . Doesn’t matter what time of the day it is. It’s just that the crew forgets to brew coffee cuz of how busy the store is.I find it ridiculous that I have to wait at a Starbucks for 30 minutes after placing a pickup order for a simple black coffee .

Overall this is a great place. They are occasionally slow to get orders out, but that happens everywhere. Again, overall usually fast and good.A weird issue that Ive had twice now though is that Ive ordered a mocha with toffee nut and it comes out tasting like theres mint in there.

I am completely fine with county regulations only permitting one customer in the store at a time. I even welcomed the idea of waiting in my car and having my coffee brought out to me. But after a little over 25 minutes of waiting and watching at least a dozen other customers come and wait and get their coffee before me I was forced to walk over and inquire about mine only to be presented 30 seconds later with an apology that was only slightly colder than my coffee. Ithad been sitting on their counter out of where I was permitted to go for who knows how long.

After waiting 35 minutes (order 12:13 & picked up @ 12:49) for my mobile order, a nice lady asks for my name because she sees me keep checking for my frap as everyone who ordered after me come and go… to find out my order was pushed a side by the new barista!! It’s ok it happens but please don’t roll your eyes and use unnecessary slur. Even with loud music I heard the cheap shot. Just saying, not appropriate at all.

Had a breakfast sandwich. Some coffe and was able to sit inside of the shopCoffe was prepared quickly and the tables have power outlets near them so inward able to sit inside and get some work done. Wifi is free and gets the job done. Fairly priced on the items I bought spent around 12$The only thing that might be a problem is that they have the A.C running the entire time so it gets cold. Besides that staff was friendly and not to many people inside.

Every time I come here, there are new employees and a huge line out the door -and an even bigger line waiting. They usually have a staff of 4-5, 2 people at the cash register and one person making all the drinks (not sure what everyone else is doing). You have to wait a good 20 mins during lunch time or 2:30 pm for your drink. I recommend ordering ahead, but even then - I see those people waiting too.

This is a good Starbucks that often offers curbside pickup and is willing to customize drinks beyond what you usually expect (e.g. a pumpkin spice chai latte with a different ratio of syrups). My mother likes this place especially, and visits it nearly daily.

Service was good, but the store is filthy! Extremely dirty floors, coffee spills on the walls, fingerprints all over the glass doors and windows. These are things that just dont happen over a day! Im a supervisor myself and I know when employees arent being supervised properly because the housekeeping is obviously getting overlooked.

As Starbucks go theres always a huge line here. Service is always very slow. In addition the trash always seems to be overflowing and the sugar Milk Bar is constantly out of milk and out of sugar. They really need to have one more staff member on hand to handle these issues. But since they dont I tried to avoid this particular Starbucks as much as possible.

They recently remodeled and now have a clover machine with the single origin reserve coffee. There isnt a lot of seating at this location, but most of the tables have wireless charging. The staff is super friendly and generally in good spirits despite this location being consistently busy.

I had a very unfortunate experience here today. I ordered my drink like normal on the app but it sent it to Morgan Hill where I live. I saw no refund option so I can reorder, so I called Sunnyvale Maude Starbucks. I let them know my situation and asked if I could tell them my drink over the phone so it could be ready by the time I get their. Also show them the recipe proof at that time. They said they were too busy and I can show them when I get their.Totally unhelpful. The app makes refunds near impossible you can not change the location after the fact, and no option like Chipotle to make 1hour later so I could order from home when I am not driving. They also gave me only half full and it was not soy. To top it off it was a last min request from my boss who was not happy.I called to let them know about the situation and they hung up on me. I was hoping for it to be remade. I will be going to El camino and Matilda from now on. I have been working at Amazon for over a year and this used to be my Starbucks. This was insane behavior.That aside they have always had incredibly fast service. Please Starbucks make your app safer for us working folks

I love all Starbucks. Well, most Starbucks locations. I went to this location to get an afternoon tea. It is a really messy location. The garbages are not only full but overflowing. With Starbucks trash blowing in the wind. The tables are all disgusting and need a good wipe down. The bathrooms are also messy.They are either understaffed or the staff arentdoing their jobs.I decided to pass on tea. I am meeting someone at this location and will go to a different location to get a drink.

I work nearby and the multiple times i have come in, it seems that people are not working very efficiently. Ill come in before work on on my break hoping for a quick drink and instead I get mediocre customer service and a drink that takes 15 to 20 minutes to make. Today when I went in, there was someone helping a customer with choosing a food item and Im the only person in line besides the other person and I see 4 baristas? standing in front of the espresso machine talking and on their phones. I stood there for 5 minutes before the person helping the other customer asked his co-workers to help get my drink order. Sadly this is the case or similar almost evertime I come in. This location is convenient but I might have to go somewhere else due to the inefficiency. I would use the app but I cant trust my drink will be made on time by the time I pick it up.

Like anywhere, some of the staff is superb while others are quite dense. You sort it out. Ive had decent service here overall but the primary reason for my weak grade is the bombardment of aggressively loud Musica Urbana playing over the house system. Completely offputting. Staff and customers had to yell back and forth twice or more just to communicate. I had to tell the server not to add sweetener to my order. Twice. Guess what. Yep.Just turn down the volume and all good.

Everytime I order in person or through the app at this location they are unable to get the order right. Most recently, I entered the store, saw a line and decided to place my order through the app...I skipped about 7 people. Little did I know that I had to wait for the whole queue to finish and a new queue formed for my venti iced almond milk blonde laté to even be considered being made. Sorry and no reason specified. I technically put in my order next in the queue not 8th, its clear theyre not good with elementary numbers. All other times Ive asked or an iced late variation theyve given it to me upside down. Other times theyve forgotten the ice, missed the blonde, or like this last incident, never bothered to do it. I am displeased by the quality this Starbucks presents to its customers. Its more than just coffee, why are these employees treating it like its only water?

The manager is rude. Often mentally challenged homeless people with heavy baggages scratch you and walk by or share the table with you. Thanks to the google internet, whatever you browse is available to marketing companies instantly. Less place to sit as many tables are occupied, most tables shake and not firm at all. The place is noisy but it is created by customers.Other than that, service is reasonably fast though.

I am one of those snobs who likes to spend a little time reading the news in a coffee shop over a bit mug and a nice pastry. I know Starbucks is not that. It is good for takeout when you have to drive somewhere. All the same this cheese danish is the saddest pastry I have had in a very long time. I guess they offer to warm it up for you in order to breathe some temporary life into the thing. I made the mistake of not having it warmed up. Gas stations have better pastries on offer and I would hope Starbucks to meet that bar.

Why does my brain insist on convincing me its thursday?and what does that have to do with this starbucks?these are excellent questions. i can answer the second one. i, thinking that i had a coffee meeting with a colleague (on what i keep thinking is thursday; see unanswered question #1), moseyed on over to this starbucks a little early, to ensure sweet seating and the kind of peace that comes from knowing youre not the one standing at the door looking around for someone.upon reaching the register (yogurt parfait in hand), it was brought to my attention several times, by several people behind the counter, that my shirt was deserving of acknowledgement (check out: busted tees, double unicorn). the new my little pony was discussed; pointing out the tiny unicorn growing out of the other unicorns head blew some minds; and we all parted in a content and entertained manner.oh yeah, and the coffee and yogurt was good, too.

Its a very narrow, uncomfortable Starbucks location. Everybody is in everybody elses way. This isnt the location you sit and get work done or meet people. Good place to grab a drink and be on your way.
