I’m done with this place. I’ve been coming here for some time and with every visit there was something wrong. “We’ve just run out of it” is what I hear most often. Coffee is never consistent and although staff is friendly I most often walk out with a coffee that I could do better at home. Today’s surprise was a leaking cup but that is nothing new as this have happened before several times. It’s not even about the cup, it’s cleaning up the car that sucks the most, where all I needed is to get a quick coffee to start a day

Its the Starbucks in with a Starbucks you should know what to expect when you walk in. This location delivers everything that you would expect from the Starbucks so it gets five stars. If you like Starbucks no reason not to go here, and there is one advantage because it is located in Palos Verdes shopping center which is a fairly small and easily accessible shopping center.

The best Starbucks hands down! Staff is always so friendly and welcoming. They know a lot of regulars by name. My drinks and food are always well-prepared. They do get busy, but they stay attentive and make sure everybody gets what they need.

The barista didnt close the lid properly of my drink and it spilled on my shirt.

I have been here many times but just had the worst experience ever for a Starbucks(and I have been to many)Quickly ordered two simple blended drinks then spent 15-20 minutes waiting for them with 4 people working!!! I guess mobile orders take precedent over in store customers? The worst part- NO “sorry for the wait” NO “thanks for your patience” NOTHING! So PO’d I had to write a review- my first ever!

Always crowded and rarely enough indoor seating. There is ample parking in this shopping center, however.Its Starbucks. You usually can order the same items, so nothing impressive in regards to that. The baristas were nice and patient with my group of 6.

This place is the nicest Starbucks in the bay! The employees are always friendly and they really know what they are doing!! 10/10 would recommend!!

I used to love this location. I knew the people who worked here, and they knew me, and it was fun coming to this starbucks. But now, the people I knew left, and were replaced with people who scoff at your patronage, brew terrible coffee (no seriously, they made a pour over taste burnt) and are totally indifferent to their coffee bar. Do something starbucks, before I never come back
